Do not trust the sales people they will give you a great deal and then your bill will increase out of the blue and your internet speed will decrease. Dont worry there will be nothing you can do about it except to be transferred from department to department via phone for hours with no resolution in sight. American Cable Systems turned Comcast turned Xfinity no matter how much rebranding and marketing they do they will still be a greedy corporation thank you Ralph J. Roberts. Also did I mention they have a monopoly in most cities goodluck finding any other internet options. Sincerely Another Unsatisfied Customer.

Very fast and efficient service. I dropped in with no appointment on Saturday and only had to wait about ~10 minutes with several people ahead of me in line. I had Ambrose helping me and he was able to quickly resolve an issue that the phone service support could not after months of trying because he had previous experience working at the call center and knew exactly what to do to fix my problem. Friendly and wicked smart. Id recommend anyone come to this store if theyre having trouble using the phone or online support.

Was having so many issues with Comcast over the phone/chat, so I decided to stop in the store. We were helped by Jasmine and she really went above and beyond!!! I had kind of unconventional service needs that needed a lot of special attention and Jasmine made the process super smooth. When I was having issues installing at home, I texted Jasmine and she was able to get a tech out the next morning. (I tried calling and they told me over the phone it would be a few days.) Thank you so much Jasmine you are the best! ♡

New to Denver and we signed up for service. Equipment to self install arrived very quickly but we were unable to access the internet. After a call to Xfinity we were informed the previous owners of the house we are renting owed money so we needed to go to the local Xfinity retail store and show proof of identity and address which we did. Two days go by and still no service. We call again to learn that our service had been canceled as they still think we are the previous renters. We were asked to go back into the store with additional identification. We said no thank you, called CenturyLink and a technician arrived two days later as scheduled and set everything up.

I had to set up an internet account for my parents. I was greeted upon entering the store. Dion Gonzalez addressed my 3 year old grandson immediately and made sure that he was happy, comfortable, and entertained before we ever got started. She talked to him on and off while we worked. She handled my needs expertly, even giving me a direct number to call if I had any trouble setting up the system or with questions. She scheduled a service call so that I was covered if I had a problem I couldnt solve. She told me to cancel it if I was able to get everything working ourselves. It was a painless and even enjoyable experience, all because of the wonderful customer service provided by Dion.

Absolute garbage. I’d prefer to hire a landfill for my internet service.First outages all around Denver so I have to use my expensive iPhone hotspot for work.Second, I called on Aug 21st to stop service at my apartment on September 15th. Then on September 2nd I try to log onto an important work zoom call and sure enough there’s no internet. They stopped the service on the 2nd. WHY would they do that when I have paperwork saying to stop on the 15th!?! Beats me.Third, you literally have to jump through hoops to get to a HUMAN on the phone. This company is a joke.Looking forward to never using Xfinity or Comcast again.

What could have been a bad experience, Krista at the downtown Denver store turned it around. We had a problem with accessing the mobile app. Krista called in to the techs and stayed on the phone until it was resolved. She also went above and beyond in helping us return a phone. It was her professionalism, determination and outstanding customer service that gives me confidence in staying with Comcast. Also thanks to Blair her supervisor who’s friendliness and humor made our time there enjoyable. Thank you Krista and Blair for your world class customer service.

Please make sure you have a record of everything they tell you when you deal with these people they will lie as they did to us and because we didnt have a record of what they told us they robbed us of more money than originally they told us for an upgrade we did again make sure what they tell you its the same thing on your contract because they will lie and get away with it not talking about the Stores though havent dealt with them this was over the phone

I showed up on time for my appointment ( booked through the Xfinity App) with both my appointment confirmation and a copy of the text message I replied to as part of their checkin process in hand. Upon arrival the store “ greeter” told me he had no appointment for me in his records and I would have wait as a walk-in. ( 1 hour wait) I showed him my confirmation and text and he said too bad but my choices were to go sit by the window with the other walk-ins or leave the store immediately. I have never been so rudely treated in my life. If today’s greeter is the best Xfinity has to offer for customer service it’s only a matter of time before they go out of business.I left and contacted Century Link for internet service. They were responsive and professional and immediately set me up with new service, which by the way works great, is materially faster and costs less. Thanks to Xfinity’s unprofessional customer service, I am now enjoying the best internet connection I have ever had.

