Awesome products but way too expensive for me.

Love this place! Staff is very friendly. Michael and Coleen invited me to an event and I brought some friends. We all left with new bags and were very happy! I purchased the Mutt Mover and a backpack for work. Feeling like we need to treat ourselves again!

This place has so many quality options! The clerk was very helpful and threw out tidbits to explain bonus features of the bags. We ended up buying one and will likely be back again for another before too long. The build quality is very good, they come with a lifetime warranty and just owning one allows you to send it in for repairs at a Max of 25$. Quality over quantity.

Went there with my visually impaired wife to find a computer bag for commuting. The two gents working were helpful and informative. They quickly narrowed the field and found the size that worked, showed her the features and got us on our way. Great experience.

Wonderful products and a good value. The bags are incredibly durable and well organized. I have had a messenger bag from Timbuk2 that has stood up well for the last 7 years, but I decided it was time for a new bag. I had a small issue with my order (my fault) and the customer service team was incredibly accommodating. Timbuk2, you have a lifetime customer.

You can buy Timbuk2s outstanding bags online but it is nice to be able to examine the product before you buy. The store is a good way to do this.

First, I want to say these bags are perfect for a study abroad program, they are the only travel focused bags (TSA compartments, room for clothes etc.) I have found that dont just have a single large pocket. As a result they work better for organizing supplies for class than any of the other dedicated travel bags.In addition to being excellent quality bags they have even better customer service. I purchased a bag for a study abroad program, and then purchased a new laptop that should have fit in the bag according to their sizing chart, but was a little too tight.When I came in, despite being outside the return period, they let me try to fit the laptop in another one of that same bag to see if it was just that particular bag, and when it still didnt fit let me trade out the bag for a slightly bigger one.

Will never buy a bag from anyone else. Quality is supreme and the warranty and service is unbeatable. Plus where else can you custom design you own bags... The store staff is great and they are very community oriented. Well Done Timbuk2, well done.

I own several. The shop does a great job of trying to help you find the right thing for your needs. Worth buying in-store bc you get answers to questions that are hard to find on-line. Plus you get to take it home that day! And they do custom at the shop that will ship right to your door from the SF factory. They also do a warehouse sale a couple times a year, so a great way to get a huge discount on bags. Warranty process can be a little confusing at first, but all my questions were answered by Michael & the team.

The selection of products is great. You can see or order the entire line of bags. The staff is helpful and very knowledgeable, but a bit under foot and over eager.

My last timbuk2 backpack was recently stolen. With school starting this week I knew I needed a new pack. Went to many stores downtown and went online only to fine the best experience and bags in person at this shop. They really hook it up even gave me a 20% discount for being a student. Lifetime warranty they really seem like they stand behind the product as well. And my last pack was over a year old and looked almost new still. Great brand, I fully support. Will be back.

Awesome Backpacks, even better customer service. I bought a backpack here in august of 2016. I ended up not liking it, and took it back to trade in for another. In the process of transfering my stuff to a new backpack. Upon returning home to TN I realized (3 months later) that my passport got left behind in the unwanted backpack. Aubrey helped me find it over the phone and overnight-ed it to me for free!! Side note I absolutely love the backpack I ended up settling on.

This store has an excellent selection of bags designed by and for a cyclist but not exclusively. There are two high quality bikes that are available to rent for free, with a $50/bike deposit, and you are able to try out bags you may be interested in buying.
