I am so impressed by rep fitness!I chose to build a home gym because of the pandemic and their gear has been incredible.Everything is professional gym quality, I love working out with their stuff.Their customer service representatives, Britni and Maddie, have been so incredibly helpful.Rep, give them a raise, they are keepers. Seriously. They really made the experience so much better and Im truly grateful.

Of all the pairs I got of these plates, every single one has a flaw whether it be a blemish, crack, or puncture. At first when I purchased I thought for the price it was a huge upgrade for little more expense from straight iron plates. But my fear is that wherever the flaws are, over time they will continue to degrade. I spent the last few months speaking with rep fitness trying to make it right. We simply couldnt come to terms with an agreement that seemed equitable to me. I was going to either get a minor credit or wait over a month for the urethane equalizer plates. Once I agreed upon that I got an email saying that the plates wont come in for another month or more longer. 2-3 month wait to get replacements, and company wont front the cost to send me the ones that are already available. All or nothing. Definitely a rough and long drawn out process with little satisfaction.Crazy part is by not satisfying me they will lose 1000s if not more in business when people see the photos Ive posted of their plates and they decide to go elsewhere. Horrible business move on their part.

Purchased rep rubber plates within the last year for 139. They are now almost 300! This business model is insane. They are now advertising free shipping when a year ago they were plastering their website with the fact that free shipping at their competitors websites wasnt really free shipping because they just add shipping into the cost of the item. Well these guys have increased within a year prices by a 100% to include shipping. Except I ordered plates at 139 a pair of 45s with flat freight shipping around 150. The new price model is including the previous shipping cost which was flat and adding that amount to each pair. I was waiting for stock to come back to order another pair of sport plates and some other stuff but now Ill keep my order minimal as possible to finish my set and move along to another competitor. Rep has gone from budget to premium within a years time. Amazing!

It has been a frustrating year for sure with high demand for products as gyms close down and material shortages threatening supply. REP fitness though has been there with updates every day to keep us as customers happy and excited for new arrivals. REP has awesome people working for them, great products and I love that they are local to CO! I will continue to buy through REP fitness as I build my home gym.

Im thrilled with my cage from Rep Fitness. Delivery was quicker than anticipated (less than a week) and set up was easy to follow and complete. Ive ordered a lot of equipment from other, similar companies and have also dealt with their customer service for one reason or another. By far, REP Fitness is above and beyond everyone else in terms of customer service. I had an issue with one of my orders recently when it arrived--out of their control, mind you--and it took them less than 24hrs to rectify the issue. Wyatt was the customer service rep that took care of me and was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and very understanding. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them and look forward to ordering from them again!

Sorry for the long post just wanted to express some frustration about the crazy pricing changes.Ordered plates just over a year ago and recently wanted to complete my set along with picking up a dumbbell set. However, I see that Rep Fitness has changed to free shipping and now everything is substantially more expensive. This is I assume due to you having to pay the equivalent of shipping on every item now and getting no benefit from ordering in bulk. For instance, to place the same order today for plates that I bought a year ago it would cost me $426.94. A year ago that order was only $331.21 and that $331.21 is what I paid with shipping. Ill attach a picture of my invoice as proof. Seriously disappointed to see this switch. Spending $100s more on some plates and dumbbells just doesnt seem worth it to me with how many other brands are out there. For instance Titan Fitness sells a 5-50lb dumbbell set WITH rack for $950. Rep Fitness is $999 now for a 5-50lb dumbbell set WITHOUT the rack.

