Cannot stress enough how happy I am with the work here. Michael helped me through the whole process and the car was done on time. The repairs are top notch, and while there were two issues to sort out, Michael had a very can-do attitude about it and got it taken care of. Hopefully I don’t have to come back here due to an accident, but I do highly recommend this place.

I took my 2017 Ford Escape in for minor scratch/dent work. They have gone up an beyond my expectations on the quality of work I have received. Debbie was a blessing helping with the warranty company and I am truly grateful for her. Dave is the man! He did an excellent, outstanding job repairing my car. The quality of work is beyond perfectionism. I will recommend Jims Collison to anyone that needs body work!

Not sure if the owner woke up on the wrong side of the bed or what. But upon entering the building and describing the issue with my truck the owner quickly expressed disinterest. And qouted me an astronomical price, just for adjusting front end frame slightly to the right and slapping on SOME front end components.

I came into the shop asked if I could get a estimate for my car the guy looked at me like we dont do estimates the insurance company does that he said we dont do estimates or we dont to rust Im like well I need a part were the rust is an Im like so u cant get anything done here hes like no. Im like wow 😳😲 this is a collision 💥 shop my car got hit an I need service . So what do u do there at the collision shop

Went to them to get a bumper repaired, I am unfamiliar with collision work and was relying on them to give me the information I needed to get the repair done...the tech or manager or whatever looked at it for a minute tops and said $500 which was surprising from looking at it for 1 minute, never gave me a written estimate but I trusted the guy (1st mistake)...brought back the following monday to start the work, 1st of all the price changed to $700 and was told I would be ready Thursday, never got a call or text or email....the following monday...picked up car bumper alignment was off, i mentioned it to the manager and he told me that the frame was bent and I needed an additional $700 to repair that....needless to say I was blown away and asked why didnt you contact me when you noticed that...he told me I just asked to have the bumper repaired...I am currently sueing them for miss information and damages....STAY AWAY....

This guy is so dishonest when does horrible work I I told my Insurance Company do not deal with Jims Collision!!!! They rip people off I wish I could post pictures of the Shady workmanship take picturespictures of before they work on it then see if everything matchs up after and have your Insurance Company come out and inspect it with you when u pick your car up & they saying its done

Beware ! Beware! I took my new dodge hellcat in to get the front bumper removed and repainted. Mike quoted me 500 and I agreed to get the work done what a big mistake. When I picked the car up the big visible scratch was gone but upon further inspection they used a different color paint pen to cover another scratch which means my bumper was not painted. My local detailer inspected my bumper and said that my bumper was not painted but buffed with a compound and wet sanded. When I brought the issue up to Mike he gave me back $150 of my money and refused to give me a full refund. Stay away from this place they do nothing but cut corners. I wouldnt take a new car there. They would have no stars but I had to give one to make this review.

Horrible Customer Service while my car was being serviced, ran into a parts issue and they refused to provide a loaner while they had my vehicle. I wouldnt reccommend this shop for newer vehicles. The only advantage is the free loaner BUT since my part was on backorder by Chrysler, they refused to allow me to use a loaner after i had it prior and lied about the availability of having another loaner when 2 was parked out front plus the unsafe loaner they put me in where the engine light constantly came on and eventually locked the car completely up with my 1 year old and I stranded.

Took our car to be re painted front bumper only, NO body work. 5 days later they called and said it was ready. I went to pick up and only painted a quarter of the bumper not the whole front per thier quote. They agreed to do the job correctly the second time and 10 business days later. Picked up the car, the bumper now looks great however overspray/drift all over the car. Prior to bringing it the entire car was clay bar/waxed. Now it has to be done all over again. I will never bring a car back to this facility. Too much aggravagtion over a simple job.
