Paid alot of money to get a car fixed and Im telling you they seem a bit shady Cuz my car is still not working and new stuff ais broke on my car. Approach with care if you dont know much about cars they may take advantage of you.

Life savers!!! Polite. Helpful. Hard, dedicated workers.I popped my tire in the Boston Edison district and my tire was losing 20psi every mile I drove. I wasnt going to make it very far and I could hear the air hissing out of my tire. I frantically made my way to Woodward and even though it was Saturday and they were closing they helped plug the hole in my tire.I am genuinely grateful for them.

I brought my car in it seems like the whole month of May and the repairs got worse. It’s been exhausting dealing with each person that works here. No one is turned away it’s always jammed packed that should of told me something right then. Beware

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! THEY WILL ACT LIKE THEY ARE HELPING YOU OUT BUT THEY ARE REALLY RIPPING YOU OFF! I DROVE MY CAR TO THE SHOP FOR A TUNE-UP AND TO GET MY HEAT FIX. THEY KEPT MY CAR FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS! IT WAS DURING THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY SO I SAID OKAY THAT UNDERSTANDABLE. THEY WENT FROM SAYING IT WAS THE HEATER CORE PROBLEM TO A TRANSMISSION PROBLEM! BUT THAT WASNT UNTIL I PAID THE MONEY DROVE OFF THE LOT AND LATER ON THAT EVENING I COULDNT PICK UP ANY SPEED. I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY TO HAVE IT PULL IN TO THE SHOP SO THEY CAN CHECK OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON! THATS WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A TRANSMISSION PROBLEM! DID I MENTION THAT I DROVE THE CAR TO THE SHOP EARLY! ALSO THAT THEY TORE MY CAR APART! I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE TRANSMISSON! NONE!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Went in and was told I needed to fix 2-3 things before getting my wheel aligned. Returned the next day and was told my wheel alignment was fixed, but only like 95%. This is due to the fact that ANOTHER thing needed fixing before the alignment could get back to 100%. Why wasnt this mentioned when you all checked the first time? I asked. The guy shrugged while smiling. It felt like they were just trying to get more $$.

Good Service

I went here to see why my ABS light was on. To find out it was my left hub bearing and they replace my hub bearing. The light came back on maybe a couple of weeks I was told I needed in ABS pump. To make a long story short I took it back up to them to run it on their machine so they can do my hub bearing for me again. They jumped the gun and told me that it was my ABS pump that needs to be replaced which was not true. I would never go to them again. My mechanic where I go to now said it was my Hub and the wiring. I got it done and Im happy.

Me and my entire family have been going here for years . I will never take my business anywhere else ! Everyone in here is nice and honest and they treat you like family ! 10 Stars ⭐️

My stepdaughter took her car there for the third time in less than 3 weeks. Her car still having the same problems. When she pick up her car and drove less then a mile. The car cut off and wont restart. Push it back to Goodcare quick lube service. Only to leave again with the same problem. And keep charges different price and said it something else. The next time the car went two weeks more. And doing the same things again.
