I dont have enough good things to say. Faraz Asad, our sales consultant, went above and beyond to make this a fun experience. He was knowledgable, included both of us in the conversation, and stayed to put the bow on top of the car, even though they were an hour past closing. Every staff encounter we had was positive. I highly recommend Willis Lexus and Faraz Asad when car shopping.

I had been driving a Lexus since 2014, and the time came to get something new. I really liked my car and wanted to get another Lexus.I visited several dealers before deciding to do business with Willis Lexus, and I couldnt be happier!My salesman, Faraz, spent a lot of time with me, explaining the differences between the various models that I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable and took all the time I needed in order to make the best choice. He was available for all my questions during the process, and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule, coming in on his days off to meet with me. He really gave me the kind of personal attention that makes it a pleasure to do business with someone.After I made my decision, I was helped by Steve in the finance department. He helped me to get the best deal on financing-even my bank couldnt do better.In the end, I got exactly what I was looking for, and I believe I got the very best deal possible. I just love my Lexus. This guys do amazing job. I almost do all the transactions via email, get the offers via email, all my questions was answered via email, get approval by phone. and then just arrived for pick up my SUV. Super happy with my GX. I got my new car in just 1 hour. This SUV is amazing.

I bought my first Lexus from Willis 4 years ago and the customer experience was so good that I just bought my second one from Willis a few weeks ago. A good customer experience is something that is extremely important to me and the reason that I will only buy my cars from Willis Lexus. From purchasing to service, they are my dealer for life. I like to be able to reach out to my salesman and tell him what I am looking for and he doesnt pressure me to buy, he informs me on the things that I ask and then is there to assist with any questions that I may have. I do not like to spend countless hours in a dealership going back and forth on financing, I prefer to do everything via email or phone to the point where all I need to do is go into Willis when the paperwork is ready to sign and I am in and out very quickly. If you want a salesman that is honest, patient, and informed, then you want to ask for Jeff Godwin. He is a tenured employee of Willis and he is able to answer any question you have and if he doesnt know the answer, he will figure out who he needs to ask to get that answer for you. My finance experience was amazing as well. I told them where I wanted to be numbers wise and they made it happen. From a service perspective, I like to work with the same person every time and Michael in service is great. I email him and he works to get things set up for me. Jeff, Charlie and Mike are the reasons that I will continue to go back to Willis Lexus and refer my friends and family as long as they are there!

I am writing this review about a month after my visit to this dealership. I must admit; my wife and I went to the dealership with some level of hesitancy. We have been looking at different brands at several dealerships trying to narrow down our choices. All that hesitation went away after we spoke to Alexander (AJ). He took time to explain specs of the different RX trims and encouraged us to test-drive to make sure. We weren’t rushed or pressured to decide. He listened to what we have to say and made a sincere effort to meet our needs. AJ is very polite salesperson and very professional. We were able to pick the best fit for us; our first Lexus…2021 RX350L. Thank you AJ for the exceptional buying experience. Awful service experience. Went in to have the dealer program a key and the tire pressure sensor in the spare tire. When I picked up the car, the service advisor told me that they programmed the wheel and I would need to get a tire. The technician did not even check where the spare tire was and put the sensor on a different wheel in the back of the car. When I showed the advisor the spare, he said the tech didnt look but wasnt sure the sensor would work on the spare. A phone call before putting a sensor on a rim that doesnt even have a tire on it would have been appropriate.On the inspection form, there were multiple issues to be addressed including a damaged tire. Would have been nice to have the service advisor tell me prior to driving home and finding it myself. Would not recommend their service department.

From my experiences with car dealers once I buy the car without warranty anything wrong with it would be my problem and thought that was the case with Willis Lexus. I noticed low power steering fluid around my second week with the car. Thought if I refilled a few times Id be good but turned out to be a 1k fix for new steering rack a little over a month of owning the car. Then 2 more maintenance lights lit up. I posted my negative review and willis lexus reached out to make it right for me and Im very grateful. They repaired all that was needed without charge. They arent like other dealers. Willis treats their customers with integrity. Thank you!

My daughter has a 2003 Lexus IS300. The hood rod clip for her car is a little two ounce piece of plastic that is broken. I called all the junk yards and they dont have the part. When I called the Lexus dealer this morning they have to order it but its going to cost $51. How can the dealers justify $51 for a piece of plastic I should not pay more than ten bucks for?

Pleasant experience for me. My Lexus RX Hybrid car broke down at Guitar center and it was towed to Willis on a Wednesday evening and I think they had it diagnosed the following day. It ended up being a short on the hybrid battery from rain coming through a gap in the back, which would be $5700 for a new battery alone. Michael Yach recommended may be covered under insurance and was right, so that took a significant burden off of me. I caught a Lyft there to see the issue myself and take some more pictures and hear from the technicians. The tech was professional and broke things down so I understood what was happening, and Yach offered their valet to me for free to drive me back downtown DSM, which also saved me time since Lyft wait time was about 20 min at the time.Due to parts the repairs continued to get delayed and Michael took the initiative to call Geico and let them know my rental would need to get extended. He kept me updated throughout the process, multiple times daily when appropriate. The body shop needed to do a repair to seal the area which allowed the rain to get in and he estimated $300-500, but it ended up costing closer to $200, so It didnt feel like they jacked up the price for that. The only part of the interaction I wish I would have known up front was an option for a less expensive used battery that we ended up going with. I would have had the option to pay out of pocket, but ultimately I believe I would have made the same decision to use the insurance on it. Ill definitely take my car there for any of my hybrid needs,

I brought my 2010 Lexus ES 350 in for the air bag recall and it just seemed like they were doing everything they could to get me to spend money on service there. They claimed my rear sway bar bushings were shot and quoted me $200 to fix it. Not wanting to spend $200 for them to remove and reinstall 4 bolts I ordered the $20 parts I needed to replace and knocked out the job in 20 minutes. Much to my surprise and disappointment, the parts they claimed were worn out were still in great shape and didnt need replaced.

