Imperial has saved my race season multiple times this year. With Barts insane amount of knowledge, and Dans communication and support, they helped prepare my race bike the day before race rounds multiple times. These guys saved our butts!Husband and I are in the middle of a 3200 mile ride and we got a screw that punctured the rear tire of his KTM. I googled Denver Motorcycle Shop and Imperial Sportbikes was my first call (thankfully it was). Dan and Mike were super kind and were willing to squeeze us in til a little after closing so that we could get back on the road and not be stuck. Not only that, Mike coordinated with a tire shop nearby to make sure they had our tire in stock. I was recommended this spot by two friends who are avid motorcyclists and know all the bike shops in Denver. I decided to give it a shot and man... Imperial is so great with euro bikes! I came in needing a handed down Ducati inspected with old parts switched out and standard mileage maintenance. Dan Mike and Bart are just awesome to work with. Without going into the details, there were multiple opportunities for them to charge me for services and parts that werent needed, but they were so honest in serving exactly what I needed. They love what they do and uphold great values for customer care. This is the place Ill be taking my bike for all work and recommending biking enthusiasts!

Quality work from knowledgeable staff. The last mechanic I went to screwed up my bike a bit, but these guys were on it. They called and let me know before fixing the last guys mistakes. They went above and beyond though - I was there for tires and a tune, and they cleaned up my kickstand and ignition so that both action easier. Would definitely recommend in the future - if you need work done on your bike Id come here.

Had my 2008 Suzuki Hayabusa in their shop to be tuned, dyno work done, and they replaced some fairings. They are extremely professional and did a great job. Beware, they are extremely busy so don’t expect to get your bike out quick. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because their communication could be better. I will definitely be back if I need more work though.

Do not go here to get your bike repaired. EVER. Its not worth missing ur whole riding season. Get it repaired by anyone else. Hell just youtube it, buy the stuff u need, learn it, and u will still be done weeks ahead of this place.. Schedule an appointment and that dont matter either. Just buy an Aprilia and they may become ur friend. I almost thought this place was reputable. Decided to post this review cause not enough people are mentioning what actually goes on at this place.

Over the course of two weeks, I called them 6 times, left messages twice, and sent an online offer once. They never picked up, never called back, and never emailed.Guess Ill just take my money elsewhere.

Fantastic shop. Needed forks rebuilt for a cafe racer project. The big shops were weeks out. These guys got me in same day and delivered. Fast service and great prices. Even installed new tires wheels off bike walk in. My go to shop for any work on the Kawasaki.

My Aprilia tuono broke down less than a week before I was to leave for a long vacation to Sturgis. These guys pulled off a miracle and got me on the road when thier shop was packed with bikes to fix, all while they were short on staff, and waiting on parts. They work as a team, and the sales department isnt afraid to get thier hands dirty. Its obvious that they love what they do, as theyre very knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge with someone who isnt. (Unlike other so called Aprilia dealers in Colorado). I highly recommend you go To imperial. don’t waste your money going somewhere else, if you are looking for a shop that will be honest and knows what they are doing,THIS IS THE PLACE !I took my bike to a triumph certified dealership in down town Denver as a no-start bike they ended up charging me $1700 and did Not solve the problem or have a clue as to what the problem was,I then brought my bike to imperial and they solve the problem WITHIN DAYS as well as other problems that the other dealer didn’t even notice,They treaded me more than fair.I will never take my bike anywhere else.Andrew, Mike, Tim, And Dan’s communication and skill’s are on point, they were helpful and friendly, dealing with me calling to check in every other week. I took my Ducati 1098S to Imperial Sportbikes for an oil change that was fast and easy, but that is not why I am leaving this review. Other than an oil change the guys addressed an issue I was having with my chain, adjusted my suspension and gave my bike a really good look over. I am someone that takes pride in delivering world class customer service and I was blown away by the quality and service I received at Imperial Sportbikes. If you are new or seasoned when it comes to sport bikes I highly recommend checking out Imperial Sportbikes you will not be disappointed. This is a real review from a very excited customer.

These guys are super cool. They tuned my suspension 3 years ago at a thing at performance cycle in DTC. Unfortunately that bike got stolen, but I took my replacement to them and had them tune the suspension on this baby. Its a stiffer ride but it is much more stable in cornering. I thought that I had messed up my clutch but Bart just said no, look at how loose the adjustment nut is on this thing, and tightened it down and sure enough, the clutch works again! Definitely some cool guys here.

Had no idea it was the mechanics from madmoto I was hesitant to bring my stunt bike to someone new to dyno tune and found out it was the best people to trust your bike with in Colorado I will alway support these guys great service and friendly as could be

Absolutely terrible experience dealing with Imperial Sportbikes. First I spoke to Tim, the owner, about a MV Agusta F4. It was listed for $7,500 and agreed on $7,200. I was buying it outright and no financing was involved. I was waiting on a transport quote and never heard back from Tim. I called again and got in touch with a salesperson, Steve. Steve assured me the bike would be held for me. He, nor Tim, asked me for a deposit. Steve sent me a couple of photos and a video. The video had bad sound quality and made the engine sound strange. He sent me another video. It was worst then the first video. Steve told me I’d receive another video via email. I waited and waited for the email. I never heard back until I got back in touch with Steve via text. I was sent the video the next day and the bike sounded great. Then I was ghosted again. I called the shop and there was no answer. I called Steve’s cell and there was no answer. I then texted and asked why the communication was so poor. At this point I was informed by Steve that the bike was sold to another buyer by another salesperson. I have text messages with timestamps to prove everything I’ve written here. A business without integrity is a terrible thing. And Imperial Sportbikes has zero integrity.

