Im from out of state and and was looking for a specific car and happen to find it at Luxury Auto Sales. Most used car dealers dont necessarily have the best reputations. However, this is one that youll never have to worry about. I dealt with Joseph and he is part of the family run business. He was one of the most honest and integral persons I have dealt with. Extremely accommodating from day one. Purchase went smooth and they insured that the car was delivered to my specifications. Will not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from then in the future.

I wanted to buy a nice reliable car and also fix my brothers car. My friend referred me to Luxery auto sales and I went in there with my brothers car and they were able to fix it for me and I ended up getting a car my self as well. AL was very helpful when I told him I wanted the car fixed and he was very nice by taking his time for me to find the car that I wanted and the that was gonna suit me.

Great place to do your car shopping. Lots of rebuilt title vehicles, but not all. And the ones that are rebuilt were all minor damage ones which they could easily fix and then be able to sell at a great price still. They also keep proof of the original damage to show you. Very honest and great people. Lots of choose from all for amazing deals and they encourage you to take the vehicle you want to your own mechanic to have it checked out. This is the place to go for sure.

Contacted them about a car listed on Facebook as having a manual transmission that is actually an automatic. Tried to let them know. Salesman Drew Obada responses with a with a rude and aggressive attitude and tells me not to waste his time. When Ive filtered for a manual trans and your listing says you have one, but its actually an auto, then youre wasting MY time... so please dont cop an attitude when I try to let you know about the mistake. (or learn how to post ads properly).

Drove out to the lot immediately after confirming with them on the phone that the specific car I was interested in was on the lot. Then, I get there and they said the car I wanted sold a little while ago. Then why was I told it was available on the phone? Waste of my time.

Drew was extremely helpful, I went in to look for a car that would be good on MPG, Drew recommended to me a Chevy Cruze, it turned out to be the perfect car for me since my job requires me to drive a lot, I’ve currently had this Cruze for 1 month and I have not had any issues and I regret not coming in earlier my old car was a gas guzzler lol. Very clearly have frame damage, when promised they dont. When asking for literally any paperwork before signing: I swear we had it he must of forgotten it, We actually dont keep records of it, Were not actually the ones that repair the cars, Another dealership actually has all the titles, And the list goes on. They also have an anonymous airbag guy that they keep zero records of, so chances are youll have paper towel in place of a $750+ airbag. Editing review because I was text messaged by the dealership several days after: ...a bad review shows how cheap you are, just because you cant afford something doesnt mean you can attack the place I replied: Nothing to do with the price...Do not contact this number unless previously requested. To which the dealership maturely replied Smd. (Attached is a screenshot.) Maturity and integrity is severely lacking from this establishment.
