First time checking out this store and was in need of replacing my beloved luggage (about 15-20 years old). I did not expect to buy anything, but Fritz, the store manager, came right to my aid I told him exactly what I was looking for and my general price point and wouldn’t you know, about 20 minutes later I was leaving with a beautiful new carry-on and matching under-seat bag. I’m thrilled! I chose the Travelpro Crew Versapack. It’s awesome. I highly recommend checking out this store. Call ahead and make sure Fritz is there! He’s super knowledgeable and will take great care of you! I was so impressed! Top-notch customer service and excellent products!

I brought a suitcase in for repair by the Luggage Doctor. Unfortunately the repair was going to cost as much as a new suitcase. I had left a strap and hook on the bag and I did want those items, but not the bag. Luggage Doctor returned everything to this store. Store called and said they had it. My daughter made special trip up (we live in Colorado Springs) to pick up strap and hook. She was told they had no record of my bag. I counted items as lost. A few weeks later store called to say my bag was still there. I was not happy as we had already made one trip to get it. I said I would not be coming again. A few minutes later store manager called and offered to mail it. I told him I only wanted strap and hook. I received them in two days. Everyone can make mistakes. Its how you rectify them that earns you five stars.

When we purchased an expensive bag ($500) from this store we were told that Swiss Army Bag (Victorinox) warranty stands behind their products...When I called this store back after 5 years (the plastic on the bag cracked after 2) I was told that I shouldve notified the airport baggage department (ridiculous) and that Swiss Army would most likely not honor the return because too much time had elapsed... that I shouldve taken care of it earlier... Spoke with Swiss Army Customer Service and they were 1000x more friendly and helpful than these store... this is why its easier to purchase online!

Had several good experiences at this store. If you walk in not knowing what youre looking for (overnighter, large roller bag, small tablet carrying case) you might get overwhelmed at the selection. One one occasion worked with Holly to find the right Briggs & Riley suitcase I was looking for, and she took time to make comparisons between models and price points. There is a wide selection for ladies here as well for a variety of bags (more so than guys)...and if youre hesitating about buying, then make sure you come with everything you need to make a decision, or wait until youre ready...their return policy is clearly printed on the receipt, or you can ask them about it. Every time Im in the area I havent been let down by them when Ive needed luggage, and I would rather shop here than dept. stores to get the personalized service and actual help.

L was very impressed by the emails telling me of my orders status. That made it a lot easier to keep this gift a surprise. And I got a free pen!

This store in Cherry Creek Mall is closed for relocation in the mall. No notice of the closure anywhere I could find, and no notice on the old location, just on the new one if youre lucky enough to see it. Wasted a trip to the mall - wont be shopping at Colorado Baggage again, Ill go to Paradise Luggage instead.

A good idea would be to allow side by side comparisons.
