(DeSoto)Black workers, black customer and they couldnt even provide a greeting. As I stood right in front of the associate on the phone, still no acknowledgement. Not even from the associate, walking to the front and back of the store but greeted the Hispanic guy that walked in. I politely walked out. Do better! Greet all customers! Also, more effort should be made into making the store look clean.

Reading the reviews and the response to a review has been made you would think that the issue would have been resolved. Well not the case at all.I would give no stars as well! Came to get a part at 8:40pm! Doors already locked and yet sign says closed at 9pm. Basically you don’t want my money especially when you have a young man and woman look at you through the glass. The woman had the till already counted down and all. They walked out at 9 pm on the dot those plans must have been really important.Why state it’s going to be looked into on a review if the same issue is going on?!

Never got a receipt so I called so they can email it to me but I was told that I will have to come down there and pick it up no option of email or sending me even a simple photo of it and I live three hours away.That’s not how you treat a customer.

Came to get a part at 8:53pm doors already locked and yet sign says closed at 9pm. Would put not stars if I could. Unfortunately Autozone lost a customer in me today 😞 and I gave my money to Walmart instead. When theyre to busy to give that specialized service people have come to enjoy and expect from them, you may as well give you money to the big box store or order from Amazon where thats expected.....Disappointed

The store is always clean & organized. The day staff is great, very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. I didnt give 5stars only because the few times Ive gone at night the experience was just ok. Special S/O kudos to Jeremy. He is a great manager! Always smiling, eager to help, exemplifies a variety of knowledge. If he doesnt know the answer/part he will definitely research & get back to you.

Went to Auto Zone for oil. Got excited about the price of the oil because it was on clearance. It was at least 7 bottles of oil in the slot listed $2. Its time to make my purchase and the price is different. 3 employees including Jeremy go and check the price and says 7 bottles of oil were in the wrong slot. Jeremy now wants to debate on whos fault it was that the oil was in the wrong place. He continues to try and hold someone other than the store accountable for the misplacement. I mean going back and forth smh. I eventually let him WIN and decide that its not worth the hassle of being a paying customer and leave. Accountability is Everything

Went to purchase a battery from AutoZone in Desoto Texas on Hampton Road April 1st 2018. I was prepared to pay for a brand new battery, because I bought it from AutoZone May/10/ 2015. The technician said sir you may be eligible for a new battery with no charge let me check, and I was 😁 Praise the Lord!!!! The battery i bought in 2015 had a 3 your warranty on it.

Came in about 11a.m. to get my battery charged,they told me it would be ready in about 2/30 hours. Came back around 3p.m. battery was still sitting in the same place I lefted it. The second manager told me he would put it on the charger and it would be ready in about an hour. Came back around 5p.m.and it still hadnt been charged. Had to take it to OReilly who had me in and out in 90 minutes

Bought over flow cap. First, I was sent to aisle 10 with part #..looked through 8 rows of small parts, its not there, go back to counter and he says Im sorry, its in the back. Tried to return it 2 days later bc he gave me wrong cap, too big but couldnt find receipt. Just needed to exchange it but lady said no, not w/o receipt.

This store has always been exactly what youd expect, theyre helpful and will try to get you what you need. I gave it 2 stars because of its been acceptable (although not exceptional) in the past. Today I had a heck of an experience though. I called from my home phone with a quick and simple question, and a man put me on hold. No problem. Except that I was on hold for 25 minutes straight. After 25 minutes I put the phone on speaker, and made a second call from my cellphone. A lady answered, I asked her if she could tell me what type of differential fluid my truck needed. She groaned dramatically and put me on hold. She returned with the answer, and I ask if the store carried a related hand-held fluid pump. She says no. Ive already looked it up on the website, I know they have it.So I asked her are you sure?She says yeahI repeat Really? Youre sure?Another dramatic groan, and Im on hold. She returns, Ok, we have it. I ask her if its in the store, or if I have to order it. She huffs Oh my god and Im on hold again. Only this time, she doesnt return, instead she picks up the call on my home phone thats been on hold for 30 minutes now, and starts a whole new conversation with me. I tell her Ive been on hold for 30 minutes, hang up both phones, and drive over to the Cedar Hill Autozone where I received outstanding service.