Typically one is not too excited to go into any type of tv/internet related store. I fully expected to have to wait, and really carved out at least an hour of my day in order to complete my task.I was above and beyond impressed with the team at this specific store!Krista was incredibly helpful right off the bat, and there were plenty of people there to not only greet me but to see if they could help.I got back about 55 minutes of my entire day because they were on top of it and I am very grateful.

I was having the absolute worst time trying to transfer my service into my new apartment. I was ready to drop Xfinity, as a last resort I went in person into the Xfinity store and worked with Krista Phillips. She was AMAZING. I cannot be more appreciative. She was so helpful and personable. I had recently sliced my hand open and had stitches therefor I couldn’t type on my phone or set up my account myself. She did it all for me was so sweet and funny. My internet it up and running, she got me a great deal. I will be sticking with Xfinity as long as Krista is there. 10/10 experience only because of Krista.

I went to to switch over my cell phone provider to Xfinity mobile and was so worried of loosing my number. Dion was great! If I could give her more stars I would. She helped both me and my boyfriend (we has separate carrier) to keep our numbers and helped me set up my new phone. The switch took a while but Dion was absolutely amazing.

Shady business practices. Lousy customer service. Wifi cuts off every other day. No discount on my bill. I keep having to restart my modem. Customer service is like, thank you for trying to fix the issue before chatting with them. No that’s just no. Took 4 chats to finally have them send a tech. All customer service reps said the issue was fixed and I shouldn’t have any more problems. Right.

Short 5 minute wait with 1 person in front of me. Spaced for COVID. Knowledgeable professional, and friendly staff. Only 1 instance of them recommending their phone service since I can save due to my internet/cable plan.Overall wonderful.Store was also very clean, lighting not too bright, and sound was just right (not too loud, very quiet).

I went to this location to pick up a modem. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The gentleman who helped me was very kind, professional, and efficient. The install directions were so easy. The entire process of picking up and installing the modem was the easiest and quickest I have ever experienced with a cable/internet company.

When we walked in, there were more employees than customers. I asked if they could replace a broken censor I had in hand and the host put us in a cue. We waited for 20 minutes as my pregnant wife stood on her feet keeping social distancing, which she than asked the host if they could just replace the part. The host then told us “oh, was going to tell you, we don’t carry those in store [...] you can just call in...” I than asked why he didn’t tell us that in the first place, and he got very short with us. Did not seem to be a very efficient experience and may consider dropping their security system given the service.

I come in to pay my bill here monthly and this team is so nice. They always offer water and check to see deals for me. I am trying out the security and I really like it so far. The other day I was paying my bill and a few of them were helping a car that was stuck in a parking spot because of ice. They are good people and Xfinity is lucky to have them

Went to a different store and they didn’t listen to what I was asking for and were pushy. I went here and they asked questions, listened, and confirmed that they understood me. I left with a package that came with what I needed plus home security in my budget and feeling great. They showed that they really cared about me and made my day by showing how to worm everything I was getting at the store. I left really happy. And they validated my parking in the garage next to the store!!!

I have only had this service for 24 hours but it has been a nightmare. I wont actually have internet for another 20 days. They sent the wrong technician to my house and failed to connect the internet. I work and do school from home right now so this is a big issue. The employees are not helpful and lack compassion.

