Best ice cream place in town! The ice cream is actually homemade too. The employees are always nice and greet you every time you walk in. This has been my favorite go to place for authentic Mexican ice cream!

Best raspados in town with actual tamarindos.Totally recommended.

I tried the pistacio ice cream, mangonada, and elotes. The ice cream was super good and flavorful, and the mangonada was divine!! It was full of fresh mangos and was an super delicious smoothie with crunchy mango skewers. The elotes was okay, runs into the same problem that other places have in which all the toppings and flavor is on top and the rest is just corn. But nevermind that, this is my go to place for ice cream and mangonadas next time!

This place is legit. I love the atmosphere and the service. Everything is very fresh and you can tell they care about what they are doing. I mean if they dont, they sure fooled me. Ive been multiple times and will be back. Give it try. 😁👍🏼

Good experience, the girl taking the orders was really helpful, when asking for what kind of toppings we wanted she didnt wait for us to ask what they had, instead she said everything they had, I would definitely recommend this place

Just another ice cream joint. Not my fave in the area, but it is still good and not much of a wait on the weekends. They have tequila flavored ice cream. It actually tasted good. Its not as expensive as other paleterias in the area. I hear that their tortas are pretty good...if i ate meat, i would give it a try.

Yummy yummy! I was rather pleased with the sorbet available ( the mango flavor was phenomenal ) I have yet to try the ice cream, but apart from that I definitely recommend.

I had a fantastic experience here. I tried to order in Spanish, even though my Spanish is terrible, and the girls took pity on me and helped me out. The staff was friendly and the spicy fruit smoothie was fantastico!

It was easy to find. Clean and prompt service. Me and my kids had a variety of things ALL delicious. This will definitely be added to my favorite places for future visits.

This store was fantastic! They have so many flavors and options it can be hard to choose. The staff was very friendly.

It didnt taste to bad although I felt unwelcome, maybe it was because of my ethnicity .My grandmother tried pronouncing one of the items and the lady rolls her eyes and snaps at her correcting her in a rude way and as soon as someone with the same ethnicity as the workers came in they greated them kindly and made them their priority even though we were there first.

Walked in and the girl working looked at me and continued to prep items without saying a word. I stood there for about 5 minutes watching and she never even acknowledged my existence lol. So I left. Hopefully the owner and manager see this and do some coaching on basic customer service skills. Too bad, looked like they had great ice cream

Great ice cream all made from scratch. They have aguas frescas like horchata, piña, sandia and limon. Would recommend for families or if you want to go by yourself as well.

Good ice cream with some exotic flavors. Everything from sundaes to ice cream cakes to scoops and so much more it happens to be worth the wait every time we go my favorite flavors are strawberry, pistachio, and Escamocha. delicious and sweetness is not sugary. This family run ice cream shop feels like a little slice of Mexico. Amazing ice cream flavors, and traditional Mexican desserts abound.

Everything is always fresh. The fresas con crema are the best here. Tried their Luna de Miel ice cream and it’s super creamy and delicious. Amazing staff and clean establishment is always two thumbs up!

They denied to make me an agua de mango without giving me a reason. They did so with a ugly attitude, and gave me an agua de horchata that tasted horrible. Dont advertise you hire friendly happy people when you dont.

The best, there are a lot of stores that offer the same menu but this place has some good and unique additions to the traditional Mexican Neveria definitely recommend

We like going here but they are very inconsistent. We always order diablitos and it’s always made different unless someone who’s been there for a while makes it. Today we decided to stop by and get one, it taste so plain no mango pieces in it. It’s so disappointing especially when you’re pregnant and you expect it to taste a certain way. Two thumbs down today. :(

I absolutely love this place. I have been going here since the day they opened. I wont anywhere else now. I have it 3 stars because today I took my adult kids here too share the incredible ice cream I love but long story short, I ordered my Ive cream and some for my granddaughter and waited for a long time to pay. While waiting it felt so uncomfortable and my kids changed their minds on ordering anything. It kind of upset me but while I was still ordering I paid attention to the employees and realized why I felt so weird, it was them. The service was so slow and most of the employees looked like they didnt want to be there. The tension between them 4 ladies was so thick. It was so uncomfortable to be in there because you could tell they had something against each other. That does infect a business. Please get to the bottom of this because I love this place and when we walked out my boys shared the same feeling with me. They felt the tension also. It was disappointing that my boys didnt share my experience with your ice cream.

We called them at 8pm asking if we drive there and arrive in 40 mins, if they would still be open. We explained that we wanted to call ahead before we drive 40 mins to get there. They told us that they will be open until 9pm. So we drove there, got there by 840. Doors were locked and they wouldnt even open the door to talk to us. We tried to explain that we were the ones who called, and the worker told us that the owner said to close early. Such a waste of time and effort.

My wife and I are truckers and we are suckers for little shops like this. This place is a 10 out of 10 the people there are nice and let us try all the flavors. We love the authenticity of everything.

If what you are looking for is for a store with slow service and employees who are more interested in cleaning the place to leave early, then thats what this place is for.My experience was just bad, there were 5 employees in total, 3 people waiting to be served including me, l was there only to buy an Oreo Sundae and it took 32 min to get out, because the employees cared much more about tidying up the place instead of attending the customers. When l was in line l heard the employees saying to each other that they hoped that customers no longer arrived anymore so they could leave on time.Its very simple, if you do not want to work there, dont do it, there is no reason why customers have to pay for employee dissatisfaction.

Second time here and very good food! As far as the experience not good. Employees are friendly,but 2 people can not do everything. We were waiting for about 20mins and it a while for them to take our order.

What a charming place! Without doubt they serve the best Horchata ice cream ive ever had. Its not abundantly sweet which I greatly appreciate and intense in flavor. Ive been here a few times and I love seeing the innovative flavors. However, today i went for the Horchata and it blew my mind, or palate must I say. Not a great experience! Its our local spot and we have tried to support it. This place was great when it first opened.Just spent 30 mins waiting for a scoop of icecream. 3 teenage workers just taking there time. Yes they are friendly, but lack basic customer service skills. We werent greeted when we walked in, werent told how long the wait would be, items we asked for were not available (certain icecream flavors, cone types or flavored water).By the way this wasnt the first time we have been disappointed here. Gave the spot the benefit of the doubt. Well be looking for a new icecream place now.If you want to expand your business to more than just the comfort of your ethnic culture I would suggest you help your employees attain better customer service skills.

Ice cream was nasty didnt taste sweet at all and especially the fresas con crema they used yogurt instead of lechera.

Very nice staff however could not disclose exactly what ingredients were in their ice cream. This information should be made available to the consumer.Many mass-produced commercial-grade ice creams contain hi yielding chemicals such as carrageenan, mono and diglycerides, stabilizers anit-foam agents and artificial texturizers.Hopefully this information will be available soon. We drove quite some distance after many recommendations.

This place is awesome. We recently moved to Stapleton and were looking for an ice cream option besides cold stone (which is awful, btw). This place is a gem. The ice creams are handmade. They have tons of homemade popcicles. They also serve some amazing looking savory dishes. This our new go to spot for ice cream in the neighborhood! The Tequilla Chocolate Chip ice cream is a must try!
