Very cool curb appeal.Ambience is delightful and welcoming.Fast and efficient service.Only critisism is not enough parking and its sometimes difficult to exit their lot due to second ave being such a busy street anytime of day. Which is not there fault but still a bit of a pain.

I was a returning customer to this business, but that wont happen again unfortunately. Brought my 85 Mustang to have some ground effects replaced and repainted. Its a custom paint job. Also needed to have the doors realigned, hood realigned, and the front bumper recleared. Chris told me if I could get the parts, paint codes, etc and his painter agreed to do it, they would do it. I ordered the parts and spoke to the original painter, whos in Michigan, and he gave me the info on the exact paint he used. Show up for the painter to look at my car and Chris is nowhere to be found and the story on their end changed and they declined the work because now I was dealing with someone other than Chris. Communication seems poor here as they knew nothing about me coming by for my appt that I set up with Chris. Good luck getting someone on the phone here as well. Now Ill have parts laying around my garage until I find someone else that can do it. Unfortunately I wasted two trips up there and got nothing in return. My time is valuable too....

I brought my very special vehicle there to be repaired. I was very nervous about it. They treated it and me very well. Very clean, very organized, very professional people. Done when they said. I am really happy with the results.

Had a windshield that needed replaced and whoever repaired it, didnt do it correctly causing my vehicle to be leaking water all week long. Do u think they apologized at the very least? No they acted like they make that sorta mistake every single day. Very long process as well, In which I understand detailing to take awhile but they didnt give me a call when I could come get it. They forgot about that too I guess!

Got rear ended and recommended Tony Moro’s from the insurance company for repairs. They did an EXCELLENT job. Had to replace my lift gate, rear passenger side light fixture and replace my bumper and it took like 6 days. Nikki at the front desk is a sweetheart and kept me updated on everything along the way. She was very friendly and professional. Will definitely return for all repairs in the future.

I had a run in with a curb. My insurance had them listed as an approved vendor so I went with them. Very happy I did. Great staff in the office to work with and very happy with the work done on my car. Highly recommend them.

Some ding bat hit my car in the parking garage downtown. Called my normal mechanic WRIGHT TIRE N AUTO, they referred me to Moro. . I called my insurance they suggested Moro and some others but i stopped listening. . .took my car in 4 days later my car looks damn near like it did the day i bought it. . Outside looks great, but damn gina they detailed the inside too! didnt expect that. Although I am over the top satisfied - hope to never use them again.

I had a deer rammed the front driver side of my van recently. My insurance company suggested Tony Moro Collision along with several other places and Im so happy I chose Tonys! It took exactly 7 days for them to get the job done and it has definitely exceeded my expectations! When I dropped the van off and my rental was running late the staff called to make sure they were on their way. When I picked up my vehicle they went over the invoice and charges (even though my insurance had already done so.) Making sure I understood and asked if I had any questions. Made sure I knew about the lifetime warranty through my insurance and how to care for the new paint. They were so nice and helpful and did such a great job! I am beyond thankful and would definitely reccomend their services!!!

The car came out perfect. Chet and Nikki were very nice at the front desk. After I picked up the car someone had grazed the vehicle. I had to return to the shop for a small part install. I asked about the new damage, it was small. The shop was able to buff the scratch out. They didnt charge me, the whole experience was awesome. I highly recommend their service.

Great people, great service. My truck was rear ended this winter and they got me an estimate in a timely manner and were able to repair it within a week. I will always remember them for any work I need done.

Great body shop when they have people working. The first time I had work done here, the work was great and timely. I find myself needing collision repair again and cannot even get an estimate because their estimators come and go when they feel like it. I keep getting told they work 8-5 but I have called at 3pm and hear that they left at noon and have called at 11am and been told they already left for the day.

Ethical, honest, outstanding! Had a scrape up that looked serious. I took to three shops for estimates. The first two (very popular in town) gave me estimates from $2k-$3k and assured me what a great deal they were giving me. Went to Tonys and they immediately (within 5 minutes) had one of their awesome pros buff it out for free...looks like nothing ever happened. Ive gone back to them once more (they earned my trust and business) and once again, they impressed me with their timeliness, service, and quality. Dont go anywhere else...these guys are the real deal. Thanks!

Had to have the front end fixed covered under insurance. This group replaced everything with the cheapest parts possible. My headlights went from great to not being able to see farther than 8 - 10 yards and pointing straight down. Took it back and the team said that was best they can do. Can’t even replace the lights because they didn’t put back in factory bracketry. There are much better places to take your car for body repair than Tony’s.

We got a bumper powered coated and it looked amazing. For about a month. Then it started to get rust stops in random places. It’s now been a year and it’s one big pile of rust. Not very pleased with how long the power coat actually lasted.

These guys are the best! 2 words, Above and Beyond! I had a fender bender and it looks like the day I bought it!! Not only did they fix my car, but the inside was spotless!! Great little detail. Nikki in the front was super nice and very helpful!They said about 3 days to fix, and it was done . I went to alot of body shops in and around the area and they were hundreds less than other quotes! I hit a deer and it took out my headlight, dented the hood, bent the crap out of my corner panel, and took out some screws holding the bumper up. I went in for an estimate and told the guy I just wanted a cheap job since the car isnt worth a whole lot and he fixed it then and there for 20 bucks. Not only does this place do amazing work that looks good but they also do quick easy jobs to make a car street legal again.

Had the two drivers side doors replaced on a 2007 Dodge Charger and they did a excellent job and took a week. The car was cleaned inside and out when we picked it up, and the office staff was friendly and easy to work with.

Great service just make sure you call prior to needing service. Theyre usually more than a week backed up.

Quick service that exceeded my expectations. Went in for an insurance claim for a bumper repair and had my car back the next day. As a bonus, they washed and vacuumed my car. Id recommend this shop to anyone.
