My car unexpectedly had a flat near the quick service shop. Called Quick Service and Johnny was able to get me in quickly and work on the car right away. He was extremely curteous, professional and efficient. The shop didn’t have my tire in stock and he managed to get a replacement from a friend down the road. I was in and out in 1.5 hours without an appointment. Really appreciate his honesty and him not taking advantage of a situation as I was in a bind. Highly recommended for anyone that’s looking for an honest repair shop with fair prices!

If your looking for exhaust work, don’t go here. Within a month half the exhaust hangers fell off due to poor welds and the exhaust still leaks. Also they improperly welding the new exhaust to my downpipe which forces me to replace the downpipe again along with the entire exhaust system. Very disappointed as this was an insane waste of money and time.

Terrible customer service over price $80 dollars for oil change No way I came back 😡

In February my husband took our vehicle to this shop to get an oil change. they charged him 30.00. Fast forward to May 27th, 2020 I took the same vehicle to the same location to get the same oil change and they charged me 79.00 dollars. The only thing that was different, was the first time my husband took the vehicle and the second time I took it. I will never use this location again for service. I do have pictures of the recepts... I just cant figure out how to upload them to this site.

Went in for a new muffler. Got it installed right away. No bs, no long waits. No rude employees. Just a quick muffler replacement. This is my second time going and I havent seen or had any bad experience. Maybe Im just a lucky customer.

Stay away from this shop.I went here couple times for couple years and I brought them several costumers.This guys are not professional, they are rude and they dont treat costumers on good way.They used to be good before, like 5 star, but not anymore.There are couple more shops in this area.

This shop is great. No misleading B.S. They do what they say their going to do. Their prices are very realistic. I will never go elsewhere again! I see there are some very negative reviews here. Its tough to judge a business by its reviews. Someone might own a similar business down the street and leave a bad review. All I know is I was treated very well!

CONSUMERS BEWARE!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!Took my car in for a regular oil change. Later that day my car stalled in the middle of the road. The “genius” who serviced my car earlier in the day, apparently replaced the oil filter with one that was the wrong size. That caused most of the engine oil to drain and almost blew my engine. Had to take it in to a different shop to get my car back to a usable state. When I confronted the suppose “manager” of this shop, Jose, he was very unprofessional and declined to cover the cost of the damages that was caused by them. He even said that if I tried to write a negative review on Yelp, that he would have it removed “like that”. Well good luck with that buddy, I’ll put this review on every site that I can find which list this horrible business.I’ve already reported this unpleasant business transaction to the City of Des Plaines and the Better Business Bureau. If you are a consumer that was scammed by this place, I suggest that you do the same. I’m also in the process of taking legal action so that they learn a lesson and understand that not all consumers will tolerate their ignorance and incompetence.

Took my car in for muffler work. They tampered with my rack & pinion bolt. They loosened it probably in order to make me come back and charge me unnecessarily. I was leaking power steering fluid on my 1st drive after picking up my car. Had to get it towed to another shop which confirmed that it has been tampered with. Nothing was broken and this wasnt regular wear and tear. My muffler work was fine, but they tried to scam me. Women watch out, going alone. Dont trust them!

ALL - BEWARE OF THIS SHOPMy father who is an older gentlemen(almost 80 yrs of age) took in his vehicle for an oil change service. After he paid for the service and brought the vehicle home, I found that the oil level was overfilled, the oil filter was never changed, and they spilled oil all over the motor.When I took the vehicle back in, they refused to honor any of the work they they had committed to completing when my father paid. I ended up taking it to another shop.The owner is very unprofessional, uneducated, and incompetent. This place will not stay in business with this service. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.Cheating people is wrong!

Recently, they fixed brakes on my Malibu for $500. A few months ago, they refused to change oil in the same car telling me they dont do that though the signs tell something different. They seem to be capricious and hardly communicative.

Took my car to get breaks done at local dealer and the price was outrageous. Was driving and decided to stop and see what the mechanic said. Finally a honest guy would give him my business before the crooked dealers..

Be careful with this place. My mother in law took her mustang (3.8 v6) in for an oil change and they up-sold her on spark plugs and cables. They charged her $185 for parts which retail for $15 and $195 for labor for a total of almost $400.

Ok maybe BMW or Audi have better waiting rooms but Wickstrom is excellent! And the service is phenomenal and quick. These guys and gals have it down to a science. Hats off to an excellent service department!

I had a blown tire and had to get it replaced and fixed ASAP. Slowly got my car in living so close and they instantly helped me no wait or anything. Took care of the issue got me a new tire. Thank you for all the help on the fly!!!!!

Honest and reliable

I went to have a part fixed for my trocka and they did the balancing and they disconnected the clacson I returned to inform them what had happened and they wanted to charge me 200 for the part plus labor that they did on purpose because if it worked When I take the trocka to them, it happens that they just put their hands on it and stopped serving, previously I had compared some tires there but they had never done a service and I will not return that happened to me because I did not read all the bad comments they have but not it happens to me again

The service was terrible .. I went for a change of discs and brakes That would cost me $ 250 and when I got home the brake pedal went to the bottom and the fluid spilled 🤔 I called and according to them they didnt do anything I had to pay another $ 160 more x a hose that broke weird right ?? 👎 😡!!! Dont go to this place !!!! 🚨🚨
