Tumi itself is an amazing brand. I priced everything out in the store and compared to Amazon and Amazon was literally 20% cheaper on almost every piece. I showed them and told them I would buy it from them if they price matched and they said no lol. And people wonder why retail stores are slowly fading and why people just dont want to buy from them any more. I was totally blown away and they didnt even seem to care.

My Tumi bag is great. It has Made traveling much easier and convenient.

Elizabeth was so accomodating when I asked to exhange a Tumi packing case I had purchased the day before for a different size. I had even hot stamped a monogram and she was still happy to make an exchange. I will continue to buy more luggage from this store.

Piss poor customer service. Didnt have what I needed. Sales rep was very very rude. Didnt care. Cared more about her phone than selling me a product.
