This is the best shop I’ve been to in all of Colorado. I had a tire issue with my Africa Twin and they were able to see me right away. I was in and out in 20 minutes. They let me come into the shop to show me what they were doing. Everyone there was super nice and the prices were quite reasonable. They didn’t just try to sell me the most expensive fix they could think of. They gave me a range of options and they even suggested the cheapest one because I was almost done with my tires anyway. Hard to find honest places now a days but Moto Works Denver is one of the few exceptions out there that you can rely on. This is where I will be taking my bike from now on.

While riding through Denver on my way home, I had clutch issues on a large mid-model BMW motorcycle. After calling a few motorcycle shops to inquire about availability, one of the shops which was busy recommended Moto Works Denver. I called and spoke with King, and he said theyd work me in. They found new and used parts locally and picked up the parts at two vendors. Tim worked like a maniac to knock it out. He replaced both clutch cylinders. They got me on the road in about 24 hrs from when I rolled in! The repairs got me home, 1200 miles, the next day. Heres one grateful customer!!!!

I bought a motorcycle that hadn’t been ridden in a few years from a friend and Moto Works inspected the fuel system and made sure the bike was in great running shape. They really went above and beyond working with me while I had a shipping company pick up the bike to transport across the states. The owner was a pleasure to work with. If I were still in Denver this would be my go-to place. Thanks again Moto Works!!

(TL;DR: great shop, helpful people; fun learning environment for DIY; and obviously talented mechanics) Ive always wanted to do my own maintenance work on my bike, so I was really glad to find Moto Works. I dropped into the shop with a basic idea of some things I wanted to try, but absolutely no experience. King and Tim were extremely helpful in the process. I left having changed my oil, bled my brakes, and inspected and checked tension on my timing belts, all for the first time. I asked what seemed like a million questions while they were working on other things, and theyd interrupt what they were doing to teach me. Even if youre not a beginner, I bet youll enjoy working on your bike in a clean, well-stocked shop with a pneumatic lift and other tools rather than working at home without as many of the cool (expensive) toys.By the way, while I worked on my bike, Tim was working on a bike from the 80s with about 60k miles on it. Honestly, I kind of decided it wasnt worth repairing as I saw it repeatedly sputter and refuse to start while Tim tried all the tricks in the book. (Sorry to whoever owns it that I dared think that; I know its different when its yours). Tim was of course able to get it running though. Impressive mechanic work, and pretty cool to get to watch it first-hand.These guys are the real deal.

I had an error display on my Suzuki Vstrom 650 so I called Moto Works and they told me to bring it in for a look. The tech Tim looked at my bike and took it for a test drive. There didn’t seem to be any major issue, but he did notice my chain was tension was loose. He took my bike in the shop without an appointment, properly tensioned the chain, and did visual safety checks on the brakes, tires, and other components. Tim also took the time to explain what he was doing along the way which was very helpful to an ultra novice DIY guy. The shop personnel as a whole was very friendly and helpful and had a very reasonable service rate. Cannot recommend enough. I’ll be calling them in a few weeks when I order new tires so I can have them installed at Moto Works.

I was really stoked to find these guys, looked promising but free inspection turned into $100 but they then charged $50, they missed some major carb issues, and then charged my girlfriend $50 additionally to put a chain on. Not going to make life long customers pulling stuff like that. Got the bike back today from a real mechanic and he found the swing arm bolt wasnt even tightened, that could have been dangerous. Avoid this shop for your safety. Crf 150, took the bike to you 2 times. You replaced the swing arm and put the chain on about a month ago. I am Mitchell, no need to address anything, I would like to warn customers about a potential dangerous shop, nevermind $50 for putting on a chain. I can attach the receipt if you would like

These guys are great. Like a lot of bike owners I dont live in a setting that allows me to do work on my sled- I rely on a decent shop to keep me running and safe. Located right off of Santa Fe and Evans, Moto Works has the skill to perform pretty much any maintenance or repair work you need. And as advertised, their prices are extremely fair and legit. I brought in my 99 Kawasaki that I had just purchased from a private party, and knowing it needed some TLC we went through the list together. They were honest about their recommendations and made the effort to source used parts wherever possible. Long story longer, the bike is running great. If you have some skills and feel you can do the work yourself- but just need a space to do it- they also rent out service bays for the DIY enthusiast. Great shop!

This repair shop is tough to deal with. I brought in a 2006 Honda CRF250X that needed some work to get it tuned and running properly. After a month, two visits and countless phone calls Im still left with a bike that is not running well at all.I was told the bike was running and ready for pickup, so I came to pick up the bike and the bike wouldnt start let alone run properly. The second time I came to pick up the bike I was told the bike was ready for the trails, so that is what I did, and unfortunately the bike was not ready for the trails and it ran through its coolant in about 20 minutes. They are now requesting that the bike be brought in for an additional $1,200 worth of work to have a new carburetor installed. I would say that you should be careful with sending your bike for repairs as it very well may take longer and cost more than you expect with this shop.
