Ive found a fence on their website, but when Ive got a quote the rep said its a different product as the one Ive chosen was discontinued. Since their website has no reference to the new product quoted, Ive went to their place at Pecos in Denver to take a look at the product I am trying to purchase. The office door was locked and I had to talk on phone with the rep who was inside the office but not willing to let me in. On my question how can I see the product I am ordering he said the company has no showroom and it is not his responsibilities to explain how can I find their actual product picture or a sample I am trying to purchase. Unbelievable! I have not seen such a bad customer service attitude in decades. Do not bother to deal with this company. It deserves not a one star, but a minus 10 stars.

I thought the service was great! I changed my order three times over two days, then revised my order upon final arrival and even brought back the unused materials with zero hassle. Loaders were quick to respond to my arrival and friendly to load. In and out in 20 minutes, possibly things have changed since poor reviews were posted. I placed my order though Martin and John, they answered many of my questions.

I needed a 1×3/4vinyl fence & a2x3/4 vinyl fence. These would be in 16 length. I contacted them at 2 pm yestetday & the lady seemed like she did not want to be bothered with me. She said I couldnt come in the building. I said I would follow their procedures. She said that Icould pull in the parking lot & call them. I pulled into the lot at 2;45 & called. The told me to go to the gate & a person would meet me. The workers asked what I wanted I informed them & walked away. After waiting for 10 minutes a sales rep came out. I showed him what I needed & he said he didnt have the small vynal fence strI got the impression they did not want to deal with me due to small ordercustomer service is not there unless you will spend a lot of money

Continental Divide Fence has been a major supplier of fence material for The Colorado Fence Company for over a year. We rely on these guys for vinyl and chain-link supplies. I had a excellent experience here so I am unsure why there are mixed reviews here. I believe those reviews were from the middle of a transition period for the company. In any case Sam provided great customer service and allowed some of the greatest flexibility I have seen and was very professional and calm about handling any issues that arose. He also replied to emails on time and was a great communicator. We purchased a large quantity of ameristar fencing and will be coming back to purchase more to complete the job.

Never come to this place its super slow to unload the trucks the forklift drivers dont know how to drive them

The old owners and staff were amazing, and we bought materials here for years. Since it was bought by MMI this place is has become truly awful. The wait time is crazy, you should realistically set aside 2 hours of your day if you plan on coming by to pick up even a couple things. Painfully inefficient.

I felt that I was putting out the sales rep. Despite my $500 order. She made me feel as though I was asking too much as I requested her expertise on rolling gate pieces and parts. And, it was nearly double the cost of competitors. Will not buy here again. Lame.

Great place for chain link and vinyl fence materials. Prices are good. And while Im sure they can accommodate anyone, this isnt really a design center kind of place, you should already have a good idea what your looking for before coming in

I saved over $3.00 a board on 1 by 6 cedar fencing and they gave me a few extra for free, who does that? I dont get the bad review below, only know what I know. They were nice to me and saved me quite a bit and my chickens are happy with their new pen.

What a joke.I bought some construction fence panels here because they were one of the few that would sell by the panel. For the record, I did email them and ask them to rectify this issue before posting online, no response ever came.First off it took them about an hour to find my order because they had it under the wrong name, they were curt, unpleasant and just an overall pain to deal with. No Sorry for the delay just an attitude like it was my fault they had a bad filing system and irritation that I walked in and interrupted them by, you know, wanting to buy product.Then when I got the panels 2 of them were warped excessively and I had to basically watch the forklift operator like a hawk to avoid him screwing up more of them just by loading them in my truck (Btw, the 2 messed up panels were at the bottom of the stack, which makes me think they were trying to sneak them in unnoticed)Finally the fence panels are VERY POOR QUALITY. They look like they were put together in the worlds biggest hurry by disoriented, blind meth addicts. Tons of loose metal, lazily strewn together chain link and just overall disappointing. Several more warped panels were discovered when I got home (bear in mind this is BRAND NEW from them, they cant even get their product out the door undamaged)Finally when I got on site with my panels ALL OF THE BOLTS WERE WRONG! Incidentally they charge you by the bolt for the hardware to put them together and then they give you the wrong hardware!This place is a failure on so many levels.

I have purchased wood fencing and chain link conversion to wood at CDF. Overall they are good. To purchase as a non-business is not easy. They seem to be more set up for commerical. They do have everything for fencing and they are friendly, so it is well worth a stop in if you need fencing.

Very helpful. They primarily serve contractors, but would be a great choice for DIYers. Go inside, talk to a salesman about what you need. Then drive into the yard and they will load your purchases up.

Once upon a time these guys (and ladies) were incredible. Now, cant even get a call back. Too corporatized. And genuinely DONT CARE about the customers they serve or rather dont serve.

This company has messed up 3 orders in a row for commercial fencing projects. This set back has cost my company thousands of dollars in delays, re-mobilizations, and labor to correct issues. Problems range from incorrect sizing of poles, deviation from stamped plans on gate designs, missing parts, incorrect parts, and slow service on call ahead pick up dates. I will never do business with them again, and eagerly inform other industry contractors of my experience with them.

Waited for 25 minutes in the lobby. Only 1 person working the counter but I could here people in the back room laughing and joking around. They had many disappointed customers today. I wont go back.