Id like to start out by saying, I am happy with the products I have received thus far. However, what is most important with any business is the customer service.Rep fitness has had trouble keeping items In stock & this is understandable considering the supply chain and economic events.I am unhappy because I would like to purchase the rest of the equipment I need to complete my home gym. All items as of now are in stock except for some plates and a lat row. Shipping cost are expensive to ship from the west to east coast. I asked a service representative to help me by waiting to ship my purchase until the Lat row comes in. So that they can be purchased and shipped together. Shipping is approximately $400. If I have to wait and order my items separately, I will be paying anywhere from $800 to $1,200.00 depending on if I have to wait for each item to become available separately.I have tried my best to talk with over 3 people about this. Im unaware as to why a customer who spends over $3,000 -$9,000 on products with this company would find this to be a difficult request.As I said, I like their equipment, but considering the nature of how they operate, you may find it better to spend your money at another place (even if it costs more) because, considering the puzzle piecing of equipment and shipping you will pay. Your financial experience could = that of someone like Rouge fitness and receive exceptionally better customer support.I dont write this lightly, and I hope someone will assist me one day on what seemlying is a simple accommodation.

I’m a new customer who is picky and hard to impress. REP Fitness is an amazing company with reasonably priced quality equipment. What really sets them apart is their customer service. EVERY staff member (Alex, Connor, Maddie, Kerri, and several others) I have interacted with about an order or inventory status has been fast to reply, friendly and have gone out of their way to satisfy my requests! REP is my go-to company for any and all fitness equipment and I have recommended them to everyone I can!

High quality products. Most of my garage gym is outfitted with rep equipment, being more affordable and not really skimping on quality especially for being imported. Their customer service is absolutely top notch. I have emailed them multiple times at different times of the day and the longest I’ve waited for a response is about 10 minutes. Each time I’ve emailed I’ve gotten a response from Maddie and she is extremely helpful each time.

I bought three V3 benches from them and within five months of use, two of the three bench pads were coming apart. The staples holding the fabric on the pad are falling off with every use. I contacted REP and they advised the product only has a 30 day warranty. I am highly disappointed with the quality of their product and the lack of customer service they offer when it comes to standing behind their product. Spend the extra money and go with Rogue.

I love my REP kettlebells. Prices have now gone up 50%, but include free shipping. Shipping kettlebells is expensive. I dont need shipping as a local, but they only offer 5% discount for local pickup. The tax rate is higher than that. Theres no reason for me to support a local business with that kind of math.

REP for the win!Recently order some plates and sandbag. The shipping expeditious and rapid, the product is solid and arrived undamaged and exactly as described, and on top of that the customer service is top notch!I email them a couple of times with generic questions and concerns. Megan, one of their team members, responded within just a couple of hours on all occasions. She was incredibly polite and seemed to genuinely care about my happiness every step of the way. My sandbag actually never showed up. Unlike my plates that arrived in less than a week, the tracking on my sandbag was frozen and seemed to have disappeared.I brought the concern to Megan at day 6 after my order placed. She very kindly and politely asked that I give it one more day. After my bag failed to arrived again she immediately sent me a replacement at no cost!Im hate dealing with businesses. Like most of you I often find it a painful and extended process. Due to Megan, I can guarantee I will shop at REP again. Honestly given this experience, I have zero issues paying a couple extra bucks (although I doubt I will have to).Thanks, Megan and REP higher ups for ensuring your employees are of the most excellent quality.

I have equipped my home gym with a power rack from Rep and have quite a few of their products. They make excellent equipment at a relatively affordable price point. With all that I have purchased, I had to reach out to customer service twice (once due to ordering the wrong item and only once due to an issue with a piece of equipment. Each time I reached out, their customer service was absolutely stellar! On both occasions they responded quickly and to my full satisfaction. This latest time, Holly assisted me with the issue and she quickly sent a return label for the item and setup a new order for its replacement. Even though I left my number in case they had questions, it was a straightforward and painless interaction where a call wasn’t even required. Kudos to Rep and all of their great customer service agents who have me as a lifelong loyal customer!

There equipment is ok in which I have over 1k worth of equipment from them. The real problem stims from there customer service for the curbside pickup. We had a appointment for 10 am in which we arrived 10 min early. We messaged per there instructions that we had arrived, the name of the order and which vehicle we were in. Around 25 minutes later I had to go in to speak with them as they hadnt notified us that the order was being worked and they stated that they would start working on it. Another 15 minutes went by when they finally brought out the order they threw it into the truck and left before I could verify the order. Upon verifying the order the gave us the standard jcups instead of the sandwich jcups which are more expensive. This created a further delay. In total we were there for for just over 45 minutes for 5 small items that should have been ready at the appointment time. I had originally planned on buying a quite a bit more here but now I plan to go with rogue as there quality and customerservice has always been on point.

