The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. By far the worst shopping experience in Denver. Store Hours displayed aren’t correct. They have signs all over the door indicating different “policies” they enforce, yet they only enforce these with people of specific skin tone or appearance not all the patrons.Don’t waste your money or time on this establishment.

This place has great selection of souvenirs with the best prices. We got shirts, shot glasses and a hat.

Nice little gift shop that has everything you need

According to their Google they open at9: 00......with a flight pending the wife and I showed up 10 minutes before their Google said they were open...... Apparently thats wrong because we waited for someone to open the door and once they finally did we were basically shushed away with a broom!!!!!! If this is the way the employees treat their customers Im glad I didnt give them any of my money!

Simply Colorado is a souvenir shop. Good deals on Tee-shirts and hoodies. A wide variety of post cards sold here too. The staff is helpful also. Stop in if youre in downtown Denver and pick something up for the family.

Their posted hours they are open is not correct. We drove downtown, paid for parking to discover they are not open.Please correct your online information.

Great prices. Its $50 else where for a sweater here its $30. You can find gifts for anyone and everyone here. Some unique items they sell. Kids toys, Broncos fan items, stoney items and souvenirs. They have a Clarence rack for some simple shirts. The 2xl and 3xl shirts cost more which I find unfair bigger people have to pay more. Come to this gift shop first!!

My 22yo black son was being told to leave because he had no reservation. My wife and I walked in to find out why he was being walked out, several people in the store spoke up and said that just walked in with no reservation. This store is using a fake reservation sign with no way of making a reservation to cover their discrimination. AVOID this business.

Awesome little store, so many items to look at! The customer service was top notch and extremely helpful and patient. There were a lot of novelty gifts that I have been trying to find since moving out here and this place has definitely made itself in my favorites. Thank you for carrying post cards! It is unbelievably difficult to find post cards for some reason! Thanks again for an awesome experience!

Simple souvenir shop. Typical stuff.

This was a quick stop for souvenirs for family and friends. They had a wide array of shirts, mugs, pint glasses, native American-style art and other trinkets at decent prices - cheaper than other, similar nearby shops. Service was friendly and quick. It seemed to be family-owned, which made me feel better about shopping with them.Ill go back, next time Im in Denver.

You will find several selection of Google Merchandise here, jackets, caps and other Souvenir items. Products are nicely showcased with friendly staff. Since they have moved Android statues outside this tore, this has become a tourist attraction for folks visiting silicon valley.

Bad customer service, no answer, no welcoming to the store, i know we can get overwhelmed with customers, but this is our job, and no matter how u feel, we have to keep smiling

Not remarkable

Wow.... they were set to close at 5:30 pm and we had come downtown to shop for some Colorado specific gear for my mother in law.... our train was delayed and we ended up getting there at 5:26 pm. They had the doors locked and were unwilling to let us in even though we could see what we wanted on the wall and literally would have taken 5 minutes of their time to finalize and check out. Super unprofessional and clearly don’t want our money. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I received very rude customer service when walking inside the store. They were very unhelpful. Continue to glare at me the entire time I was in there trying to find my size and hoodie. And then just made it seem like it was too much work for them to do their job. Definitely not worth my time.

Crew was friendly, selection was awesome! Id recommend the store to other over other similar shops in the area. The displays and artwork were beautiful also, which made it easy to shop

A great store to buy postcards and lots of souvenirs from Denver. Its easy to get there by train - just stopping at Union Station or the Pepsi Center. It is suggested to go there before 6pm. There is a bus that can take you all the way through the 16th street market for free.

This store had about anything & everything a TOURIST could think of and then some ! They even had Leather hats,Minnatowa Leather Moccasins, house shoes. T-Shirts. Men,Women & Childrens. Purses, backpacks,,Sweats for colder weather...it was a great store for GADGETS & REMINDERS OF WHERE YOUD BEEN...OR WERE GOING...!! POSTCARDS & those Smoking Gadgets, for those who Indulge! Know what I mean?!? So,enjoy this shop & Colorado !! Cant wait to go back! One thing, this store is not the best place for wheelchairs or elec. Portable riders,its small isles,packed w/ everything!! So,send someone in,wholl do your shopping, for you,or go on a weekday-early am,as to have plenty of room !

I bought a postcard in here and I paid it with $20 bill because I didnt have small cash. But, the manager (or owner) spoke a bad word in Korean (perhaps she didnt recognize Im Korean). Whatever reason, it is not acceptable that speaking a bad word in Korean in front of customers who cannot understand Korean. I wonder how this store owner would treat other people. The store is okay. But, if you think the manager speaks something to you in Korean, you should suspect it as a bad word. I do NOT recommend this place.

Lots of options to choose a gift.

Staff was not very professional nor helpful. Their clothing products are horrible quality and they do not do returns. You can only do exchanges. Don’t waste your time or money.

Nice gift shop overall. Bought some calendars for my co-workers when I head back home. Also managed by Korean people. Very nice to see my ethnic brethrens running businesses here in Denver, Colorado.

I loved the stuff they had. The employees werent very friendly. I ended up not getting anything due to the rude employees.

Fun little gift shop that I always walk into when strolling 16th street. They always have unique items and its easy to buy a lot of little things here. The only complaint is that the merchandise is a little cramped in there and lots of things are kind of buried on top of one another. On the flip side this does make it seem a little more special when you find something in the mess you really like. But the staff is friendly and you dont feel awkward spending and extended time in the store.

T-shirt prices are reasonable, found it on Google search before Labor Day as gifts to friends in Seattle.
