She answered all of our many questions with a pleasant smile and helped us stay in our budget while still being able to get a little bit of everything. I’ve been to this dispensary 4 times since moving to the area in Aug. I am a flower and concentrate person. The flower we’ve been getting here is always of quality and the strain selection on the REC side is pretty abundant. I usually smoke rosin, but this shop doesn’t currently have any available and this is the ONLY reason I don’t give this shop a 5 ⭐️ review.One of my favorite employee interactions always come from a young person named Ashia 🥰 She has the best attitude and the best customer service skills in the Northfield area! When I felt like I couldn’t find the words to describe what I was feeling, she grabbed the exact words out the air and applied them to the question I initially had. The intuitive abilities of this individual are impressive af! She is consistently making my experience a fun and comfortable one. Thank you so much!

Just got off of the phone with someone in the Dispensary and all I asked was how much it was for an Ounce of their top shelf flower and was told that “they cannot give this information out over the phone because they cannot verify if I am 21 or older.” I knew this was not true and confronted her and she basically said look it up online, what is the difference? I used to love this dispensary now I will never be back. After the call I reached out to Green man Cannabis and they also laughed and said that is not true what so ever. House of dank, you guys have let me down for the last time and I will never be back, nor will any of my family or friends.

Honestly was excited to try the GTH #1 directly from the creator. I thought the flower was subpar as far as the effect. I also tried the Somali. Both looked great but smoked 😞

I am from Puerto Rico I’ve being following house of dankness for a long time I think I’ve watched the Cana cribs episode more than ten times so I was really excited to go visit. My experience was disappointing. I asked the bud tender what he would recommend for my surprise he said that he didn’t know what to say cause he wasn’t me and everybody was different so I was a little lost cause it was my first time. I felt that they saw me as a shady guy up to no good cause of my PR license. I wanted to buy some merchandise when I asked about the price of a hoodie the employee didn’t even know the price he even thought it was funny that I was asking. Yes I am a tourist yes a am a newbie when it comes to legal cannabis but I feel they should be helpful to everyone not only locals I say that cause I read a lot of reviews that say that they are super helpful but I did not get that treatment. Sometimes is better to not meet your heroes cause you could be disappointed well that was the case. Flower was amazing customer service horrible.

If you are looking for some green, they have it. As a dispensery they pass.The guy at the front window was the nicest person in there but as soon as you walk in the vibe was not chill, it felt like a clinical test in facility.The bud tender might as well been a stump for all the help he gave (you could tell he didnt want to be there) and I was more knowledgeable than he was.The selection of product was mediocre at best and the flow of the place was a cluster because of the check out to the right. The girl at the counter was nice enuff. She did her job.After getting back to my place I got into one of there house products (Rare Dankness) and realized it was completely dry. Plus it was stemmy as hell.All in all, there are better places to go.

I drive pretty far to get their really good product. I love the daily deals on concentrates that are some of the best deals around. Theyve been in the game a long time and have their grow formula and genetics all on lock. One of the best in my opinion.

I heard about this place from my neighbor when I was 18 years old. The way he described it to me sounded like a candy store only better. I was patient an waited until I was 21. Well Im 23 now and lets just say I love this place and rarely go anywhere else. Their product is amazing and clean. Very friendly and informative staff as well. This particular dispensary gives testament to its name. Its cannabis strains(particularly the ones on sale!) are extremely potent. I recommend this location to med patients and rec patients alike simply for the quality of their flower.

Was told they had a fresh harvest just a few weeks ago. Got home and saw the harvest batch date was over 5 months ago. The weed is stale and dry. Pretty disappointing, especially for medical. Imagine a pharmacy selling expired medication to patients. Nugs are nicely trimmed though.

Quality live resin, consistently dank bud, consistent deals you cant ask for much more. They are single source which I think is even more cool you can tell when a company has their s*** together. Good job, Scott.

The House of Dankness is a great dispensary. They do regular deals, but their presidents day sale is what is making leave this review. I walked out of this store today with an ounce of eight different strains of quality bud for only $117. This is a phenomenal price for the quality on the recreational side. Ive yet to try a strain that I didnt like. They have great in house concentrates also. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk too. All around Im pleased every time Ive made the trip here from Colorado Springs. Its almost hard to believe theyre a relatively new dispensary. I cant wait to see how they grow further as a company.