Rep products are both of sturdy quality and good value, but their customer service is what stands out most. With my most recent purchase, Maddie from the Rep team went above and beyond to help me navigate the restocking process for various dumbbell pairs, significantly streamlining and expediting what would have otherwise been a frustrating process. If youre interested in Rep products, dont expect them to be immune to the supply constraints affecting the industry as a whole at the moment (theyre not), but do expect their customer service team to answer almost any question you throw at them (they will).

Like many former gym goers I’ve been searching for exercise equipment anywhere I could get it the last six months. Everything is hard to come by. A month or two ago I was able to buy a REP PR-4000 rack and Lat/Row attachment. I bought it by ordering it piece by piece, but was unable to get one critical cross member for the lat/row attachment. I’ve been checking the REP website daily looking for it to come back in stock.Today, Kelsey, a REP customer service representative emailed me to give a heads up that the part would be in stock soon and offered me the chance to pre-order it. They had noted that my previous order was missing that part. Wow, I was impressed! Pretty nice service, especially in these times when all the exercise companies are struggling to produce the products that are in such high demand.It is always a pleasant surprise to receive great customer service. There don’t seem to be that many companies any more that believe in staffing a quality customer service department. I’ve always thought that great service paid for itself in the long run. I’m a satisfied customer of REP Fitness.

I recently purchased the PR-5000 v2 and am very glad I did. After tons of research and trying to meet my desire of quality equipment w/ a fair price point my wife wouldn’t kill me over - I found REP!! Ordering and shipping (freight) were seamless (packaging on all products was great). I have the power rack, the AB-3100 bench, weight storage, a leg roller, but still need flip down safeties and iso-arms. Every piece of equipment I have been very happy with. I am a little frustrated w/ things being out of stock too often because I am literally trying to give REP more money but can’t. There was a blemish in my powder coat above my logo plate - REP made it right w/ a credit and touch up paint and great insight/advising. The staff is extremely responsive and helped me so much w/ customer service, general inquiries, opinions, and restocking lead times. Great Quality company. FB 5000 is solid and a beast of a bench. Laying on it feels so solid and supportive. At the price point it knocks Rogue out of the water. Its competition height which is a bonus for those who compete. Rated to a 1000 pounds, which is beneficial for me as Im looking to finally hit that 405 bench. Better than titan because it has a single post in the front. Also purchased a bunch of the rubber coated v2 plates, for the price point these are insanely good quality considering they cost about the same as bare iron. Had a flaw on my bench in a few spots and they took care of me so overall Im happy. Customer service being good quality will keep me coming time and time again.

Like many others, I decided to build a home gym in the midst of the Pandemic, so it was quite the challenge to find a reputable provider with quality equipment that actually had anything in stock.Rep was definitely behind when I started working with them, but their website clearly communicated what they had, when it would ship and when more equipment would come in. If it was normal times, I probably would have outfitted the whole gym with their equipment but I was forced get items from across the fitness universe. I wish I could have gotten it all from Rep.I ended up getting in touch with someone called Kirri in the customer support team when I needed to cxl one set of gear and wanted to combine a couple of other orders into one shipment. She was amazingly helpful, and over the next few weeks incredibly responsive as I was hunting down equipment.Id recommend Rep to anyone looking for quality equipment at a reasonable price.

I have bought multiple items from Rep and am fortunate to live close enough to pickup at the store. The items I have bought have been a great value for the price and quality has been on par with my higher end items I already own. Customer service was very quick to answer my questions and combine a few orders for pickup for me. Anyone getting into stocking their gym should look here for quality equipment and weight. I really like my bumper plates especially and they have held up really well and QC seems pretty good on these as they were all identical in diameter for the set I ordered and not a lot of off gassing on them.

