Altitude Fitness was great to work with. They delivered personal service to help me decide which fitness trainer cycle to purchase. They were quick to return phone calls and even took the time to text me photos of the product I was considering.

Just got that sweet new Nordic track bike and the controls came reversed Im sure by accident from the factory. Phil came out today and fixed it and I few other little issues. He gave me an arrival window of 10 minutes, was very friendly, and good with my tough guy chocolate lab. Would recommend.

Just terrible. Sames as what the others had said. They take your money and they are done with you. Phone calls not returned. Issues not resolved.Charge $115 for a 5-minute diagnostic. Parts are extremely expensive (you are better off ordering elsewhere for a fraction of their price). My machine actually runs worse after their 5-minute diagnostic.Dont pay Altitude Fitness to screw up your machine. They will rip you off and if you try to contact them, they wont want to have anything to do with you. NEVER AGAIN.

The worst experience I have ever had just to set up an appointment. DO NOT use them if you value your time. I tried my best just to schedule a service as the machine was still under warranty. They rescheduled on me twice and just didnt show up when I confirmed the appointment the other two times over the phone. After 6 attempts, including missing work twice, I gave up.

I ordered my bike online and paid half the price of retail! I came within the time frame they had stated! It was an excellent condition while packed and easy to assemble. When I did have a snag putting it together, I called the customer service in the woman was friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend!

I was very pleased w/Altitude Fitness. They had AWESOME customer service. They were so easy to work with and professional the entire time. If I need fitness equipment again, this will be my first stop. I have to admit, I was so surprised, as it seem today, there is no customer service anymore. But they really delivered!!!

BEWARE. Only giving one star because NO STAR is not an option. You will pay $115 for a 5 minute diagnostic and a squirt of a lubricant, if you are lucky. For any repairs, however basic, they would have to come back and charge you all over again, plus the cost of parts. That is how they make their money.By the time a simple part is installed, for which you will pay 10 times the market price, it will cost you more than the machine is worth. Oh, but do not worry, they will try hard to sell a new machine to you. What a rip off.

I got a great deal on a refurbished Nordic Track FreeStride elliptical. I had to wait a bit to receive it, but it works like new. I love working out at home now!

What a scam. Ordered a spin bike that didnt work and they refuse to send a technician out to fix it because, to them, it works the way it is supposed to (even though they havent seen it). I can return it if I pay the $300 to ship it back, plus a 10% restocking fee, plus the cost to re-pack/palletize it ($200).Their website claims they offer a warranty, but they refuse to honor it by fixing it or even sending someone to see it. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.

Was sold a bike with issues and had very poor response times to help me. Took ages to get answers and they just blamed it on the bike and directed me to the manufacturer. When I told them I wanted my 30 day refund they were very unresponsive and made the whole thing feel like it’s all my problem. Bottom line is, they treat you badly as a customer once you’ve paid your bucks. I still have a bike that doesn’t quite work right. I never review or anything but these guys suck and this is all I have left. Don’t make the same mistake. See reviews below about Brad, same guy I dealt with. Also, review below about Nordic Track is the same issue I had, so they are aware of it.

Tried for 5 hours to contact them before wasting a trip up from the Springs. They NEVER returned my calls. Went there anyway. They are NOT open till 9pm, but someone was there. She got the owner on the phone and he was extremely rude. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Ordered online, the machine took about 11 days to get to me.It arrived well packaged and in great condition. I had a few questions on the assembly, I called them, they were very helpful.Overall good experience.

Buyer beware! Bought certified TDF Pro from Altitude Fitness Outlet advertised on Craigslist which once home, ended up having multiple defects, including not being able to run any iFit workout in Street view. Though “certified” Brad refused return. Tried making me feel foolish for asking; instead “sending” service to attempt repair. 3 weeks and still waiting. As long as he’s got your money, he seems happy whether you are or not! Left Hanging & Disgusted

I find that Altitude Fitness is a reputable company that does the right thing for the client. It is refreshing to find responsibility and ownership in the customer service world of Fitness Equipment and Altitude Fitness meets that standard.

Hands down HORRIBLE company.1) The stated delay from order to shipping was 21 days. It took nearly 45 days for my machine to arrive. There was NO proactive communication about additional delays, and when I asked for information I was given vague guesses.2) Once the machine did arrive - Several parts were damaged because of poor packing and quality assurance process. My heart rate monitor does not work either. The replacement parts I was promised nearly a month ago still have not arrived and there has been no communication from the comoany rep I was speaking with.The machine is what I wanted, but that has nothing to do with Altitude.No quality checks, poor customer service and communication...Would not reccomend.

Very bad experience with this company. They did not honor the warranty on the treadmill I purchased. After 8 months of trying to resolve the problem, they would not return my phone calls. I contacted Nordic Trac directly and they sent me replacement part which resolved my problem within one week. Would not recommend doing business with this company!

Local customer, Business is set up for internet orders but Eli and Brad were above and beyond helpful. If your looking for top of line or even dependable fitness equipment (striders,elipticals, treadmills, studio bikes) this is the place. Large inventory and everything is practically brand new. Why pay full price when Altitude can hook you up.

Horrible company! They hire drunks and junkies to deliver expensive equipment who argues with one another while their supposed to be working. So unprofessional in front of customers spending thousands of dollars! No response from owner or salesman EVER once they have your money! Drivers smell of alcohol

Initially, the process started off well and Brad was easy to work with and professional.Then after waiting 2 months and being told equipment was on its way, nothing. No equipment, no communication at all. Oh, so frustrating and misleading.Money was refunded immediately upon being asked.
