This was definitely my favorite dispensary I visited while in town. Customer service was amazing and so were the choices of flower. SPECIAL S/O to Rebel!!! She made my experience so awesome yesterday, hope she will be there when I return.

They are unable to remove my number from their spam texting, which just changes phone numbers when you text STOP and block the numbers. I didnt think unsubscribing was so crazy, but the lady at the counter started blinking like a seizure, implying I was asking too much. There are too many good dispensaries to put up with this nonsense. I guess Ill just keep blocking the numbers...

This is my favorite Medical ( and Recreational) Dispesary.LIGHTSHADE has everything Cannabis; Edibles, flower, shatter, vape etc.The staff is masked and behind plexiglass and only a certain number of people are allowed inside.On the medical side, the service is always one on one.This is my Dispesary.

Friendly and helpful! When my regular dispensary stopped carrying the pain-relief products I depend on, I decided to try Lightshade because its in my neighborhood. From the moment I walked in the door, this was an excellent experience. Everyone on staff is friendly and welcoming--a lot of sunny dispositions under one roof. The two budtenders who helped me couldnt have been more enthusiastic, helpful, and knowledgeable. Im glad I gave them a try!

Recently shopped this past weekend. Mix and match oz is great option for cust but I felt tricked since I ordered about 6 strains. 3 came in jars and 3 came in prepackaged envelopes. Weed in envelopes was super dry. Was looking forward to pineapple express, after ordering it and seeing how dry it was made me super disappointed in my purchase. At least weed in jars was slightly better. Probably wont be returning.

Love the cleanliness theyre definitely taking covid 19 protocol seriously and offer gloves just in case. Receptionist was super nice and friendly she made me feel extremely comfortable while waiting for my med card to process so I could shop. Thanks guys

Acted like they were selling me fire, its mid but have no way of knowing until its too late. Messed up my order and tried giving me the wrong stuff too. Also way too much packaging. So wasteful

I went in about a week ago and wow this place is 🗑 and the customer service was terrible! I was helped by some dude with a squeaky voice and glasses and he was super rude and I felt rushed as well. Like I get the COVID rules being implemented but that shouldn’t diminish your customer service ability. Also, whoever owns this place should probably go in and try to liven things up everyone from the receptionist to the clown that helped me looked miserable! Never shopping here again and I suggest everyone read the negative reviews I’m sure it’ll say the same. Don’t shop here!!!

So as a med customer I have bought flower all over Denver. I purchased an Oz of Blue Dream on September 1st for the OTD packed Oz price. Upon getting home and transferring the flower to my glass container I see that maybe the top 1nch was buds larger than a nickel (the part they showed me as I can’t dig through it or shake it around) and the rest was trim/small buds. I understand that for a deal I am probably getting at the most 1/2 smalls and shake however this was unlike what I had previously purchased for that price. I went this morning and asked to speak with the floor lead and was told by the manager (through them) that I have to bring back the Oz and get store credit. As a medical patient I have never been told to bring back an open medical product for them to make “dead stock”. Ie probably re-sell as the MED office (at least where I work as a medical Mj budtender) does not allow for that exchange... In the industry we all know as soon as that flower is out of the container it’s anybody’s guess if it was truly “dead stocked” or reshelved. Will not be returning as PotCo and buddy boy all sell the same flower.

Dont waste your money here. I have been going to this location for 8 years, and while it was the Wellness Center and Sacred Seed, it was amazing, one of the best dispensaries in town, since taking over Lightshade has destroyed everything great about it.if you show up in person, they dont really follow or enforce any social distancing.it used to be that you could be in and out of Sacred in under 5 minutes if you knew what you wanted and it wasnt busy, now, you can be the only customer, and it will still take 20 minutes to get your order. they make you wait to be called up to pay, and then make you wait again to get your product.this is true if your order online as well, they will text you that your order is ready for pickup when that is a flat out lie, they will not start preparing your order until after you pay for it. and you still end up waiting 5-10 minutes after paying.they now offer curbside pickup, i tried it, maybe if they cant get in store shopping right, and they cant get online order right, maybe they can get one thing right? nope, they completely botched it, not only did i wait 22 minutes after notifying them that i had arrived, but they came out, bumbled around with the debit terminal, then told me the internet was out and they couldnt process my order and i would have to come inside.i was not planning to go inside and had my cat with me, so i didnt want to leave him alone in the car, i didnt spend too much time in the store, i let the staff know this was unacceptable, but they didnt care. and when they finally did bring my order out, they threw it in my car, said something in a fake Jamaican accent, and didnt even bother to thank me for the order even though i had just spend $170.the main issue is the new owner is trash, their processes waste everyones time, and every time you go in, you will stand around and wait for 10-15 minutes no matter what, they have usually 6-7 staff sitting around doing absolutely nothing.additionally, some of the staff is transphobic.

Amazing experience! Very knowledgeable staff with really good prices on some of the better weed I’ve seen in Denver. Seriously not weed is created equal and you can tell this dispensary puts in time and effort into growing. Since they only have one location, they’re not focused on rapid expansion and thus suffering quality. Instead, they focus heavily on the one store, the quality of weed/products and the quality of staff. Highly recommend

Odd flow as a customer. You get in wait in a waiting area someone comes and gets you then after you pay you wait in the same area with people waiting then they bring you your items. seems there are better COVID forward options.I asked about cartridges and normally I get a verbal rundown, here I was twirled an iPad and told to look. Not very friendly nor COVID friendly. I had to wait for my tender to finish a conversation before I could place my order.Confirmed my cart would fit a 510, but it has massive bolts on it aesthetically which doesnt fit my 510 style. Now I get to buy a battery, somewhere else. Would have been nice if the chick knew the product to give me a heads up. A subpar overall experience.

Check reviews over the last year versus overall. Ratings have decreased a lot. Consistently bad service and experience at THIS LIGHTSHADE LOCATION ONLY. Staff incompetent and rude. How can I call the same location 3 times ask the same exact question and get THREE different answers. Im sure they get away with this and how they treat people because of where they are located. YOU WILL NOT GET THE SAME CONDSCENDING INCOMPETENT TREATMENT AT ANY OTHER LOCATION.Oh and the manager, who after he told me different information on the phone versus in person, then attempted to talk to my son-in-law about the situation....in Spanish. Problem with this, my son in law doesnt speak Spanish. Hes not even latino. How ignorant must a person be, let alone a manager, to try to assume someones ethnicity.

This was my first time visiting a dispensary, so I didnt know what to expect. I am very happy I chose Sacred Seed as they made the experience very easy. The staff was all extremely friendly and welcoming, and the person who helped me choose my product was very knowledgeable. I let him know my preferences when it comes to the type of highs I like, and he suggested what ended up being the perfect strands.

Called in to ask about their seeds. The man on the phone told me that they couldnt sell seeds to someone without a Colorado license, and since I am new to the state that seemed like a problem. This dispensary is wonderful! Ive stopped here a few times but I dont live close so I picked a place near my house. Big mistake!! I had issues with cartridges & batteries & made the trip down to Sacred Seed. Lauren was great, she provided options for what I was looking for, told me about the specials they had & for me hooked up on the O Pen app to earn free stuff! If youre looking for a place that has good products AND service, this is the place!

First off the shop was super easy to find. We were able to ask the receptionist many questions we had while we were waiting, which was only about 10 minutes. She was very knowledgeable and was able to help us explore other options which were previously unknown to us. The atmosphere was very inviting, and we were able to look at some of the sweet glass they had to sell. The budtender was also very knowledgeable and let us examine the different strains. One of the best things about this shop is they have daily deals and discounts. Over all a great experience and definitely going back!