We recently decided to convert our guest bedroom into a home gym. After researching several companies that supply weight equipment, we decided on REP Fitness. We were lucky enough to get a dumbbell set, rack, and weight bench. We did however run into a problem with one of the pieces on the bench not fitting correctly. This was disappointing since our gym was just about ready for some workouts. I have to say the Customer Service staff at REP (specifically Wyatt), is top notch! He answered my emails promptly and was extremely helpful and polite in his responses. We were shipped out a new wheelbase, but that did not fit as well because it was a bracket on the bench which was the problem. Within a day, we were advised that a new bench was on its way. The new bench was assembled without any problem and Wyatt scheduled the pickup of the defective bench.Its not only the equipment that makes a company, but the people who stand behind their product. Things happen (especially this year!), but its how a company deals with an issue that sets them apart form the rest. I can tell you that REP is awesome in both product and personnel and Im glad to be a part of the REP community. Great job REP...Keep it Up!!!

Rep is not very REPutable these days. They Have REPeatedly let me down. I ordered the folding rack for $429 + $75 shipping. Seemed like it was a good deal. It had pretty quick shipping. It was great until I opened it up. Upon trying to put the first piece together I realized they had sent me the wrong piece. So I emailed and drove to the store since the phone said it’d be 14 days for an email reply. They had no eta no guidance for when they could get me the correct part (it took 2 weeks...) for all this trouble they NEVER offered anything to make it right. I eventually got a $75 gift card when I asked for money back. Or they offered $30 back. For weeks of useless scrap metal in the garage and not being able to use something I paid over $500 for. I love supporting local, but I don’t know about this one. 2 stars because my first two orders were fine.

Hello,I ran into an issue with my Rep Fitness equipment. There was a defect with my bench that prevented me assembling it properly. I contacted customer service and within a few mins Holly, a representative of the company emailed me right back and took complete care of me. Rep sent a new bench out right away and lived up to their reputation. All hats off to Holly who was an amazing representative to work with. Ive scoured the internet for a fitness equipment vendor to outfit a rock climbing gym that Im building in Detroit and with so many options and price points it can be hard to decide which one to go with! So many things made REP stand out from the rest - quality, aesthetic, price point, variety, little details - that I found myself continually revisiting their site to add more to my list. All these things considered, what really made the hit to my credit card feel the best was the customer service provided to me by Jolene - especially during the pandemic+holiday madness!! We went went back and forth several times adjusting quotes, she answered all my questions thoroughly and went above and beyond to make sure I was psyched on my purchase. The equipment overall is excellent. I did have an issue with some of the items I ordered, but Rep made it good and replaced all the defective items. Overall the customer service was very good. It is during the home gym craze due to Covid-19 so these companies are slammed, but I should mention that there can be a significant amount of time between emails to the customer service team. They did eventually do everything A+++ though. Big shout out to Georgia for helping me out with everything.

Good BUT be careful no returns.Wanted to buy an XL L sandbag from them they didnt have it so they said they discontinued it then I saw it on their website wanted to return my unused one and pay more for the XL. Tried calling Noone answered emailed them no answer. Now the return period is over. If you buy a product your stuck with it and really poor customer service but I have had worse.

