My bad experience dealing with them happen on 9-9-2020 the removal of my gas cover by staff and fred the owner refused to admit it .BAD BUSINESS its not the cost its the principle

I brought my navigator here about a year ago to get the whole thing painted except for the roof it stayed there for about almost a month and when I got it back the only paint that they did was the hood and they still charged me $1,000 for it and now come to find out while my car was there it was being used by staff and family members. do not do business with these people they will rob you off your money and also use your vehicle as their own.

Ask for Donald! Fast and amazing super experienced mechanic. He has been fixing my cars since I first started driving. Made my car back new from a very bad accident.

Older man who I assume is “Fred”-rudeAlso repeatedly insisted I go inside while he still had my hood open, as I walk out to leave there’s a metal piece sitting on my hood that was attached to my vehicle the whole entire time before he kept insisting I go inside 🤔Woman who works in the office- rudeI only went in to be told what parts I would need to fix my bumper, costs $5 and took 20 mins- that was fine with me.What’s not fine is that I left with a piece of frame off of my truck that was very much so on it when I arrived.If your under the age of 50 and want to be talked to rudely definitely stop by.

Gtreat place to get car worked on.

Went in to look at a 2013 Chevy Cruze they had listed. They had the location listed as Troy, come to find out it was in Detroit. Drove down to Detroit, and immediately noticed that the transmission was manual instead of automatic, as listed on the listing. Went inside to verify, and they acted like they had no idea what a transmission even was.

I only put five stars to tell you this was the worst experience I have ever had with collision shop.DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!I was totally taken for my money!!! I paid up front and they messed me over and kept my car over two months and didnt fix not one thing that I paid for! I wasted over 1000 dollars playing with these people. Dont do it! !!!

Such a horrible experience. I work on cars myself and decided to go ahead and use my insurance to pay for damages done to my vehicle from an accident I was in.... Im perfectly fine though, but my poor baby 2014 kia forte was wasnt. So my insurance(AAA) was covered with Fred and was to be fixed within 2weeks. When time to pick my vehicle up I paid my deductible and hoped in my vehicle. immediately upon the drive home i noticed my front suspension sounds horrible sounds like bolts loose or something. when I get home I pop the hood and check my top strut bolts. I noticed one was missing, the front bumper was destroyed when I had the accident. Fred decided to bondo the bumper back together and painted it a different color. it was a complete waste it was more flaws as well when I finished checking it out. I could have went to a neighbor hood mechanic thats working out of his hard earned garage than to waste my time and effort with.....
