I absolutely loved the customer service i had never been treated with so much respect i love the free estimates and 0 deductible offer they have all year around. the owner and his wife are just so nice and they helped fit my needs if i could not afford to pay the full price. their paint jobs are stunning and body shop was super quick i had my car in under 2 weeks i highly recommend this place

Amazing service, Quick, fast, and easy. I always come here when something happens to my car. I hit a pothole that messed up the rim of my car really bad. My rim holds my tire (its full aluminum, not a cover), so I took it to AZ Collision, and they got my new rim ordered in 2 days for a very reasonable price. Also, the staff is very respectful. Thank you for all you guys do!

My first impressions was not a welcome one. When i walked into the business it smelled as if they were smoking marijuana in the shop. As i try to explain to the manger how i did not want to use my insurance he kept insisting that it would be my best way to go(i felt pressured). The quote i was given was outrageous i had previously had other quotes for at least 2000 less than what he told me i felt as if i where being taken advantage of. The shop was so in such deplorable conditions i did not feel safe with my vehicle in there postion. I will never recommend this shop to anyone that loves there car as much as i do.

The original owner was great people very kind hearted unfortunately after he passed away, his wife and her brother took over, the brother which is sam hes always high off smoking marijuana very unprofessional (does not know what hes doing) and a crook. Always trying to open false claims under the insurance which he has his wife to do for him for his lack of education, and forcing people to get more damage done with the Hailo they have parked inside the shop on their cars to make more money out of the claims they are coming to a dead end very soon. The information that I just posted was Witnessed from a previous employee that left for that reason to not get in trouble from their behaviour.

I love this shop! They have free estimaes and amazing and nice workers that help you solve your car troubles. They also have free deductables and towing.
