After being a loyal Lincoln customer buying my 2nd car in a row from your company I will say Lincoln Motor Company is not what I expected. After this experience I think I will move on to a more reliable brand that I can trust. After only driving my car 533 miles I noticed a small crack/split in the middle of my seat. It appears to be from factory I just noticed it when putting polish on my seats. I also noticed that my steering wheel is slightly turned it looks like the alignment is off??? How is this possible with a brand new car does this product even get a final inspection. I always thought Lincoln was a luxury brand that took the time to make their product better than the competitors. After owning a 2017 Mkz I was obsessed with Lincoln now I feel as if I own a cheap knock off bedazzled Ford Edge. I can’t imagine how bad the tear will get when I actually put some real miles on this car. I am embarrassed to own a Lincoln and pay your company every month what a shame for the auto industry. People save up their hard money from working and waste it on a poor quality car. There should be no flaws in a luxury car why do you pay the extra for something better when the quality is no different. I have been reading multiple bad reviews on Lincoln Motor Company since your new lineup I am very sad to see the direction this company is headed.

My wife and I purchased a 2020 Lincoln Nautilus. This is our third Lincoln. Immediately before even leaving the dealer we noticed Sirius Radio did not display song titles or artist on the instrument cluster. Five other Nautilus’s were checked at the dealer and they all had the same problem. How ever the Corsair, Navigator and Aviator worked correctly as did a 2019 Nautilus. After talking with Lincoln they found an update and sent us back to the dealer to install the update. It did not cure the problem so now Lincoln is telling us it is not a feature of the 2020 Nautilus but is on all the other new 2020 cars they sell. What a line of BS! The car was $60,000 and they won’t even acknowledge they have a problem. I will never buy another Lincoln! They can’t figure out the problem so now they are just telling us it is not a feature on our car but is on all the other 2020’s plus it was on the 2019 Nautilus’s. So disappointed!