I am shocked by the quality of the competition bench that I purchased, especially based upon the price and shipping time that were excellent. Less than a week during peak holiday season!The customer service might have even outdone the product quality, there was a minor issue on my shipping. Ordered two home gym set from REP and the gear is reasonably priced (even during COVID!), offers everything I need for a full body workout, and the equipment feels pretty solid. Highly recommend the benches and PR-1100 Squat Rack. Adrien made the first experience awesome which is why I decided to shop for a second set. My second experience initially went downhill after noticing a third of my items missing, slight damage to a floor mat, and one piece of a bolt unable to getting screwed in; however, Jerrika came to save the day and was able to get replacements sent within a reasonable time and made up for the bad experience. Thanks Jerrika for your help! Where to start...I love Rep’s products. For the quality versus price, I’d be very hard pressed to find another comparable company. Dealing with individuals whether it’s thru customer service or receiving they have all been respectful and great.My issues are with the ordering system and as much I was want to enjoy the product. I can’t if I’m unable to ever buy it.It’s frustrating when each time you log in and see some thing you want listed in the in-stock, but it’s really out of stock.Stop with pushing back ordering dates and then setting single sell dates. I feel compelled to write a review about the great customer service Ive received from REP. Anyone looking to add to their home gyms during the pandemic know how crazy it has been trying to purchase equipment and REP has been slammed with demand. Theyve done a great job scaling their support team. Due to limited availability, Ive placed several orders over a period of about 3 weeks. I also screwed up things like shipping method and discount codes on some of my orders. In each case, I received a prompt email reply with changes to my orders, refunds for shipping and discount codes and they were also able consolidate all of my order into one pickup time saving me multiple trips and shipping costs. Oh, and their equipment is top notch.

Whoever answers the phones is very nice and helpful, their sales team not so much, he kept pedaling his job to her. They sold a product with a within 2 weeks promise date and just had to track my order number down ( no receipt was sent) and had to ask when it was being shipped. They then informed me it will arrive in May. They need to remove items from their website that are clearly not in stock and not have them available for purchaseEDITED: Was promised via email from my sales rep that the remainder of my order will be shipped out the next day. Well its the next day and I just had to call and to no surprised they fell through on yet another promise on a timeline.

Fastest purchased experience in the middle of the pandemic.I just purchased the AB-3000 Adjustable Bench and its is a great product.Now in the middle of a pandemic you wait for forever for your order to be delivered with every company, but I am surprised with REP FITNESS, my order got delivered here in Phoenix in only 12 days from the moment of ordering it, while I am still waiting for other products from other companies for almost 2 months now.Now Im checking the website everyday for the bumper plate sets and 125 lbs dumbbell pairs to be back in stock to order them, but they have been sold in record time since the pandemic, so still looking for that moment!

I purchased items on 4/27 and have had nothing but issues since then. Items were suppose to arrive on 7/8, but most were lost by UPS including a crate with the 650 lb functional trainer. Items that did arrive were damaged. Rep Fitness has been impossible to get a hold of. They only offered a small refund or a credit towards a future purchase for 1/2 of the damaged items. They finally shipped out replacement items and now some of those were also lost!!! Now I am trying to get a hold of Rep again and still cant get a response. Worst experience ever.

You have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting an item from here. They have great designs but that is all they are because they are never in stocks. They are supposed to notify you when items come in but that never happens. They wont let you pre-order items and half the time the items coming into stock page is down. I dont understand the no pre-order thing. Its like they intentionally want to waste your time and aggravate you. Rep Fitness is local so I wanted to support them. Looks like I will buy from Rogue who understands supply chain and customer service.

Ive been slowly finishing up my home gym, and everything I have got from Rep has been top notch. I had some trouble with with one product, but their customer service was excellent. Brandi helped me troubleshoot the problem and was always very quick to reply. Hopefully Im done buying equipment, but if I do need anything else, Rep will be my first stop.

Putting my home gym together and chose REP equipment. I couldnt be happier with the quality and value of these products! This is commercial gym stuff at consumer prices. Its been difficult piecing the equipment together during Covid, the demand for gym equipment is ridiculous right now! But Ive stayed diligent and carefully watched for the items I need to become available. None of this would have been possible without the amazing customer service Ive been getting from Kerri at REP! Shes responsive, knowledgable, and has provided excellent communication on all my orders and other questions. My PR-5000 rack is arriving this week and I just have a few more items to purchase before this commercial quality home gym is all complete. You cant go wrong with REP equipment!!

Ordered a set of bumper plates, which are incredibly hard to come by in the Denver area. It was a breeze ordering the plates but never received an email regarding what needed to be done in order to pick up my plates. The following day I sent an email asking what the status was of my order. I received a generic email which provided a separate web page to set up an appointment to pick up my plates. Since it had been a day after the purchase there were no available times for me to pick them up until January 4th.I emailed rep fitness and was contacted by “Mena.” Mena was incredibly helpful and resolved my issue and allowed me to pick up my plates immediately or the following day. Mena also contacted their support team to figure out why I never got the confirmation email.Repfitness is a great company and had great customer service. They will continue to have my business.

