Car broke down on the Kennedy and needed a tow to my usual mechanic. Tow company that Ive used in the past couldnt get a truck out quick and referred me to TRI R instead so I called them up. A TRI R flatbed arrived promptly, got me loaded up quick and off to mechanic. Very friendly and professional driver, and good price. Not that I hope Ill need another tow anytime soon, but if I do, TRI R will get the first call.

This morning my truck would not start. Dead battery. I called TRi R for assistance. Within minutes they showed up... quickly got my truck started... so prompt, courteous and professional. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. THANK YOU TRI R!!!

Sunday morning with a dead battery in an underground garage in downtown Mt. Prospect. They said they would be there in half an hour. Twenty minutes later they were on site, car running. Professional and fast. They price was the same as a week day. Im a very happy with their service. The next time my car needs work I will try their shop.

I tell you what I always hear the bad things about towing companies. This place was truthful and very helpful. My 80 year old mother was hit on Payton street and had to be taken to the hospital. Tri R had the task of impounding the car. My brother and I needed to get my Mothers belongings after we made sure Mom was OK. I never had a car towed, they explained to me what we had to do and how to deal with the whole situation with the insurance companies. The next day my Mother arrived at the facility to get a few more things out of the trunk, one or two of the men helped my mom walk down into the yard to get her stuff and helped her back out. They did their job, gave us the information we needed and everything was great! Some people just dont understand the contracts that have to be signed with the cities to remove vehicles quickly to get traffic moving. Thank You again!

Bad idea. I came to cross my tires and front to back before winter season and owner rescheduled me few times for another days and finally told me he will not do it at all. I offered my flexibility but he refused to do it sending me to Firestone across the street ... he looked very stressed and inpatient. Im not recommending this style customer service.

Randy was our tow truck driver, he was a great guy - let us warm up in his cab while he worked to get our car going again. when that didnt happen he towed us back to his shop and even gave us a ride to the train station (we live 20 miles away from des plaines) he even waited with us till the train arrived, even though he didnt have to (it was only kinda cold out). the next day, our car was repaired (dead alternator) and the cost of the repair and the tow was very reasonable and honestly - he treated us exceptionally well. It was great, I reccomend Tri-R Service to anyone in the northwest burbs needing a tow and or repair!

Came out at night to rescue my husbands hotrod that wouldnt start- they were so careful to make sure it transported safely home! Awesome people!

Bad service dont come here.. Also guys looking for a job dont wrk here if u wana get payed $300 every 2 weeks for traintraining. bad commission wrk environment horrible wrkerss hang out in a basement that is freezing cold . most of trucks need maintenance. Good old tri R no wonder there only 3 wrkers hole company. PPL take ur business else where youll thank me later
