The retail music store no longer exists. They have no music equipment for sale nor do they service it. I discovered this after driving 35 minutes to the store and not when I called to ask for directions. Oh, we dont have any of that anymore, the guy moved away. So if youre looking for gear this is not the place.
Cool shop. Pretty small. Repair shop is legit but crazy slow. That seems to be pretty normal for electronic repair shops. Not much for parking. Help was adequate but far from welcoming or friendly.Everyone seems kind of bothered by, you know, customers.
I love this store! Great guitars and basses. I had a 18 Celestion re-coned that sounds fantastic. And James in the repair department just blew me away with a repair on my Mesa 400!
Good luck finding anyone else in the US that has the knowledge and resources to fix your amps and speakers. The guy is a genius. Only sucks that the prices are so high....but you get what you pay for.
Fantastic and knowledgeable staff. They got to work and communicated well before, during, and after the work was completed. Felt the pricing was reasonable for quality work.
Waste of time and money. Way overpriced and tech doesnt know his stuff as much as he likes to think...James...
Have an old SVT 15EN that was rattling big time, Carlos checked it out, speaker blown. He replaced it with a Delta 15A, he said these older cabs rattle as they get older.Carlos ran four screws into he cab, now this old baby sounds solid. New location same great service
Got my 18 woofers re-coned here, this is a great place to get speaker repair. Not so many people doing this kind of repairs anymore so give this guys a try.
I have worked with Mike at National speaker for a long time. I used them when I was playing music....then when my son was playing music...and now that I retired and playing in my small home recording studio I am using them again. We bought amps, power amps, mixing boards, recording equipment and the list goes on. All top quality and at better prices than the on line big boys.I recently picked up a zoom 24 track recorder, a Zoom 5gn effects processor and a Yamaha mx88 synthAll are great.Over the 20 + year that I have work with them, I had a few problems but they were all resolved very quickly. All were manufacturer issues. On an ending note Mike did not carry any of the recent gear I ordered but he had the lines and he got the to me quickly.
Got my JBL Sepeakers fixed here and Im happy with the work havent had any problems or anything after few weeks of using it again. Thanks guys I definitely be back again.
They do good electronic and speaker repair work. A little to expensive for me. Painfully slow turn around time.
Great place for speaker repair.Got my 15 refoamed and some 18 reconed. If youre looking for an amp repair, keyboard, mixer and PA repair this is the place to go.
Great shop, got my favorite guitar pedal fixed and back to new!
I dropped off two vintage synthesizers over a year ago. A korg monopoly and a micromoog. They never fixed them and never called me to let me know they moved the store. I about had another heart attack today when I pulled up the the old building with a tattoo place in it. I had also taken in my Roland V synth which I called to check on after 6 months. They did fix it but the vocoder did not work when I got it home. I am so upset. How about some common curtesy. Im now looking for a repair place that will fix my gear and let me know if they move locations.
Great company and attitude. I am a mobile dj and get all my repair work done here. Great service and great prices. They are certified in repairing many different brands including Rane and QSC which is perfect for me. If you have a problem with something musical, go to these guys first and they will make it right and fast!! Rush service available.
Great service!! I took my JBL speakers for repair here.
Big shop lots of choices.
Awesome
They always have the pieces that I have looked for ... excellent service
