If I could give a zero ratting I would.Had an accident and they came to tow my car like they they work with my insurance company not knowing they are scan artists. Asked them how much it will cost Their response my insurance will take care of it not knowing they plan to charge my insurance company $3000 for not even a mile towing Now they are refusing to release my car to have it repaired at a collision shop of my choice.THIEVES THIEVES THIEVESRUN AWAY FROM THEMRUN

They showed up at an accident I was in to tow my truck. I gave the driver my keys and I went to the hospital while at the hospital I was informed that the police towed my car however detroit quality collision left with my keys it took 4 days for me to get my keys back from them and they had the audacity to send a $3500 bill to my insurance company for towing and storage even though they NEVER hooked lifted towed or stored my vehicle. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

They showed up at scene of accident and took the car to the shop. My husband was shook up and assumed the police called them. They charged $350 for the tow unless we agreed to sign over the title. We didn’t agree but realized they had already cut off the catalytic converter.
