What an amazing gift shop! Perfect if you want a gift from a Colorado artisan. Although not everything is local, those items that are local are labeled—which is super helpful. Very much worth a return visit so I can pick up a few things for myself! Plus, they gift wrapped my item so nicely!

I love this store. So cute and so many fun items. I could have spent way more money here very easily!! Love the jewelry so much. I bought a harmonica necklace which I adore, and they have tiny glass animals. The glass animals are so cute and I wish I could have bought them all!! Very nice employees and overall a great shop.

One of the OG independent stores in Cherry Creek with tons of spiritual and hilarious items, including locally sourced artwork, books, knick knacks, jewelry, soaps, greeting cards, coffee mugs, you name it. One stop shop for gifts and any other kind of fun pick me ups. The store is super small and packed with so many goodies, I suggest ditching your big purse when heading in there so as to avoid the bull in the china shop situation!! ;) Oh, and they offer beautiful, free gift wrapping!!

The Artisan Center is a unique shop that reminds you of the old Cherry Creek neighborhood, and what used to be in the 1970’s and early ’80’s. In those days there were lots of small “mom and pop” shops, and most buildings were only one story tall; only a few rose above two stories high. Many fine and even eccentric stores were founded in the neighborhood then. Some have prospered by moving elsewhere, such as The Tattered Cover, the Wizard’s Chest, and the Welsh Dragon Tea Shop. Most of the others are simply gone now.The Artisan Center is still there, a corner shop behind a barn door, run by an enthusiastic, chatty, artsy staff. What’s inside?Jewelry. Journals. Statuettes, stationary. Dishes, decorations, drawings. Candles, cards. Pottery, plaques, puppets. Wooden carvings, wind chimes, whimsical weavings. The Artisan Center lives up to its name; you’ll find original art and artifacts of all kinds and many varieties.Although the store leans towards items that might mostly interest female shoppers, there are interesting knick-knacks and oddities for men who know how to look for them, and there are interesting toys for all genders and ages. At my house, we have a number of nostalgic wind-up toys bought at the Artisan Center over the years.The corner window is one of the delights of this shop. It features a monthly display fashioned around original art that is then sold for a worthy cause. The store’s website displays several of the most recent window displays, as well as a listing of all the artists who are featured inside.Opened in 1977, the Artisan Center occupies the space that housed the Detroit Street Pharmacy many decades before. In fact, the most wonderful part of the Artisan Center is the brick wall outside, to the west of the barn door. There you can find the initials and engraved autographs of Cherry Creek residents, from the old days… from the really old days, the 1920’s and 1930’s! I hope that brick wall, which is an artifact in its own right, will never be painted over or changed in any way.Parking can be very challenging in Cherry Creek North, as its called now, but the Artisan Center has two free 30-minute parking spaces directly west of the store building. You are welcome to use them if they are available. Theres also always a bowl of free caramels by the register. You are welcome to eat one anytime!

Absolutely beautiful! A lot of great art, expensive, but worth every penny. If I had the money, Id purchase one of the bronze sculptures in a heartbeat! :D

The best gift shop I have found so far in Colorado, everyone was so kind, helpful and nice. They have so many options, and for every occasion also at the end I was asked if I wanted them to wrap my present 🎁 and it was so beatiful. My boyfriend loved everything, the present, the wrap and the idea of supporting local businesses and artists. Ill definitely go back.

I like this store alot. It is an independent retailer that has been in Cherry Creek for over 20 years. That alone says how good a store it is. Artists bring their homemade goods to this store to sell. It really has great jewelry, nice home gifts, interesting pottery and etc. Its all very artistically created. They do pretty gift wrapping too! It is a good place to buy gifts for friends and family. One of a kind gifts!

You need to stop in. If youre looking for a gift for someone, they have it here. Ive never seen better gift wrapping either and its things like that which make this place a must-stop for gift giving, cards, or something to reflect your own personality.

My very favorite shop for thoughtful, unique gifts at every price point, made by artists. The best part is they artfully wrap everything there for you with colorful paper and bows and theyre amazingly quick about that. Great customer service and a nice staff.

This store has the best customer service! I had a problem with a hummingbird feeder I received as a gift. After a quick email Tammy sent me a new one no questions asked and shipped it across the US in 2 days! Wonderful friendly service! I highly recommend the Artisan Center!

I like this place, its very cute and artsy. My only qualm though, is that its in the Cherry Creek District, AND its an artisan shop, so you know its going to be really expensive. Thats a very unique and cute wheres, which I wish I had enough money to buy. If youre going Christmas shopping for your family, friends or significant other, this is most certainly the place to go. The staff are pretty friendly for the most part, theyre all older ladies. Has a very homey feel to it. Its small, and I try to put a lot of stuff in there, so its very Compact and a lot of things are breakable. Be wary of bringing your kids in here

I visited this shop twice in one weekend just to see if there was anything I missed the first time around. Wonderful selection of gifts for everyone in your life. Plus, jewelry, handmade items and baby clothes/toys. So glad I stopped in twice. Bought several items each time! Cant wait to return.

Walked by this place many times and finally decided to give a try today as I needed a few small gifts. Lots and lots of cute gift ideas for everyone, however you get a crazy cluttered vibe going on. Would be awesome to waste more money here as they do sell many things from locally made artists...but the rude, curt and inattentive staff is not worth putting up with. If someone comes in, it’s nice to at least great them or acknowledge them. If they end of spending money, you should probably be somewhat pleasant, smile, or at least say thank you for coming in. Artisan center won’t be getting anymore business from myself or anyone asking me for my opinion on where to grab a gift in the Cherry Creek neighborhood.

Been coming since I was a little girl never disappoints. Should make a YouTube channel on how to wrap gifts why is beautiful and impressive. Absolutely love this place.

This place has the BEST gifts! There are tons of choices for unique gifts - jewelry, frames, candles, things for the house...its a small store but it could take you an hour to stroll through it looking at all of the cool choices. They also add the finishing touches to your gifts with the free wrapping at the end. I will be back for birthday and wedding presents for sure!

They have lots of very unique gifts. I stopped in to get my daughter something for her birthday a couple days ago and I couldnt help but feel like I was being purposefully ignored. Im not at all... Ever.... one to play the race card but after standing by the jewelry case for thirty minutes and repeatedly being passed over for assistance and then being in line and having the cashier look directly over me to the person BEHIND me and say Im so sorry well be right with you. I kind of left wondering what the heck.

Awesome shopping center in the heart of cherry creeks. Perfect place for gifts. Though I was surprised at the cost (4.50 for a birthday card?). Still worth checking out

Really cute, unique gift shop. They feature a lot of items from local Colorado artists and artisans. A little difficult to move around in the store itself because theres so much to look at. The prices bring down the rating. If you look online you can find the same books for half the cost and they charge quite a lot for some of the trinkets. Parking had gotten to be bad in Cherry Creek. They have free parking in the alley West of the shop... But there are only two spots.
