An absolutely horrid location that gives the entire brand a terrible name. Did not deliver my moms birthday bouquet but said they did. Then realize they didnt. Meanwhile they were completely rude as heck. Do not go there. They are so bad I would not even go there until edible arrangements took their franchise. The recorded voice conversation between my wife and their staff will be sent to the corporate office and posted on YouTube. I will attach the link once we post it

First time ever in a edible store. Was in a hurry stopped for the grab and go for a meeting at my office. It was horrible and unbarising.strawberry, pretzel and banana box is what I chose. To start i understand bananas dont hold very long but the strawberrys rotten the pretzel we couldnt even bite it, it was so hard. Also grabbed a fruit bouquet and the pineapple was going bad also. wanted a few smothies and the cashier did not know how to make them ( understandable she was new) but she said her boss said they couldnt make them because they didnt have fruit cut up this was around noon I will never go to this place again.

Staff is rude, they don’t take care of their customers! They r thrilled to take an order for $50 of strawberries but they won’t tell u they will not guarantee them for over 24 hours from time of delivery! The fruit was covered in mold less than 24 hours from the time of delivery! When asked if they tell their customers this, I was told, “It’s on the website!” So the quick answer is NO!! There are companies that sell the same products, guarantee their freshness and aren’t rude about it! I realize it is a busy time and having owned a floral shop myself for years, there r issues with freshness, I can understand that but a rude attitude doesn’t reflect well on any business! Go elsewhere!

Didnt get what I ordered. Waited all day just not to get the right order. I have oredered from other stores and it has been exactly what I ordered. Either way wont be ordering again. The price does not match the quality. Better off doing it yourself.

I was expecting a lot better!! What i got looks nothing like the picture. 🙁 kinda disappointed considering the price. Some of the fruit looks withered. Some of the pieces look like they were nibbled on..... SMH

I was very very upset with the quality of strawberrys that my husband purchased today it was a gift for a special occasion it was very sad to taste and see that this place has gone down hill it was one of my favorite places to enjoy chocolate covered strawberrys.i would love to have the owner or manager of this business to contact me and refund the money that was spent for this product that was just not done right!!we paid for good quality dessert not fruit gone bad.

I called to make a simple change of address for the delivery and the lady who answered the phone seemed completely put out by the request, as if it were unreasonable. My delivery is scheduled for tomorrow so it’s not as if I called the day of. I will never order from this edible arrangements again due to the rudeness and attitude the lady who answered the phone displayed. And judging by the 2.9 star reviews for this location, I can assume others have are not overly pleased with it either.

The lady was extremely rude. She was in her late 20s or early 30s. She picked up the phone and took the order with a major attitude and whenever I had a question she was very rude to me as a customer, these arrangements aren’t cheap and no one should be treated so poorly. I don’t think the girl likes her job because I can’t understand why anyone working here needs to be so rude unless they hate their job. I will never go back to this store due to how poorly her customer service was.

The customer service was exceptional!!! I made a mistake in my delivery instructions, and the store clerk helped me get my order to where I needed it. Very polite and so helpful. I haven’t purchased from Edible Arrangements before, but this experience will have me coming back regularly. Thank you for getting my gift to my wife. She said the fruit was sweet and delicious!

I wont use again. I called from out of state asking about delivery, that in casehey werent home what would they do. I was told they wont leave it because of the weather and would call the phone number I gave. Of course they left it. The recipient came back to find it at the door.

I purchased balloons for my daughters 13th birthday. I figured that since we had to be home bound due to the pandemic, I wanted to make sure that her day was extra special. When the balloons were delivered, two of the balloons were deflated and the rest of the balloons didnt rise at all, they just pretty much stayed in one place. I called the store right away, the manager wasnt in, and the employee stated that she would have the manager call me the next day. No call from the manager, I had to end up calling the manager to explain to her what had happened. She only offered a small discount of the three balloons that had deflated, mind you I had paid for 12. I offered to email her the picture of how the balloons looked but she declined my offer. She stated that they specialize in edible arrangements, and stated the reasons why the balloons couldve deflated. She also mentioned that the balloons are transported in a cooler to be delivered. What sense does that make? If you specialize in edible arrangements, then maybe you should take the balloons out of the inventory. There was no compassion from this manager, she didnt apologize, she didnt offer to say how can I make this better for your daughter, absolutely nothing. Needless to say, two complaints later to corporate my issue was never resolved. Per the customer care representative, corporate had refused to comply with my request of being fully refunded for my order. Poor customer service all the way around, buyers beware.

My mom had placed an order to be delivered to me on Sunday 1/24/21 because I currently have COVID. It was said to be delivered but no where to be found anywhere on the property. We called the store and they said it was delivered at 2:00 pm and was probably left downstairs since they didnt have the code to get in (I live in a building, nothing new and alarming for the area this store is located in). They also said someone may have swiped it....meanwhile the driver had my phone number (the recipient) if they had any trouble getting in. No apology, no offer to replace. The MANAGER said they would call tomorrow because they were closing in 20 minutes and they couldnt do anything about it because they were closing in 20 minutes. When I confronted this manager, I stated that if you are the manager you should not be closing a store when a $135 order was MISSING. She didnt like what I was saying and said she was cancelling and refunding the order and then HUNG UP on me. When looking to make this review I found several others saying the same thing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE

This was the easiest way to by a birthday gift. Shop from home, have the option to have it delivered & a great selection to choose from. Its also a great gift idea, who doesnt like fruit dipped in chocolate & just plain fruit also. Perfect if you live in different states. She loved it.

