I went to mattress firm and was underwhelmed by the selection, pick-up from warehouse, and store (despite very nice salesperson). I went to Urban Mattress and was given quite the cold shoulder when I said i wanted to stay at or under $500. Then I went to Mattress Nation at Century Plaza on Colo blvd and had the most wonderful, warm, attentive and helpful service. Ken was delightful and I walked out of the store with a great, affordable, lightweight, and mattress (bonus for green mattress components and great smelling showroom).Great experience, very much recommend!

I took the sleep quiz last night and got a coupon for a free set of sheets with the purchase of a mattress. This morning I received a follow up call from Ken, great guy, informing me that they were having a sale and he would love to show me a few models that might help improve my sleep. Already intrigued and badly in need of a new mattress, I decided to go in today and check out what they had. When I arrived, Ken greeted me and started asking all of the important questions about my sleep needs. After showing me a few great beds, we came across the Cherry Creek Dr. I laid down and instantly knew this was is. I was wearing a heavy coat and after 15 seconds all the heat was wicked off my back THROUGH THE JACKET! At that pointi was sold. The craziest part was the price he gave me. Talk about champagne quality for beer cost. He went from a $3200 sticker price for the queen down to a mind blowing $1400! He threw in free pillows and next day delivery to my apartment with setup . I was able to finance my purchase and walk out for only $10 down. This is my first time buying a mattress and Im not planning on getting my beds from anywhere else other than Ken at SleepNation. I feel great supporting a small business and I got an amazing deal because of it. Would highly recommend going here over any other big box or mattress store.

I got my mattress from here back in April and after sleeping on it for a few months, I still love it! I have had chronic neck pain that my earlier mattress only made worse so it was about time I invested in a good mattress. Budget friendly (~$400-500 for a queen temp mattress), good service, and my fiancé and I will be buying our king mattress from here as well!

Customer service is top notch from Ken. More importantly the wazee cushion firm mattress has been life changing. Couldn’t be more happy with the quality of the mattress and that such comfort is achieved from much more natural materials than the chemicals in memory foam. We did extensive research and are so happy we invested in our sleep! The only problem is now we can’t sleep well on anything else.

Sleep Nation may not be as well-known as some of the larger mattress chains but they are definitely worth visiting if youre in the market for a mattress. We stopped in over the Black Friday weekend and met Ken, the mattress designer and store manager at the Cherry Creek store. Ken is a great, easy-going guy who really knows his stuff (because he designs it!). He also genuinely cares about getting his customers the absolute best product at an unbeatable price and thats exactly what he did for us. Ken listened to what we were looking for and matched us up with every possible option that would work for our particular preferences and budget. Our top choice was the Spink & Co York luxury firm mattress, the highest quality mattress Id every tried and one I assumed was well out of my price point. But I was wrong. In the end, Ken got us an unbelievable mattress at an unbelievable price. We even did our due diligence and checked out all the major mattress companies in the area but within hours we were back at Sleep Nation to seal the deal. So I went in looking for a specific mattress because i did my online research on mattresses and her der i knew what i wanted. Right so i didnt know anything. The guy working the floor really went out of his way to talk about the different mattress and their positives and negatives, let me and my fiance lay down on a number of them, and gave us time to make a decision. Masks on people. So I really liked all of the mattresses at the store better than the mattress i found online that was sold there. Ended up walking out with great king size mattress at a good price. The mattress movers actually called me. It was great, everything went great. Ive had the mattress for 5 months now and its still great.

Rick was filling in for Ken who normally works here and gets rave reviews and he was just as phenomenal. We came in and discussed some of the research we had done online which he agreed with (softer beds for a side sleeper) but recommended trying out a couple of different beds across the softer end of the firmness spectrum. He walked us through each one and discussed the differences in materials and what that would mean both in terms of immediate feel as well as long term. When we found a bed we liked we mentioned we just wanted to look around to make sure we weren’t missing out on something. He placed no pressure on us and said that finding the right bed was his utmost goal. Summary being after trying out a number of beds at other outlets 1) beds of similar quality to us seemed much higher priced elsewhere 2) customer service was great everywhere but Rick took the extra steps 3) their guarantee cannot be matched 4) it’s made in Colorado. Can’t argue with any of those points. He then helped us find some other pillows and sheets they include as part of a nifty package deal. Really impressed with the brand and the customer service. If something changes drastically with the bed quality I’ll be sure to edit this review but initially could not be happier with our purchase. Thanks Rick!

Mattress shopping is hard. We believe in the quality of my mattress, and we love the adjustable base but it is SO FIRM. I dont think weve gotten a good night of sleep since we purchased. Wish we had purchased from somewhere with a trial period. You just cant tell if a mattress is going to be right for you until youve had time to sleep on it.