My wife and I had our ignition go out while we were in Des Moines for the weekend and everyone at Willis Lexus went above and beyond to help us. They helped us find a tow truck that could get to us quickly on a Saturday afternoon. They gave us a loaner car to help us get around until they could work on our car on Monday. They gave us several recommendations for places to visit to pass the time. Everyone there treated us with compassion and respect throughout the entire process.

This place is the same as any other car dealer experience, except the awe factor induced by price tags that draws ones attention from noticing the standard shady & bogus dealing by slick salesmen and little care or accountability post-sale by anyone.Ive purchased here once, had service done numerous times. It never ceases to amaze me how far they will go to worm their way out of an issue that is their responsibility and/or charge obscene prices for maintenance that is successful only after their second or third go at the problem.If you know nothing about cars to know what a luxurious automobile actually is and youre of the upper-middle class willing to throw heaps of money to keep your false social status badge, then by all means - shop away. Bring towels for the slime if you go during business hours...

Excellent customer service whilst waiting for your vehicle to get service by Jennifer at the reception desk and excellent customer service with service department and staff as well. Everyone and the sales staff are very friendly and the upmost level of professionalism. You can tell that this company goes above and beyond to train their staff in providing excellent customer service. This is very refreshing and not something you see everywhere even in the automotive industry. The staffs friendliness also seems genuine. I could easily get my vehicle serviced somewhere else that is closer to me for cheaper but I choose to go to Willlis Lexus instead because of the service. Not to mention they have Loaner Cars available for just $10 per use or they will pick up and deliver your vehicle for service. That is top notch. 5 Stars.

Just broke down on the interstate less than one hour from Willis Lexus in an RX 350 that I purchased new from them. I called to ask for a tow and a loaner. To my dismay I was told that they don’t offer a towing service and β€œunfortunately β€œ don’t have any loaners. What dealership of their size doesn’t have a loaner for such an emergency?! Truly disappointed!

I recently passed through Des Moines on a family trip. We experienced a mechanical problem and I called this Dealer while traveling at around 11 am, asking if they could be of help to a traveler. The woman was very nice on the phone, but after taking my information she came back saying they would be unable to look at my vehicle till the following day. Funny, I have always heard about the great service a Lexis customer is supposed to get everywhere. I then asked if they could recommend anyone who may be able to help me locally. The woman took my phone number and said her service manager would call me back asap. Never happened! I was lucky to have found a local Goodyear store that provided service. They saw us as a traveler, and quickly got my vehicle in. Problem solved. Yay Goodyear!!

Honestly not happy at all with this location, I just bought a Lexus and took it in for service and it was 5pm when I brought the car in for service and I was greeted by a gentleman in the garage he took all my information and i told him everything that i wanted done and that i had a check engine light on he then ask who my appointment was with I told him Eric cause we made it on line, he went and handed everything over to him and then when I walked in there to talk to the gentleman he told me you have been here before and your service person is Brian, and shuffled me out of the office into his, so then I sat down with Brian and explained everything to him that we were there for a 60k check up he started rattling everything off about what needed to be done and the cost and told me it was going to be about 450 dollars plus tax, I told him no online your prices show 390.80 and he said they need to correct there system and told me well I guess we will honor that price, I told him well I hope so that is what it said. I left the car there and just off the phone with him around 1:45 and he told me that they did everything but our check engine light is on, I said ya I know I told the other guy that and he said well you didnt tell me, well I am sorry wouldnt you have checked that he said well we charge to check that, I said what wow does your dealership charges to check the light, I said Isnt that part of the service he said no. well I just looked on line and it is showing for my 390.80 that they reset the any reminder lights. now he is telling me that they will charge to check that light of 154 dollars but if it is only the gas cap which is what I think it is we will cut it in half. what kind of customer service is this. I have owned a lot of cars in my day and currently I have two other cars the others are BMWs and they dont nickel and dime you when it comes to service and if there is a check engine light on they check it when it is in the shop. Would love to know how they would like this if the owner brought there car in for service and was treated like this. I normally would never write anything but honestly people should know, I was told well it is a certified tech and they need to get paid for doing work, well arent they paid weather they do work or not why are you trying to charge me for there salary. things need to change at this dealership

This place is the same as everyone will always try to steal your money .... they treat you beautifully but when you least expect it they give you high interest rates even if you have an excellent credit ... I am going to change my car for a newer one and I dont even have to I finished making the deal when they had already removed the plates from my car ... I decided not to do the deal for the following reason they were giving me a very high percentage of 6% and my credit is excellent ... They return the plates for my car and in the end they scratched it very ugly ........... sometimes the brand of a car says a lot ..... it hurts the staff that these dealer have.This place is the same as everyone will always try to steal your money .... they treat you beautifully but when you least expect them they give you a high interest even if you have an excellent credit ..
