Staff was amazing! Product on the other hand was very weak. I bought several grams of different strains with the highest levels of THC from this dispensary. After trying each strain only to feel no effect what so ever I decided to mix them all together. Still absolutely no remnants of a psychoactive high at all. Ive traveled 1900 miles now trying dispensaries along the way from the east coast. This dispensary has by far the weakest weed Ive tried on this journey so far. Feels like Im just smoking CBD

Long wait times and rude staff. Customer service is not good and the prices are super high. They have pretty good buds but it’s definitely not worth it to go here when there’s plenty of better dispensaries.

Ive been coming here for over a year, they use to be very affordable, because of there awesome deals. Today they raised the price on their normal hash, calling it premium. Thanks for all the good bud and hash, but I will no longer be a customer here.

This is a great place to find green especially when your on a budget they have all the selections that people like and they have great staff with great customer service.

I enjoyed my experience at Altitude! ALL of the employees were so kind, understanding and just a good vibe. I left wit a great product they recommend. And came back a few days later to try some of their other recommendations.

I purchased a Chaos Crispies Compact on 7/15/20 and realized the expiration date is 7/8/20. And yes I am sure I am looking at the expiration date because it says EXP DATE: 7/8/20. Even if its still good, its not cool to sell me an expired product without informing me.

I bought some Apple Sherbert before the New Year. Literally was the worst weed Ive ever bought. It was full of seeds, tasted like straight dirt, and did not do the job. Disappointed af because I was a fan of this place. Why would you guys even sell this?

This place has f,t up my order 5 times. They dont know what theyre doing over there and will never return and I suggest you dont either. And is it just me or does is seem a gram or 2 short when you get a large amount. And it shows a % online and when you get home not only is it short the % is about 5 lower than what the websight says. Doesnt even deserve a star, but a -5 stars

This place has the BEST selection of flower in the city. The customer service is great as well as the Covid practices. The prices here are on the lower end which is always a plus!!!

I went to the store and this employee named Simon was picking his nose and took his time to help me. He took my ID didnt help me, was rather rude just standing there and not providing me help with getting product. Luckily another employee helped me after he stood there for what was atleast 15-20 minutes!

So this was the first time Ive ordered from here! I was the third person in line as I was walking up I ended up being the 2nd in line(AWESOME)! I was not there for more then 5mins! I was surprised that I was in and out, so to speak. The line was outside and it was very hot! VERY HAPPY WITH GETING THROUGH THIS SO FAST NOT TO MENTION I ORDERED ONLINE AS WELL! This place is a hit or miss but when they do have a variety in selection its usually good quality bud with the newer strains Ive picked up an ounce or two with dates from June. I also wouldnt recommend ordering online because when you go to pickup its either a popcorn ounce or has a tone of stems and leaf at the bottom of the bag and when I called to ask why I was sold a popcorn ounce which is $121 that I paid full price for I was told they didnt have any popcorn ounces so idk but its very disappointing considering Ive been going there for years and Im just done shopping at this location for good.

The staff is great and always friendly and accommodating. It is frustrating that I can no longer place online orders because every item says in store only. (I know this is NOT the fault of the Denver staff theyre awesome). Why have an online store if every item can only be purchased in store?

We were told to wait in our car for a while. The employee did not inform us they had people waiting 2 hours for their supply. My friend gave a suggestion about telling future customers that call up about wait times and he got an attitude about hearing constructive criticism.

When everyone was freaking out about the dispensaries closing the next day they did a great job of changing their policies up and getting everyone what they needed as fast as they could considering noone was really prepared. Whole process took about a half hour for me, had lines out in the parking lot and they tried to make sure it was semi-organized. Idk if they are the best dispensary around but they sure looked like they cared about everyone getting what they needed in light of a bad situation.

Overall I have liked shopping at Altitude, and have written positive reviews in the past. However, since they started prepackaging during the outbreak, the quality has been terrible. I just opened a 1/2oz of Grand Pas Stash, and half of it is shake! Im extremely disappointed.

Went in the first time a few days ago stuff was so fresh it was almost wet. Didnt smoke right until day 2 but was amazing. Super friendly and informative.

Altitude is the best dispensary on Federal for sure. Shake is ALWAYS ON POINT. Thats probably why it sales so fast. Staff is awesome, Miss Neal, and I adore the entire staff. They know me by name I love the always friendly and humble customer service.

If you want customer service this is the last place you need to go. An employee was off the clock and spent 15 more minutes with the current employees finding what she needed. Thanks to Covid I had to sit outside and watch. She didnt even have the cash to get out the door. She had to run to the ATM. The fact that it is ok with the company is The firm reason not to give them your business.

From their prices to their staff, I have never been disappointed with Altitude. In fact, I switched dispensaries after just one experience at Altitude. I now drive farther and face more Denver traffic than I used to simply because I love this place and their products!P.S. If you like concentrates, ask about canary diamonds. Its like the champagne of marijuana!

Amazing prices for the quality of flower.

When youre on a budget, this is a great place for average quality at a decent price. I was treated very well by a very friendly bud tender. She was patient and very informative. They have a lot of pen options here. The herb has a natural flavor with a slightly delayed high. The buds were on the small side and not very dense. I would recommend going here for your every day casual smoking needs or if your new to the dispensary scene. They also have a nice variety of inexpensive glass.