My wife and I came in shopping for a new mattress as it was definitely time to replace ours. We came here after a not so great experience at mattress firm. While there we had Brian hep us out. We ended up purchasing a new mattress and adjustable frame. The experience was great and Brian was super friendly and helpful. Ken is the best! I took an online survey on their website and it recommended a couple beds for me. Ken called me the same day and set up an appointment to meet him at the store on Colorado Blvd. He showed me the recommended bed and I tried it out along with some others. I ended up getting a different bed because I just loved how it felt. It was delivered and set up the next day and they hauled away my old mattress for free. The whole process was seamless thanks to Ken. I recommend this store to everyone.

Y’all, Sleep Nation and Ken are every bit as amazing as you’ve heard. I very rarely write reviews but I am so blown away by our experience there it’s the very least I could do. I will be the first to admit that I am a bit of a stereotypical millennial in that being in situations where I feel like I’m being sold to makes me uncomfortable. That’s probably everyone, but being a part of a generation where nearly everything could be done online almost my entire life has heightened it a bit. But, despite Ken’s excitement to tell you about his mattresses, it’s his authenticity that really shines through. You can tell he really cares about working with you to find the best mattress for you in every way. More than just making us feel happy about our purchase, he took the time to actually empower us to make the best decision on our own. We went to a couple of mattress stores afterwards and everything/one just fell incredibly flat compared to Sleep Nation. Ken has made a customer for life in us and I will forever recommend this place to everyone I know. I am so incredibly excited about our new mattress and I will update this review after we’ve had a chance to sleep on it for a couple of more months :)Oh! After having to downsize due to COVID I discovered there was no way to get my king size mattress into my new space (not a HUGE loss as I wasnt in love with my bed). My situation is temporary and so I didnt want to spend a ton on a new bed. I went to several places trying to find a good enough mattress that wouldnt break the bank and found several that I loved but were WAY out of the price range...I decided to see what Sleep Nation had to offer. I met Ken who actually listened to my situation and only showed me the beds that would be in my price range. He mentioned once that I could really get a better mattress to help my back if I spent a little more but never pushed me to go out of my range.In the end I found a mattress that I really like well under the price that I had in mind and have been sleeping well on it ever since!

I feel like it’s easy to give a company a five star rating when everything goes smoothly. My initial reactions with SleepNation were excellent! Ken was beyond helpful and seemed to be truly passionate about what he does. Once we received our mattress, we realized that there was a problem with it. Ken and his colleague Sean went above and beyond to correct the mistake. I was amazed at their urgency and professionalism. Normally, when things don’t go smoothly, you have to find a company to follow through with their promises they’ve made. Not with sleep nation. The mattresses are green so you dont have to worry about anything harmful. The mattress I purchased here (Lincoln Plush) was such a great investment. Super comfy, yet firm and I got it for a hell of a price. Ken will go out of his way to really help you out on getting a good price and if you sign up online you will get a free set of sheets or pillows with a mattress purchase! Some people on here mention Ken being pushy/aggressive with sales, but lets be real... its SALES and they are a local company looking to grow with Mattress Firm down the street taking shots at SleepNation for quality (go there if you want to talk about pushy). This is the best bed Ive had.

It’s a crazy time to get a bed 🥴. I came across the website & thought the sleep quiz was cool. When I went into the store one of the designers for the beds was actually working (I am really bad with names and should have posted this right after because I already forgot) with another person. He had me test a few beds while he finished up with them. After asking a few questions he was able to help me find a good quality bed within my budget, I also got the bedframe & box spring for a really good deal. I won’t be moving into my new spot until the 10th so they will start building my bed a few days before that. Can’t wait & will definitely be referring people to this place!

Im so sad to update my review to this... But for a company that prides themselves on customer satisfaction I am extremely disappointed. I had previously purchased a mattress in May 2018 and had a horrible incident which left my mattress damaged in October because a professional painting company got paint on my mattress. its been over a month trying to figure out the reimbursement for this with the painting company. Of course since the mattress was damaged my warranty was no longer valid. When I spoke to Ken to talk about my options for a new mattress he was very helpful. I decided to bite the bullet and go ahead and purchase the same mattress again since I loved it so much, but a few days later I was able to find something a little more budget friendly because of my situation. I did not financially plan to purchase 2 full priced $1000+ mattress within a year. Since I was able to find a cheaper option I called more than 24 hrs before the mattress was suppose to be delivered and asked for a refund and explained my situation. I spoke with Ken and was charged a $200 restock fee, which didnt make sense considering the mattress was never delivered and was still sitting in their warehouse and never loaded into a truck. On my purchase receipt it does not state anything about a restock fee and I never signed any agreement with that policy. Sad that this company cant understand that Ive already had to go through the ringer and back during this entire process... Wish theyd be a little more understand due to my circumstance.

The next day Ken called me because he saw I took the quiz and was asking me about my interest in buying a mattress. I went to the store and Ken greeted me there, and was just an overall great guy. He gave me a fantastic deal on a mattress and box spring set, and wasnt trying typical salesman tricks to get me to buy a more expensive mattress. I would 100% buy a mattress from SleepNation again.

