Fantastic company. My speakers got mixed up and lost in shipping. They called me personally and gave me a great deal on replacement speakers just to make sure I was happy. Bought a pair of speakers from ListenUp through Amazon and couldnt be happier with them. To pick a brand out I have to rely on others ears because I live in a rural area where the closest Quality Audio Showroom is either Chicago or Detroit.Got good information chatting and talking to associates at ListenUp before I went to Amazon to purchase, just wished they had a store in Michigan.Main reason buying through Amazon was peace of mind and never dealing with ListenUp Colorado before.

Scott Genaw is awesome. He spent probably an hour with me back and forth on the chat line, discussing various amplifiers. He was responding to texts at 9pm!! The guy is always working. Then he spent an hour with me in the store, listening to various amps. I ended up buying an open box amp from their warehouse store on eBay but Scott helped me in making my decision.

This is a great place for higher end audio. I took a star because I wish they had more products on display. The manager Scott I believe his name was is very knowledgeable.

Matt is super friendly and very competent. I suspect that cats like him are getting very difficult to come by. He knows my system inside and out and he is a main reason that I continue to do business with ListenUp.

I purchased a bluesound node 2i through Amazon that this company fulfilled. Upon receipt I found that I got the wrong color, white, even though black was specified.Thats a mistake anyone can make. But this supplier hides behing the amazon logo, making it impossible to contact through Amazon. And this company does not allow returns. I have to mail it back to them and wait for my refund. And then decide if I want to risk it by purchasing from them again. Not very convenient.I would consider another vendor that makes it easy to be a customer.

Great prices and super customer service are provided by Listen Up. I have an esoteric home system setup. Scott patiently helped me get my system up and running. I give these folks my highest recommendation.

I purchased a higher end stereo system with amazing speakers from Listen Up. The associate who helped me let me take my time when it came to listening to the speakers, even encouraging me to listen to a few more songs to narrow my choice. He was very knowledgeable about the receiver and CD players and gave me excellent advice on the turntable, which was important to someone who has an LP and 45 collection spanning over 80 years of music. Theyre sound rooms are perfect for the discerning ear, the products are all high quality, and their service is friendly and efficient. When I upgrade my stereo components, Im coming straight back to Listen Up.

The most recent service to our mountain house went very well.ListenUp, with a few exceptions, has an exceptional lineup of brands.I will say that it is the field technicians with which I have consistently been the most impressed. If you want incredible customer service, Listen Up is the place. Nile went out of his way to show us the various options for upgrading our home AV receiver. When we finally decided what to purchase, I had some difficulty setting it up at home. I contacted Nile about it. He tried to walk me through it over the phone, but it was over my head. He was going to be in our neighborhood, so he offered to come by and make sure it was set up properly. Who does that these days?!? This place earned a lifetime customer. We never received any notice from Control4, but Doug advised us (while installing a new receiver & programming same) there was a new improved app out there + a Control4 firmware update. Listen Up recently did an install in my condo near the Denver Tech Center. They did a great job, arrived on time and completed the work quickly. Due to a year passing since the equipment was removed for remodeling there was extra work needed to get the systems updated and communicating. They sent over a top tech, Matt. He did a fantastic job. This was not easy and took a highly skilled expert to pull it all together. Additionally he did a sound check and adjustment on both systems. When he finished everything was working perfectly. I look forward to future projects with Listen Up.

They have some top of the line gear and a very nice showroom.Went in with a budget of $800 and it wasn’t enough to purchase an entry level setup for what I wanted. (Amp+speakers+turntable) Dave was helpful but tried to steer me in a direction I just didn’t want to go.I don’t necessarily think this is a negative thing but it’s good to know outright where you stand. I may revisit in a few years after some pieces are already in place.I do wish I could do business with them today though.

Called and spoke with a sales rep (he was nice and did seem knowledgeable) about a turn table, he suggested one based on my criteria, told me he had them in stock and to come by and check it out. I drove 35 min across town to not only find they didnt even have it on display (I think it was being loaned out) - they didnt even have it in stock!For that hour of my time being wasted, I will just order off the internet to have it arrive to my doorstep.

My experience started on email, which was replied to promptly By Scott, and he was extremely helpful and attentive in our conversations, which culminated in a visit to the store when I had time. Even though Scott wasnt in the day I had to visit, Jerry was there to answer all my questions and follow through with the sale. The guys that were here did a great job. They did everything that we expected with one exception. One of the Control4 boxes that controls things in the our great room cant be changed using the Control4 app. We can change things like Sonos manually but not from the app. When I called the Control4 people they hypothesized that because we have 2 Control4 boxes in our system, they may not both be recognized and that could be causing the problem. The Control4 person said that should have been synced when the system was set up.

Went in to buy speakers for my turntable. They only had one brand, and 2 styles. We proceeded to listen to a poor quality mp3 on a computer when I had said I was looking for speakers for my turntable. Thought I could at least hear what they would sound like with a good quality record. Felt rushed, and didn’t seem that interested in selling me anything at all. I will buy something on amazon I guess.

I went in looking for some headphones other than the obnoxiously bass-heavy Beats by some rapper. They had some really great headphones in my price range but I started asking about table top speakers and found an even better product! They stayed within my price range and I got what I wanted. They didnt push one way or the other, but they talked me through what I was considering and then let me make the final decision.
