Jim Brown is great to work with. He helped though a difficult year. To get the trailer we ordered ( 2513 Game Changer Pro) there were many supply issues. He kept us informed of all the issues and couldnt be happier with our ATC . Thanks for all you did to get us a great trailer!

We purchased an enclosed trailer from Mario in December on a very cold winter day. When we opened the side door, we noticed a BIG air gap on the back door. He made an adjustment to the door lock and got the door to close for the trip home. He said he would ship me a new lock to repair the issue with the door gap. After arriving home and after further inspection, we found the back door frame was not square or straight and that the back door was welded too close on the drivers side. The rest of the trailer was perfect, but the back door was NEVER going to seal without an extensive repair at the factory. After lots of delays and broken promises, Wells Cargo finally called and said they would pick it up and repair. After keeping it a few weeks, they returned the trailer with a band-aid fix. They bent the door so it would match the door frame. The added spacers to the door locks so it would force the door shut on a bent/crooked frame. I expressed this to Mario and that Wells Cargo didnt repair the trailer and so far havent received a call or email from Brown Motorcars. They dont mind selling it to you, but they dont follow up. It has been six months since purchase and I have not been able to use the trailer or set it outside without leaking until now. --- The attached photo shows how out of square the back door is. You can see a gap between the straight edge and the door frame at the top of the frame.