I brought my Ducati Diavel in to this shop based on reviews online for front fork seals and it took them three weeks to get it back to me which I thought was a long time but fine, ok... Then they call telling me they broke my front dampening rod. gzzz Whatever things happen, ok again.I got it home park it in the garage where I always do. A week later I was going to ride it so I was going to clean the chain, I had to do it because this shop failed to do so even after asked and they said sure no problem...lol This is when I noticed the damage...I also have a video of the bike after I dropped it of so I know the work was preformed to the fork plus Ive never had more than an oil change on my bike with 6000 miles on it. Thanks Ducati for putting paint on all the screws...

I dropped my Aprilia Futura off for service here. Basically, gave them a blank check to be sure the bike is tight and right for the riding season. Two weeks pass. I have not heard anything from them. I call Saturday morning. The owner answered. When I enquired as to the status of my bike, he went off on me saying “if you are not going to give us time to work on your bike. You can come pick it up.” That is exactly what I did. I had no problem with allowing time for repairs and ordering parts etc…. My issues are that there was no communication of any kind from them. Also I’m not going to tolerate being talked down to from some big headed condescending clown.

Would avoid at all costs. Had a rear tire mounted and they did not put it back on square, which is not only very dangerous but also caused damage to sprockets and chain.Had brand new tire with hole that I requested to keep (parking lots, burnouts etc) but when i showed up it was nowhere to be found.Did work on my bike without permission and slapped me with the bill on arrival. Theyre not looking to make an honest dollar.

I give 5 stars based on how patient the person who picked up the phone was with me . He stood on the line for at least 20 min. While looking up online information about the fuel pump I needed. He found it and gave me the all the info I needed.

Great people and company to deal with. I make it a point to deal with them as much as possible now, ever since I started too, last year. Hope they stay in business for years to come...A double thumbs up..... ;)

This is why I try to support friend’s in the industry first. Thought I needed a new ignition switch and close to $400 parts and labor for it. Madison asked me to talk through the issue and found it was a combination of dead key fob battery and starting sequencing.Thanks for taking the time to check the bike and test ride before changing the part! Also they called me and got me in 2 weeks earlier than originally scheduled for!!!

My only complaint is I dont live closer. Nicest down to earth shop in my 35 years of dealings Ive ever been to. motorcycle or car. Steve and rest of staff were great and it felt like I was in my own garage with a bunch of my old high school buddies.... without all the cool toys of course lol. First time there, no appt and needed to get a rear shock spring swapped... without skipping a beat Steve made it happen on the spot and fit me in! Great shop!!

Took my bike here to bleed both brakes. After a week, the back brake was soft again. Waited a month to take it back. They said that theyll check it out and that there will be no charge if brake only needs to be bled again. Im cynical and I was pleasantly surprised that another bleed fixed the issue without additional charge.

Took my Daytona here for the first time and was really impressed with the care and time they took on it. Everyone here is professional, and they know their stuff.

Their staff was patient and friendly when setting up a service appointment.

Tim has taken care of me multiple times. They are flexible if you feel the price is too high but that depends on the component of course. Their customer service has always been fantastic and theyre a valued resource in the moto community. A+++ business that I continue to use over and over.

With Ducati parts being obscenely expensive, access to used parts is pretty important. The risk with used parts, of course, is quality and knowing the condition of the part in need. This is where Imperial shines, not only do they have an extensive inventory, they accurately detail the condition of the part so I can make the best decision based on my need, but their prices are very reasonable and a fraction of the cost of new parts.Ive used these guys for years and will continue to do so! After seeing the great reviews I thought Id be good bringing my Brutale here. Worst communication ever. My bike was backed into in a parking lot so my main concern was leaks, major damage, and a bent foot pedal. They didnt touch my bike for a month. Why even bother making an appointment then? Called at 2 weeks, they are busy, called 4th week and they said theyd work on it that day. Called the next day and they said it would be ready the following day and theyd call when it was finished. No call. I called and it was finished. Went to pick it up and they didnt do anything to the break pedal. Said that it would need replaced. Probably would have 5 stars if they would have just communicated like they said they were going to.

Pros.Tim was incredible I needed new tires put on my rims on my bike he went out of his way to take care of me immediately I couldnt have asked for better service but....Cons.After the fact...The great thing was they were open when others are closed. ..the bad thing is. ... the weights for the tire balance fell off the tire when I got it home....had to take it back. ..this time. ..they used black Gorilla tape...to hold them on. ...rims are black...that was acceptable ...but when I installed it on my bike. ..the tire was not balanced at 5 MPH...it was bouncing all over. ...so. ..taking to high speed was a no go. ....took it to interstate Honda. ..40 more dollars...air pressure was 20 psi....half of what it needed...both tires....so final review.... dont use this company. .. high speed balancers are the only way. ...not static...which they have.

They sent me a fuel pump that had been damaged during removal (striped threads). I could repair the threads, but I felt like I over paid. If I sent the pump back, they probably couldnt sell it. So we worked out a deal that was good for both of us. Id certainly do business with them again.

I ordered a part for my Ducati S2R1000 and they had exactly what I needed for a great price. Very fast shipping! Everything went very smoothly. Definitely would use them again and recommend to friends!
