This company is horrible. Waste of time. Told us to come down and look at the product to see if it will work. When we got to the front door they would not let us look at the product and they were very rude and told us we can’t see the product. Person on the phone was extremely rude. 0 star company in my book

I own several small businesses in the metro area. Ordered 2 gates and paid immediately. Salesman took my number and promised to call when they arrived. You guessed it, nobody called. When I contacted them I was told it was my responsibility to call. Arrived to pick up my gates, they left me cooling my jets for 45 minutes in their will-call area. When I asked a personality free monosyllabic worker were my gates where and how much longer will I gave to wait... he shrugged his shoulders said Dunno and walked away. You guessed it, never coming back.

Great place for Contractors!!Ive been purchasing materials for years and never had a bump in the process. Their system It is set up for contractors.

Ever since Merchant Metals bought out this company we have not had 1 order correct. Last gate order we ordered was 1st shipped to another state. When we finally received the gate it was 2 1/2 feet short. The order before that was 16 too long. I went up in person to discuss mistakes and Brandon (operations manager) tells me the only way I can talk to anyone is by phone and ordered me back into my truck. I said no, that I need to speak to someone about the mistakes. Brandon said wait your turn and walked away, and once again ordered me back in my truck. He then proceeds to tell me to just go to Lowes and get your materials there. Continental Fence was a much better company than these jokers. I am small business owner and will find someone else to do business with.

Absolutely horrible. Had to actually go in to talk to anyone, no-one would return my calls. Then they have the attitude that they dont care. I really wish these big corps would figure out why these small local shops were successful before they buy them. BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE BIG BOX STORES NOW.

I recently went in with exactly the measurements I needed to have. a gate made .When I went to pick up just this past Friday, it was and is NOT correct . They used the wrong pipe and weld on a cross bar which I never asked for . I will now have to fight for them to fix to remake.

Cyndy was extremely rude over the phone her attitude was that she didnt care that my order had not shown up in over 3 months when I was told it lead time was 4 weeks. She didnt seem to care to find out what the delay was, very short and snippy with her responses to any of my questions. Also another salesmen I talked to was rude as well and not very helpful. The front desk lady Julie was the only one that seemed to care to help

Was the worst retail experience of my life. The yard help was rude and intimidating except for one gentlemen. Wouldnt shop there if they were giving the merchandise away.

Went there to buy some temporary fence panels, they couldnt find my order despite having already been paid for so I stood around forever. Then had to deal with them fumbling around with a forklift trying to figure out how to load the order into my truck. One of the brand new panels was already severely bent and I had to wait for a decent replacement to be found because I didnt want to spend $100 on a panel that was already jacked up.Finally got loaded, went to install the panels and noticed that for a company that charges you extra for the bolts to hold them together, they managed to give me the wrong size. Also, the fence panels looked like they were assembled by idiots. Horrible quality, substandard workmanship, loose wires everywhere.I would not recommend shopping here. The quality of the product and service is not worth the headache and mistakes.

Horrible experience, not only was I told I cant return products that were stock items. I was accused by a front desk girl of calling her a name. What is this grade school. You guys deal with upset customers ALL the time, you need to get your it figured out. Will never do business with them again, and I will notify the people I need to about my experience with you guys.