I was in the market for a home gym setup. Power rack, bench, etc. After almost buying something online from one of the well known MFGs I got a tip on this local place. When given the chance Ill always support a local business.I ended up with a good setup from them. The quality of the equipment is top notch when compared to other setups I looked at in a couple big box stores. The price is also very reasonable, particularly given the quality.The sales rep I worked with though... yikes. It was like talking to a freezer. Cold, unhelpful, and did not provide the free items I should have gotten given the package I ordered (I had to go back and get them later, a 2 hour round trip). Thankfully when I returned to exchange an item in the package and grab the freebies I was missing I got to work with someone else. They were super nice and quite helpful.Docking a star for hit or miss service. Absolutely recommend their gear though.

If you order something online, even if the item is in stock, call ahead and have something go find the item and make sure it is there. Yes it might sound a bit much but trust me they will not do it unless you call ahead. I ordered the 3-1 soft box online, the item was in stock. I went to their Colorado location, checked in with the women at the front desk, she was being trained, so it took about 15 minutes to pull the item up in their system. After they found the 3-1 box in the system, I pulled around back waited another 10 minutes at their loading dock. The same women then walked to my car and said i guess the item is out of stock, you can go back around front and we will see if we can refund the other. She was new so I was going to blame her. I went back around front waited another 10 minutes for her to tell me, I can wait 8 weeks for the 3-1 soft box to come in or they can refund the order.I wasted 2 hours and 35 minutes (driving and waiting) because Rep Fitness does not feel the customers time is an important as there time. They had multiple times to have someone check to make sure the 3-1 soft box was still in their inventory. They never did that, this is poorly run company as this is now the second time that has happened to me.The company could have made things right but offering to ship the product to me at their cost, or at the very least apologized for the issue.Dont waste your time with this company.

This is not a condemnation of their quality or equipment, this rating is for unacceptable customer service. I filled my online cart on Wednesday with over $2000 of equipment to build a rack for my home gym (would have been well over $3500 if so many accessories weren’t out of stock). I had a question that had to be answered before I clicked “submit” on the order, as I wasn’t sure if my build with my size of rack would require a bolt down to the floor with the lat pull down attachment, as I cannot bolt to the floor. I couldn’t submit the order not knowing that fact. Online, they only mention how to avoid the need to bolt down on 41” inch rack, but it says nothing on 30” racks in terms of needing to bolt down, or not. They aren’t taking phone calls because they’ve been overwhelmed, they only do email customer service, and by the time Sunday evening hit, the items I’d put in my cart to build my rack are out of stock, so I get nothing, just because they can’t answer a simple question within 5 days. I’m sure I’ll get my answer in a day or 2, but it won’t matter as the crossmembers needed to build the rack are sold out.

What an amazing experience Ive had with Rep Fitness. Truly unbelievable customer service. In a time when everyone is looking to upgrade their home gyms, I was able to snag some plates and workout equipment from Rep Fitness. When the plates arrived, one plate was missing from the box. It appeared that UPS had man-handled the heck out of it and the box split open. It was clearly re-taped (minus the plate). I emailed Rep Fitness and explained the situation.Jerrika, in customer service, was outstanding in her response and actions. She called UPS directly and spoke with them to remedy the situation. I appreciated her proactivity and willingness to get on the phone with UPS numerous times to right their wrong (UPS kept claiming that I DID receive the item). When she called, they had marked the situation as Resolved. She made them open the case back up. Shes a rockstar. Her response time to me was usually immediate (if not, within 24 hours) and she always kept me informed of the situation.Because of people like Jerrika, Rep Fitness has me as a customer for life.

They are extremely fast at answering questions and helping with orders, and go out of their way to right any mistakes. I would absolutely order from them again, and will always recommend them.