So, We went in to register our phones through the new Xfinity Mobile service. We were greeted by someone immediately and offered to sit down to get set up. The place was extremely clean and spacious. The sales representative’s name was Jasmine, who was very sweet and knowledgeable. Not only was she helpful in explaining every feature and question we had, but she also discounted some previous late fees I had from earlier that year for seeming like a reliable customer. She didn’t have to, but she did! The environment and staff honestly seem very happy and excited to help, making it all around a smooth and comfortable experience! Shout out to Jasmine for the great first impression! 😁

The store is a new location and has a beautiful look to it. Overall a very appealing and great atmosphere to be in. I visited the store recently and the employees were friendly throughout my whole entire experience. One particular employee had helped me with my questions and concerns and was very knowledgeable of the products her company provides. Trista was superb with her customer service and provided an attitude that showcased her passion for helping her customers. I just recently transferred to the area for work and decided not to go with DirecTV and try cable for the first time in 10 years. I was nervous about finally making the change but Aaron? was extremely helpful and made me feel like I made the right decision. The store itself looks great too and was clean and organized. Ill be interested in additional services from them if things work out for the first few months.

They were awesome. We came in to port over 4 lines just 30 before closing... not realizing this was a time consuming process. The staff happily helped us for an hour past their closing time. My experience at this store was by far the best Ive had with Comcast over the several years Ive been using their internet service, off and on. Speak with Jasmine if you can- she went above and beyond to earn my business, and Im grateful for how readily she was able to overcome the few hangups I had.I would highly recommend that you pay this store a visit if youre setting up new service or seeking an extension on your promo pricing. Dont do it online, dont call customer support- go to this store and give them a chance to wow you!

I truly cant brag enough on Krista and Martin. I had just had a terrible experience with a different provider and wanted to find a walk-in storefront for assistance setting up internet. I was in and out of the Cherry Creek location for Xfinity within about 10 minutes, and I had internet ready to run when I walked in the door at home! They were also great at explaining setup for someone like me, who isnt tech savvy. Highly recommend!

I went to the new Xfinity store in Cherry Creek North last week to see if I could get a promotional price on my current services. I was taken care of by Krista Phillips with support by her supervisor Joel. Both of these ladies did a fantastic job of taking care of me and were able to extend my promo print for another 12 months. In addition, they upgraded my cable TV box to the voice controlled X1 free of charge! This was the best customer support experience I have ever had from Comcast!

I was ready to quit Xfinity forever and sue the pants off of this company. I talked to Connie in that Xfinity store in Cherry Creek and although she did not fix my issue that minute she was the first person to listen to my frustration, show she cares, and show empathy for my situation. She told me she would help me every step of the way and help solve my problems. I gotta be honest, I did not believe her at all because I had heard that before. She actually did what she said she was going to do and made sure I was taken care of completely. I am a convert and will stay with the company as long as I can work with her and more employees like her.

After dealing with some pretty bad customer service from t-mobile, I decided to switch carriers over to xfinity and I have zero regrets.We spoke with Jasmine and she was by far one of the friendliest people I’ve met. She covered everything we needed to know about xfinity mobile and made sure the transition went as smoothly and quickly as possible. My boyfriend also had questions about his internet bill and she was able to help him out with the costs.Overall, just a great experience here. The level of professionalism cannot compare at this location.

Can you connect to the WiFi network outside your home or office like you used to? I cant. Its hard not to be cynical but once again thecable company has delivered poor service.I signed up with the high speed home internet with the ability to auto connect to WiFi in the Xfinity service areas. That worked great for almost two years. I was actually happy with the cable company for a short period.Now, I can no longer auto connect and when I try to login in I got a dead end.Good thing I now have true unlimited data from my mobile company.But I signed up for the Xfinity mobile WiFi for those times Im in a cellular hole.

Jairio helped my girlfriend and she told me to leave a review. The peopl on the phone messed up our account and we have been on the verge of switching due to the nightmare. Jairo asked tons of questions to understand our problem and told us it would take some time to get it fixed but he’d help us nd he’d keep us informed. I hate seeing Xfinity spam letters every two weeks in my mailbox. I contacted their office and asked to stop sending me their spam letters. Their promised to stop, but they didnt. Now I hate everything about that company and Im never gonna buy anything from them.
