I recommend that you should avoid dealing with this business at all time and cost as well regardless the cost of a vehicle. if you think that you are getting good deal because it will cost you more time/money than other great businesses. I bought 2014 Lincoln MKZ from those folks.Immediately after I left the business door, Engine service light came on, unfortunately it was late and business was closed. I stopped by a gas station closed to them to fuel and I had hard time to start the vehicle. Second Business day, I texted Luke, but he never answered. I took the vehicle to another shop and it was diagnosed that Purge valve malfunction and must be replaced. It was obvious that the vehicle had an issue prior to my purchasing and they cleared the code. Few weeks later, Transmission bowled oil while I was driving that cost me $2000 for repair. Please do not waste your money and time with dishonest business like LJ Auto.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I brought my Nissan Altima into this place after another vehicle caused damage to the trunk, bumper, rear fenders and rear drivers side door. Luke, the owner, was the only guy I interacted with. After quoting me a price of $1700, which seemed almost too good to be true, I accepted. After X days I picked it up and immediately noticed the glaring gap in the door. I wish I would have taken a picture. Also, the bumper was laughably loose where it attaches beneath the rear fenders. The trunk was misaligned and could only be closed with some force. When I was explaining what I saw wrong, he walked away without saying anything and attended to a customer looking to buy a used vehicle he had on the property. Horrible customer service. After coming back a few minutes later, he offered to take off $500 and I just take the car back. No apology, nothing. Straight dead face. I refused, on grounds that he initially said hed take care of everything, and I let him have it for another few days. When I got the call (which after I answered and said hello, all he said was yeah, your car is done. Come pick it up), I found it parked across the building on the other side of a busy road. Upon inspection the door gap decreased but still had flaws with the fit. Masking tape was still on the underside of the bumper. Double-sided tape was visible, jaggedly cut to attach the fender trim pieces. The trunk gap was marginally better but not fully fixed (he said he couldnt do anything about it). Finally, the entire interior was covered in dust. They didnt even bother to wipe it down when they were finished.Frustrated and just wanting my car back, I begrudgingly signed the invoice. Luke wanted me to write on the invoice that the car was perfect. HA. Yeah right.Once I was home I opened the trunk and inspected further. I noticed the rubber molding was pinched behind the right rear taillight, almost like the light was put back into place as an afterthought. Very sloppy. To top it off, after a few weeks I noticed the carpet in the trunk was wet. Lifting it up, I saw water pooling in the bottom of the spare tire compartment and on the right side where the jack sits. His piss poor attempt at realigning the trunk caused the water damage.Im not bringing it back to him after failing twice to fix my car properly. I took it for a quote to fix the leaks at a highly reputable collision shop (with 500+ reviews and a 4.9 rating, vs Lukes 1 rating and no review). After removing the trunk trim, they noticed small holes inside the trunk, cracks everywhere, and just an overall shoddy repair job. Id gladly pay another $190 to get it fixed right, and with a warranty than take it back to Luke at LJ Collision and risk having to keep taking it back another 3 times.DO NOT TAKE IT HERE!! You get what you pay for. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
