Faust Auto Body is an amazing company. My new car was hit by a piece of plywood flying in the air on the interstate and when I took my car to Faust they were so professional. They looked over my car so well and found places that got hit that I didn’t even see. They are amazing communicators and kept me in the loop about everything. They were so easy to work with. I would highly recommend them. You can’t even tel that my car got hit. It looks amazing and drives impeccably. Thank you Faust!!!

Very friendly,A+work. They fixed a big dent on my fender the size of a watermelon. LOOKS brand new.Washed my truck all nice, its never been so clean.They are very skilled at what they do.I will definitely come back again.And I appreciate the touch up paint they gave me for my truck.Matches perfect.My wife picked my truck up while I was working out of town,wish I could have thanked all of them for job well done👍

Brought my renegade in and knew right away after checking all the reviews on google that this was were I was going. I have never dealt w anyone fixing a vehicle who was as kind and nice as these people. Not only did they fix it and it’s perfect just like new again but customer service was great!! It was also super fast service getting it back to me and I had body damage. I thought I better take my vehicle and clean it when I get it back. Was scared to wash it because the door was messed up. I get it back the car is washed, vacuumed out in the front, dash sparkling and mats cleaned. It was better conditions than what I left it in. I would recommend them a thousand times over.

Stopped by because some jerk turkey took it upon himself to make sure my brand new vehicle with less than 1k miles on it had a nice dent right on the body line. Faust gave me a ball park estimate that was more than I could afford at the moment. He also gave me the contact info for a dent guy he recommends.I initially went there because he helped me out 8 or 10 years ago when I managed to pill the front bumper off a car (low ground clearance, high side walk, angle parking).

I had a small job, but Tom and Pat treated me like a valued customer. Im extremely impressed with the amazing customer service, quality work, speedy completion and the price was lower than expected. If I ever need body work again, I will consider no other shop than Faust Body Shop.

Faust was INCREDIBLE! Friendly, professional, courteous, helpful people, neat as a pin office space, photo updates every step of the way, called me to tell me the repair was on time, then called to confirm it worked with my schedule to me to pick it up. They also went above and beyond to help me with the inept rental car people (Enterprise). I would recommend them to anyone needing repair work.

Great service, great people. Im a customer for life. Did the job at half the cost and in 5 days compared to 6 weeks, the estimate I received from another very well known shop.

I had to get my rear bumper replaced and saw the reviews for Faust online. The reviews didnt do it justice, the owners are wonderful! They took care of my vehicle in a very timely manner and were super courteous with the situation. Couldnt have asked for nicer help! So glad to have my vehicle repaired and looking brand new again. They are located in a bit of sketchy part of town but they are very nice and treat you well. The work was very good. Would recommend.

I just called Faust about repairing my 2003 Chevy Cavalier. State Farm had them as the best body shop in DSM and closest to my house (5 miles away). State Farm said theyll come pick up the vehicle and the person they spoke to Friday afternoon said they can squeeze me in Jan 1. Now, on Weds, its JAN 14TH and the woman on the phone was quite rude. Thats the full extent of my dealings w/ Faust.