Best buds in Colorado!! They have it all buds to even accessories. All of there product is high quality I promise. They have great deals everyday and even hoildays deals.. the people are very knowledgeable and friendly. Their product is nitrogen sealed its so refreshing to get home at pop the top and smell what you just bought and knowing its fresh is always a plus.

Coming from the east coast, this was my first dispensary I visited in CO. I was pretty surprised by the good service and patience they had with an outta towner. I didnt feel rushed and was able to check out every strain. Packaging was nicely sealed but buds were cracker dry, with not much flavor. Not matter, its still way cheaper and the best quality I have had.

After driving two and a half hours from Breckenridge just for their deals, they wouldn’t except my VALID ID! Just because it has a crack in it. As an employee at another dispensary I know my ID is valid and acceptable by the state. (New Colorado IDs are extremely fragile and it cracked inside my wallet).No compassion from this establishment, word travels fast in the weed industry!

Mixed feelings at first, but Ill give the better side of my experience the spotlight.Flower is dank, the ashes burn white, like theyre supposed to, and the prices are decent, especially for a rec spot.If youre a med member like myself, bring your own physical copy the first time you shop, they dont let you email it or print it out on site.

This used to be my go-to place from Jan 2019 when I discovered them until about 2 weeks ago. The past few weeks they have cut back on their deal days on the pre-packaged oz and its not worth the 40 min drive like before. I believe they have a new manager running things. If you are in the area might be worth stopping by, ill wait until they bring their oz deals back before I return.

When I stayed at the Hilton 3 or 4 months ago this dispensary was very convenient just walk out of the hotel and walk across the street. The product is also top notch and have some rare bud that will put u on your ass...,definitely recommend this place

This place is awesome! Some super cool ladies helped us get some product and theyve got their cannabis cup passes and awards theyve won in a case on the wall.

Staff is always super cool and helpful, they know their product and dont rush you. I live nowhere near the store and I will drive past 30 other dispensaries to buy from this one. Their owner is a geneticist and you can tell they really take their quality seriously; I have not found better weed in Denver anywhere.

The bud they have on display is much better that what they are selling in their sealed containers. You get home and open it, and its hardly been trimmed. Disappointing. This was on multiple occasions as well. Wanted to try and give this famous company the benefit of the doubt.

I was thoroughly disappointed after going to House of Dankness for the first time. I have been following the dispo on Instagram for a long time as well as the rare Dankness brand and have always been impressed with the flowers they show online. I have had a number of friends swear to house of Dankness’ quality - needless to say, I had somewhat higher expectations going in than other dispensaries.The problems arose quickly. The receptionist was the nicest employee in the building. Every other employee had an air of apathy and just wanted to leave. To make matters worse, all of the product I bought was subpar. The flower on display looked and smelled great and fresh. Unfortunately, the medical flower i bought is literally 4 MONTHS OLD. Just because it’s in a can does NOT mean it is still fresh or good after that long. The buds were extremely dry, zero frost on them, and they had a horrible terpene profile. It’s unacceptable to have fresh flower on the shelf but to sell old flower.Very disappointed. Would not recommend and do not see myself returning. There is much better flower on the market elsewhere.

This dispensary is the ONLY one in the Denver metro area that is worth going to on a regular basis for snobs like myself the staff has true knowledge about genetics and benefits they always have smiles and appreciate you as a customer and person. I love this place. My fiance and I always drive all the way from the Springs just for the deals! But Im not a huge fan of, that you if you call before they are open, (like to check on deals) they redirect you to an office person. And they have no idea. So you have to wait until the minute they open. Just not very fond of the staff here, sadly. If they maybe did a little more for the customer it could be a better experience.

Great place! The bud here is so amazing! I only wish the people working were a bit friendlier. Every time I stop by, they are very short and snobby with me. I dont understand why they have to have a problem or attitude. You work at a dispensary. You should be happy to serve others who enjoy MJ just as much as those who are shopping for it.

