Very rude and poor customer service. Politeness was not returned. I’m very disappointed in how the lady on the phone spoke to me. She was very rude and unhelpful, made it seem as if it was my fault I did not receive notice about the change in my order. Was finally rectified, however right after I gave my card number, I was hung up on and did not get a call back. I had to check my bank statement, as well as call the Highline Bookstore back to make sure everything went through properly. If I didn’t have to use the bookstore due to my grants stipulations, I would never again.
