Arcade is a bit hit and miss. My master loves giving me a wireless vibe and watching me perform. Usually here on friday night.

Staff extremely rude. Started screaming that we needed to wear a mask as soon as we walked through the door even though iowa has ZERO mask mandate anymore. They also refused to provide a mask. Said qe could buy masks. The four of us decided to go spend our money elsewhere. Wont be back here. Decided it was cheaper to just order off amazon.

So i came to see what was good in this place...i was looking around the guy that work there asked me if i need help i said yeah I only liked i vest but there none my size.. He looked around and finally found one... He said oh its on clearance... And the price was okay. I went to pay and he game me a 3 times the price higher. We looked to other one and they all had diferent prices... So he didnt wanna sell it to me. Ugh

Super trash location. Have had problems every time I’ve gone to this location. As a dancer spending a lot of money on outfits they wouldn’t let me exchange or return an outfit I clearly haven’t worn. It was gigantic when I took it out of the package was the only reason for wanting to return but they wouldn’t allow even an exchange. The second time I came with a group of friends and we all had our IDs besides one who had a current photo of it and they still wouldn’t allow her to come inside. None of the dancers at the lumberyard will ever shop at your location again I promise you. I asked the lady working for the district managers phone number and she actually gave me a maintenance mans number so when I called and let him have it suggesting they hire more credible and consistent employees it wasn’t even someone who could do anything for me. I recommend 100% visiting another location or shopping worldwide exotic wear in Des Moines has WAY better deals and customer service is incredible.

Always make sure you check your products thoroughly before purchasing!!! My wife and I bought Lingerie for $35, the box was taped up (like most of the boxes there) we took it home and discovered the bag inside was torn open and looked like the lingerie had been worn and thrown back inside the box and taped back up. When I brought back to the store, I wanted to exchange it for the same one to which the creepy bald old man inside (who kept staring at my wife) told me that he wouldnt let me exchange it because the employees wouldnt let a box like that leave the store I laughed and told him that not only are most the boxes in there taped up, but they apparently arent doing there jobs right and didnt check the box, because lets be real, they didnt even check our IDs and were a young couple. I will never return to this store again, the horrible customer service and that creepy pedophile-looking fat man lost a customer. Trust me, go to a different sex shop that wont give you nasty products and stare down your woman in a creepy way.

Ive always had a great experience with the location on the South side and Id highly recommend that location to anyone...the manager at this location was rude and dismissive. Take your business to the army post location...

The manager Kent is a sick creep and a liar who doesnt follow company policy. Take your business to the Romantix on Army Post Road, I guarantee a much better experience

Hi my husband and I bought a toy from them we got the secrets vibrating thong home. It didnt work and the package was already opened and it didnt work. My husband then tryed to go back up to the store to explain this to staff. He was told it was not there problem and told to get out of there store. I will never buy from them again. Then we try to get ahold of the company the thong is made by and no response. I can honesty say most years we would spend about a 1000 bucks.

Prices little high on somethings, yet also very good prices on somethings . all & all one stop shop.

I would avoid all Romanitx products or thouroughly research them before buying and test them before using.(These are the 4 dildos that I am reviewing: Icicles #55 by Pipedream, The Double Trouble Glass Dildo by Electric Lingerie, Firefly 5” dildo by New Sensations Novelties, and The Player dildo by Rascal Toys.)All products that I investigated were manufactured in China. Not to mention, they contained incorrect statements. Also, upon closer inspection, I have discovered that many of their products have been made cheaply and are not safe for use.Brands such as Pipedream and Electric Lingerie glass dildos may be toxic and are not safe for use. These companies do not properly create their products meaning these items may carry undue/ negative stress in the glass. (Meaning that eventually it will break due to this stress). Also, brands such as Pipedream and Electric Lingerie, coat their products with a type of luster to give it a glossy look but these lusters are often highly toxic and not for internal use.Quote from Dangerous Lily:Another interesting tale which involves, naturally, Pipedream’s Icicles line. As this industry is not regulated it is up to the consumer to understand this.The “Firefly” Reviewed:The “Firefly” was my first purchase from Romantix and the start of my curiosity about the reliability of Romanitx products. As such, I have used both “The Player” and the “Firefly”.The ‘Firefly” made my insides burn and took almost a week to recover from. I am a perfectly healthy woman and although I have sensitive skin, allergic reactions to silicone are rare (I boiled both dildos, so it is unlikely to be a reaction from some cleaning agent). I chalk this reaction up to the “Firefly” most likely being made out of a silicone blend. (My one regret is I did not flame test this dildo before tossing it). Meaning it is not 100% silicone and may possibly contain harmful chemicals that might leach out of the product. Also, The Player although from China and mislabeled. Has passed the flame test with flying colors and has yet to make me burn the way the “Firefly” did.