Ive been to many dispensaries all over Colorado and hands down the house of dankness has some of the best concentrates and flower Ive ever smoked. Very clean and extra friendly staff. Its seriously the only place I go. Did I mention their daily daily deals are unbeatable? Follow their instagram, youll see what I mean.

Out of the gate racists, I arrived with two friends to shop at a place Ive personally visited with no problems until today. The dreaded idiot in the front desk didnt want to make eye contact or offer a greeting. To add insult to injury, refused my driver license because the laminate on the edges were coming off. It was accepted the last few visits, but not today. Law enforcement, bars, liquor stores, even strip clubs accept my ID in the condition its in.

Easily one of the best recreational shops in the Denver area, some of the best, most consistent buds and concentrates in town with nitrogen packing to ensure that the last eighth you crack open is as fresh as the first. Their regular prices are on the higher side, but you definitely get what you pay for, and they run excellent specials to sweeten the deal.

Some of the best strains Ive experienced in Colorado. If you want larger full buds with lots of flavor and still fresh (not dry) then look no further. If you like feeling a head rush when you smoke, look no further. Ive enjoyed Rare Darkness, Flo OG, and Purple Swish. I really look forward to trying more of their products. I will admit I bought my first batch from Lightshade where i also shop. Specials are great as well - I hope they keep that aspect.

Their Friday deals on concentrates are amazing. I got a couple of live sauce for under $40 dollars. They also have shatter deals as well.

Pesticide warnings on shatter. Did not see it till I got home and asked a different dispensary about it and they said we dont use warnings cause we dont put pesticides in our flower. They did not recommend using product. Got short changed 4 dollars Thursday the 21st. I guess they tip them self . I dont like the snobby employees and there are better mmj dispensary close by.

The people that work are high all the time always making mistakes. Its very unprofessional and they treat customers very poorly, i would advise you to seek other dispos. Plus there prices are very high, they use to be a good dispo but now i will not be going back anytime soon

Place is very nice and clean. Great deals good flower, and good oil. My complaint is taking my medical card and acting like you take medical. Then while looking at my receipt I was charged almost 10 dollars for retail tax. I get it you just opened so you dont have it yet. That being said you should let youre customers know!! Both the front desk and my check out gals failed to inform me.

I membered up on their medical side (don’t do it) of which they rarely have any product so they will sell you rec. products for a deal (but you still get WAXed by the tax). Front desk person was totally unaware of medical deals / member grams / etc. Sometimes the staff seems too ‘cool’ to even sell/show me the bud or explain me the deals. No one is forcing you to work at one the best dispensaries in Denver; have a little pride for what you do.Excellent strains, top notch genetics - but your staff needs some customer service training IMO; trying to decide if I’ll come back ever again. But the genetics speak louder than your staff

Ever since recreational weed was passed in colorado the quality has been steadily declining. I was recommended by Richard, and let me just say their product is on point. I started my trimming experience at brown dog health and wellness in Cali (theyve consistently placed for best CBD flower in the cannabis cup), and this is the only place that compares in Colorado. Dont believe me, the look, smell, and white ash at the end of the bowl speaks for itself. The only place left for connoisseurs in search of clean weed.

Went in for a sale they posted but I didnt read the fine print stating that the sale ended at 4pm. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to go to this off-the-beaten-track dispensary. They have a great reputation and Im sure their product is phenomenal but Ill never go back there just because of the poor customer service. I was a first-time customer and told both the budtender and host hhat I drove 20 minutes out of my way just for the sale and they just said goodbye as I walked out. Any level of customer service would have offered a lesser discount or any kind of initiative to stay and make a purchase. I work at one of Denvers largest smoke shops and I get asked 3 to 4 times a day where people should go to shop and House of dankness will not be one of them. Natural remedies, high-level health, and the herbal cure are the three places I suggest to go and I really wanted to add a fourth tonight. Granted I came in 5 minutes before they closed and I did miss the sale but there are a lot of opportunities that they missed so blatantly I wont even give them another chance. Any one of the other dispensaries. I named will give you the same quality they can offer if not better with the customer service your money deserves. So disappointed.