We are extremely pleased with the overall buying experience of a new mattress from SleepNation! My wife and I had been sleeping on the same mattress for a long long time, the mattress was like 15 years old. We went to SleepNation because we saw they had plant-based mattresses. At the store Ken helped us... there was toys there for the kids to play with which was nice, ken showed us the mattress we asked about as well as a number of other mattresses ... we told him about back pain we were having that we thought might be from my mattress and he was very informative and together we got into a new mattress that we really love! A big big thanks to Ken and sleep nation we would and will recommend this local company to anyone and everyone who may be in need of a new mattress! Ask about their “guests sleep free” deal!

Ken got me a great deal at the right price. The quality here is great and the mattresses are made locally to order. Youll definitely pay more at other places.

Ive done multiple edits on this review.This was initially 5 stars. I was very happy with my mattress purchase, the value I got, and the delivery crew.Why it dropped down: I decided not to get a frame with my mattress, then changed my mind later and tried to purchase one, which is where things changed for the worse.I would recommend not dealing with Ken. He sold me a frame that was supposed to have a 13 inch clearance. I had to drive to their warehouse to pick up my frame, and when I opened the box, the clearance was 5 inches, the same as the frame I wanted to replace. I attempted to return the frame with my receipt, and was told they could not take it back as the box was open, which is not stated anywhere on my receipt. I ended up leaving the frame in the original box on the sidewalk by the front door as I have no use for it.Robert from Sleep Nation called me after I posted this review and attempted to give me the correct frame. I informed him that I appreciated his call, but had already purchased something else online. The next day, I received a call from Shawn, who is the store owner. He reads all reviews and follows up with customers. After we spoke, he refunded the cost of the incorrect frame, and offered to give me the correct frame free of charge to make things right. By that time, I already had the new frame from my online purchase, but I appreciated his extra effort.

Ken was so incredibly helpful. He cares! My husband just got out of the hospital and we needed an adjustable split king. He bent over backwards to make sure everything was rushed and we had a loaner in the interim. I have never seen any company go above and beyond like that. Buying a bed can be such a daunting experience. Thank you Ken for making it stress free!

Ken was a heck of a salesmen. He did give us a great deal and was more then happy to have us shop around and compare. We ended up going with Sleep Nation because they were the best deal and it was a big positive is that not only are the materials American made but the company is denver based family owned and operated.

Got a really great deal on an expensive mattress. Price included delivery and recycling of our old mattress. Ken really prioritised our needs and made sure we were happy. Overall very satisfied with our purchase.

I came here with family because they needed a basic twin size bed. The owner was rude to my family when they expressed they did not like memory foam and was pushy. I wanted to go elsewhere but they wanted to be done bed shopping so we settled on a basic spring mattress that the man called the colfax with a negative demeanor because it was the cheapest thing he offered. He clearly was not a fan of it or that we wanted it. On top of the experience the prices were high. I bought a queen size spring mattress new for $80 elsewhere, my family paid over $100 for their twin spring mattress. I dont recommend this store.

I bought my mattress here! After buying a mattress for a similar price from IKEA, I was delighted to find a more comfortable mattress for a similar price. Ken was so helpful! I would recommend this store to my friends and family

Ken is super helpful but he is challenged by the high price point and durability of the mattresses I purchased. But Ken takes care of his customers 100 percent. He swapped out my broadway within days. I smashed that mattress and his attitude was good. The business is 3.5 and ken is 5.0. Price and durability at 2.75 brings it to 4-star. If you are super skinny then get your mattresses here.

Sleep Nation is the best place to find a new mattress. Not only do they have a great selection and budget to fit everyone but the staff is awesome too. Ken made the experience easy and was there to help match my body to the right mattress. They also have flexible payment options which made the purchase stree free.

I was so happy with my experience here several months ago! Ken listened, showed me exactly what I needed and didnt try to upsell me. I bought a good value mattress for my guest room... and love it! They do have amazing higher end mattresses that I will be back for for my master.Excellent product, excellent customer service! Super refreshing experience!

The bed is wonderful and these guys have me a really good deal. Here is why I am not giving them 5 stars yet: I had them deliver my bed and bed frame to me, which they did, but there were some missing screws for my bed frame, so the guy said he would be back the very next morning to give me a new bed frame. It has now been 3 days since he said he would bring it to me. I have called the store but got no answer. I can only hope that they answer soon.

They took great care of us and was an amazing experience. And for the bed amazing and great price. Cant wair to get the pillows. If you need a quality bed and wake up in no pain and sleep all through the night... come on down and check these beds out... you wont want to leave without a new bed... the owner is amazing. The reviews dont lie. Ken is the man and should probably run for Governor with this sort of following and good reputation. He was knowledgeable, funny and an overall good salesperson. I bought a luxury plush mattress the weekend before Memorial Day. Sleep Nation was the third store I visited that day and offered the best price on a comparable mattress from the other two stores. I have been sleeping very well on my new bed and have received many compliment on it (gigity).
