Best customer service I have ever experienced! I was in a bad spot and really needed a few parts for my truck. Not only did they take the time to find me exactly what I needed but they also gave me a great deal. The parts were checked and tested before I was out the door. I’ve been to a few salvage dealers before and Crash is by far the best!

Unbelievable prices and service. I’ve been to many yards to pickup parts for my hubby but this place has earned my business for life! Most places try to take advantage of us women but not here. Janky! Janky! Janky! I’ve never been ripped off from a business before. I felt so helpless over 340 dollars. Ripping honest people off is sad. On top of that he didn’t give me a real receipt. He doesn’t honor his warranty! Do not shop here! Just a warning everyone!

Great place to buy parts. I was doing a head job on a ford 5.4 3v and they were able to get me the parts at a great price. Had an issue with the Air intake they gave me but they were quick to replace the defective part. Ford f150 runs amazing now and I would highly recommend them to any one who is looking for auto parts.

Not only did he give me a good price he installed it for me as well. Great guy with an upbeat attitude towards life. People like him are great for this world. This place is great, owner was extremely helpful getting the parts I needed for my truck. Even went out of his way to help locate a part he was sold out of, by calling other places so that I could get everything I needed that day despite the sale of that particular item having no financial benefit to him. When he got off the phone I mentioned that its rare people go out of their way to help others when it doesnt benefit them these days......his response speaks volumes about his character ...you are here looking for the things you need, my job is to help you find those things and make it as easy and enjoyable as I can regardless of where the parts come from or who gets the ultimate sale that day.The goal is not to get the sale, the goal is to help you get what you are looking for. If I succeed, you leave here knowing Crash Auto is the place to go when you need help finding the things you need whether we have it or not. Dan the MAN And A-A-RON are awesome. If you need parts or to scrap a car this is the place to go! Not only did they work with me and try to find me a tow to their shop but they also helped me get my car there after hours. Dan is honest, nice, and wants the best for the customer. He and Aaron turned my bad experience in to a good and memorable one. I recommend them to anyone!! And if you want to give Dan a proper thanks ( which you will because hes awesome) bring him an XL dark roast coffee with one cream and one sugar from Tim Hortons!
