Remember these names Rafael and Alex!!I own a 2020 Subaru Ascent, AWD, beached it in snow and ice.. I was stuck for 36 hours. Called at least 5 different tow companies. They ALL pulled up laughed and left.Rafael was the last tow truck driver of the evening to show up... around 12:30am. He saw my predicament and said, I’ll be back first thing in the morning to get you out.Sure enough after a long night shift, this man woke up and showed up at my house with Alex. They pulled my truck out with two pulls.Now, when I tell you to remember these names, HE is THE guy you want to call upon for a reliable and trustworthy service. They pulled through and pulled my car out when NO ONE ELSE WOULD!!So beyond thankful!!God bless!

Had a trans job done a car they dropped and put the trans back in cheap no issues or so i thought all the bolts on the trans mount loose bent brake lines lose bolts and parts as they say u get what u pay for wouldnt recommend them to anyone i know

I found Mr. Castro to be clear and concise about my options and he really worked hard to make sure my car was ready to pass. I would say he is my new go-to mechanic!

Best mechanic hands down. I brought my Cadillac CTS there after Castle Chevrolet kept scamming me. Very honest people to work with, very trustworthy. You get the quality that you pay for. Still bring the CTS there whenever something happens and will continue to do that.

Terrible place not sure how they still are in business. This place is merely just a tow place but say they are a repair shop. Do not ever get your car repaired here. You will regret it. I wish I could give negative stars.

This is the best refferel, I received from my towing insurance. Great service & rite on time.

Used my insurance for a tow and no places were available that my insurance was contracted with, and with my location and the fact that it was midnight didn’t help. But they found this Castro place and said they’d be there to tow my car in 90 minutes. It is now 4:37am. I guess they meant 90 minutes 5 years from now. I’m going home. This place is trash. They stopped answering my calls as well as my insurance agencies calls. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

I will highly recommend this place cause they really know how to work on cars they know what there doing and the personal that works is nice & friendly.
