I really wanted to love this pasta and as my first purchase bought 4 packages for $28 (which is quite expensive for dried pasta). However upon cooking each of the 4 products (all whole gluten, not gluten free) the pasta broke apart into little pieces that were so sticky and gummy that it hardly resembled pasta at all any more. I am very familiar with how to cook pasta, both fresh and dried, and have done it many, many times before. I even tried leaving the noodle VERY aldente to try to preserve more of the structural integrity but even that was unsuccessful. The only reason I didnt give one star is the flavor (from what I could tell through the gummy mess) was decent. I have bought other specialty dried pastas at Whole Foods that were actually cheaper, quite good and retained their structural integrity through cooking. If I hadnt paid cash and was given a receipt I would pursue refund for the products I purchased because in the end it was largely inedible.

While the gf pasta is good once you remember to follow the directions ( if you don’t its a sticky mess) the customer service is the worst. I have been ordering from them for several years now and when I recently put in a large order (as I was hosting a party) I received two packages I did not order and three I did were missing. We cannot eat the two unordered ones they sent us as they are green chilli and I am allergic!!! We have called and left countless messages and we have emailed with photos and we have gotten no response. It is so frustrating to be ignored even with the pandemic staffing issues at least say you will get to us … We are losing about $30 and that just seems unfair to us ~ the woman’s name on the packaging is an option to use in some derogatory fashion but we are good people and we choose to “treat others as we wish to be treated” … heres hoping they might too fingers crossed!UPDATE WE RECEIVED THE THREE PACKAGES IN THE MAIL NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER BUT THEY DID MAKE IT RIGHT YAY !!! SO THAT IS NICE ~ I will continue to purchase this pasta now despite this experience since they did eventually do the right thing and it is a fantastic product. Thank so much

Best pasta ever! I tried the Spinach Basil Garlic Fettuccine and the Garlic with Toasted Onion Fettuccine. Would love to try the other types of pastas as well. I stumbled upon their booth at a farmers market in Minneapolis. But you can also order online. 5 stars for an amazing brand.

Great balsamic vinegars. First came across them at a farmers market. Finding them at their small location was worth the drive.

Casey is amazing! From made-right-there pastas, vinegars of many variations, to a marinade selection that is just unbelievable!! Theres so much to talk about and its so delicious what you can do with the combinations. He even carries Gluten free pastas for those who need it! 😁 I havent tried anything that I dont like yet!! Yummmmm!!