Be advised. This location must have an employee that sheds hair into the chocolate.We purchased a $65 dollar birthday set on Sunday and found three hairs throughout our time eating it. Unfortunately when I got time to calling (5 days after the pickup date) they said I needed a photo of the hair and apples. Whose first instinct is to take a photo of the hair inside there mouth??? Its already bad enough to find hair within the chocolate when you bite into something but for them to request a photo is a bit of a stretch. I could give them the color of the hair and mentioned it was in the apples only but I guess thats not enough.Will not order here again.

I called the store to make sure I could make an order for my birthday and spoke with the manager. She confirmed they could help me so I drove 20 minutes to make an order. Once I arrived I was informed that they closed in an hour and would not complete my order. After speaking with the manager again she informed me that they turned off their chocolate an hour before they close even though you can only order in store. If she communicated that efficiently over the phone I would have chosen a different time. I wasted time and gas and left empty handed. Because of the mangers non service I will never shop here again and advise others to find a different location!

I was counting on a birthday surprise for my granddaughter who’s eighth birthday had to be spent at home, instead of what I ordered, the driver couldn’t find the address, called my son, and then had no idea where her birthday box was, so replaced it with the cheapest, ugliest box you sell. Now I’m out of the money, my granddaughter got no card, so she didn’t even know who sent it. Of course the office was closed and their mailbox was full, so I couldn’t do anything about it in “her day”. This wasn’t a good experience, and I DO NOT recommend it.

Super disappointed! Went in because I was at UPS next door, but both of the Chocolate Covered Strawberries we got were not fresh. Unfortunate too because they were supposed to be one for me and one as a gift. The Strawberries were so soft they couldn’t be eaten. I know Edible Arrangements can be delicious, so I think that’s why this is such a let down!

When my mother passed suddenly and it was the night before the funeral, all of us together: a beautiful fresh arrangement was delivered. We devoured it! The refreshing way it lifted our spirit and brought comfort, I remember to this day. The funeral was 10 years ago. Thank you Edible Arrangements 😊

I was so grateful that Edible Arrangements was able to have the arrangement delivered in time for the birthday party. It looked delicious, smelled amazing, and it was so satisfying watching the children and adults enjoy this healthy treat. For almost $100 including the $15 delivery fee, I was hoping it would be a little bigger. However, I love Edible Arrangements, and I wish I could afford to buy one for everyone on my gift lists.

Poor customer service. I had a delivery that was sent mistakenly to the wrong address for someone that recently moved - it was the neighbors address by accident. When I called to get a hold of the company the afternoon of delivery - no one answered yet it was within business hours. The next day I called as the product was said to be delivered yet it was not delivered to the correct address. The person I contacted at the company refused to reach out to the driver to confirm actual delivery and the address it was delivered to. I guess customer service means nothing and they could care less if their customer are disappointed.

First of all...I was disappointed because they dont put the name of the recipient or mine. Why make me fill out all those information if you will not put in there. Second of all you are charging $5 for a balloon that is worth $1 and you dont give me the balloon I paid for??? I paid for a balloon that says HAPPY BIRTHDAY.. she received one that said THINKING OF YOU as if she was sick or smth. And finally some of the fruits were rotten. I was truly disappointed.

I am sooo disappointed in the quality of strawberries my husband gave me the chocolate covered strawberry’s and they were already going bad!!!! You can taste the mold as soon as you took a bite😭😭For the price it was horrible!!! This use to be one of my favorite places but after today I will not come back...They need to refund us immediately!!!!!!

Rainbow and Butterflies Bouquet delivered did not match what was on their website. Was missing grapes and pineapple daisies. Plus, two numbers that I paid extra for were not included. While the store agreed to refund a portion of the money, there was no apology. I was disappointed in this business and would not purchase from them again.

Website is super slow, no one answers at store and when they did they acted like they were to busy to take orders and cant deliver... good business model horrible ordering platform and customer service they have good iteams but the process feels like slow and Irritating would recommed another alternative thos isnt worth all the trouble you can dip your own same fruit in chocalate at home and that would be easier than ordering from here

Very upset with lack of customer service. The delivery driver left the fruit bouquet on the ground outside the front door of an apartment complex. Didnt even attempt to call or text the recipient. Didnt even apologize or attempt to make it right.

Was highly disappointed when my sister called to inform me she had received rotten strawberries for her birthday I paid for quality and instead got strawberries with mold on them and when I called the store to ask them to make it right the manager actually tried to blame my sister saying the only way it could be molded is if she didnt put it in the fridge which is absolutely not the case this place sells bad rotten fruit and then blames the customer what a joke I will NEVER order from here again
