Hands down best hat store I’ve ever been to!! Fantastic selection - a hat for everyone! High quality product that isn’t cheap - but why not splurge on an accessory that you can wear all the time? Larry did an amazing job helping me find the perfect hat (well two) - he saw what direction I was going in by what I was trying on, and found the perfect option in the back and brought it out! It’s definitely a good time to support a local business and authentic historical hat maker. Check it out, and enjoy some Champagne in Larimer Square after!

Nice selection of hats. Would have gone with 5 stars had the staff been friendly. He was unwelcoming and did not seem to want to be there or care that we were.

I absolutely love this place. Id been searching for a high quality hat for ages, and found the perfect one here. If I could leave the zero Stars I would I just spoke to a man named Jonas he told me that he doesnt appreciate me telling him that I have to spend money for parking to just to be disappointed that they dont have a hat that they havent had in stock for 2 years incense covid-19 they are never open but when they are you get a guy named Jonas that gives you an attitude and tell her you to go shop anywhere else besides his store but heres a fact check its not his store hes just an employee I believe he should be fired

Yesterday night was my first time in. I had a hat that was purchased for me but the wrong style for me. The girl with the red hair was there. I didnt even realize it was their closing time. She was so polite and awesome. She didnt rush me and was helping me find similar looks to my likes. She helped me pick out my new favorite hat! Thanks girl! Will definitely be coming back!

Great place I took in my grandfathers old fadora to see if they could make it a tad bigger and Larry took about 15 minutes and now it sits perfectly. He helped me out with another hat I own as well. I will definitely be back to make a new hat purchase. Thank you Larry you made my day.

Customer service was awesome. While we looked around the reconditioned my brother in-laws hat (he got it there 3 years ago) free of charge. Worked with him on sizing and gave archive on how to fix another hat even telling him to bring it in so they could look at it. Large selection and high quality product.

Goorin Bros is the best hat shop in Denver. All of my favorite headwear is Goorin Bros. The service is easy going, yet attentive. The location can be a little tight to find parking, yet the overall experience is well worth it. Definitely tops!

Aaron is among the most welcoming hat people I’ve met anywhere in visits to major cities and off-the-beaten-path places around the world. We were in on a visit from Richmond, VA, and he saw that my (competitor’s) hat was pretty dusty. As I looked at their great hats (Mr. French style was tops on my list), he took my hat, cleaned it thoroughly and stuck it back in my hand. I mentioned my Akubra Campdraft needed bashing and sizing, and he put some sizing felt in my hand immediately. Finally, not finding the right fit at this store, I asked him if they had an Open Road style in the lineup. He told me they didn’t, but directed me to a shop around the corner, even complimenting the style of that competitor’s hat as one of his favorites, too. He then put a card in my hand with the name of the hat I liked written on it, searched their inventory and told me where their store with that size was located in Boulder for the next stop on our visit. I left the store with no purchase, but have never received better customer/potential customer service. Oh, and as we shook hands, he removed his hat, so there was even a bit of old school flair. Great experience, for sure, and highly recommended.

Beautiful selection of exquisite hats. We spent 10 minutes in the store and was not once asked if we wanted assistance, Im sure they get their fair share of looky loos, but you never know which person actually was ready to make a purchase, so avoiding all of us did not serve their business.

Horrible experience was had. My family comes to this shop whenever they visit town and we normally buy hats. I asked what deals they had going on and the smart alec behind the counter said “yes we’ll let you buy 2 hats”. I said there are deals sometimes and they said “like what?” I said sometimes it’s buy 1 hat and get a discount on the 2nd”. They both laughed at me and said “got a name of the person who told you that?” I said no, I just bought them and that was it. They just kept making sarcastic comments and my family walked out. I told them they handled the situation poorly and they both laughed at me. As you are well aware, these hats can be purchased online, and for less money I might add. So simply put... you live and die by your customer service, and today, you had the poorest. None of us will be bacThe owner/store proprietor reached out to me to “make it right” and said he’d like to make it up to me. He asked “what would make the situation right”. I told him, we came in to purchase 2 hats, and he can send me 2 hats as a courtesy to make it up to me, we’ve spent a lot of money there. He responded asking me to pick 2 hats. Once I did, he responded by saying he’d take 15% off and to call the store with my credit card! Talk about bait and switch and deceptive practices! This store is a joke and it’s run by a clown. He had the opportunity to make it right but instead said he’s not in the business of giving hats away. AFTER HE OFFERED!! What a bad way to end an already awful experience. I will continue to speak out against them!
