We have used ADI as a vendor for more than a decade. In the last 2 years this location has really gone down hill. Constantly short staffed, very little in the way of customer service, and the managers prefer to kick you to the equally incompetent corporate line rather than take the time to assist you with even the most basic of requests. Guess we will be largely shopping TRIAD in the future.

What a great customer experience Anna nailed it!! Unfortunately some of the items that I had requested on a quote were lost in translation, some of it my fault, some of it their fault, however we all make mistakes and the bid was due and had to be taken care of. I was able to go to the local Denver location and sit down one-on-one with Anna and she helped to resolve the issue. She was very kind, understanding, and made zero excuses! I walked away extremely satisfied and more knowledgeable because of the time she spent to understand the project needs and her patients! Thank you ADI/Systems Group for having such a wonderful customer support team keep up the Great work!

Found the local ADI 2 years ago and have had a pleasant experience every time Im there. Stephanie is the best and on point every time. Paul is easy to work with and knowledgeable. Stock needs to be improved especially on sale items. The will call person (female) is always ready to help!!

Well, just needed a couple of basic blue strobes, which I found pretty easily. Went up to the checkout counter to close out, and Paul was in a heated discussion with another customer about not knowing about the product that the other customer was asking about. The guy then went to go look again himself for a different solution on the shelves. I asked Paul if I could check out with him, to which he abruptly replied, No. Then went back to staring at his computer screen. I asked him if I needed to wait for him, or go to the will call counter, to which his response was to point backwards toward the call center staff and said, Go stare at them. Jim got up and immediately walked up to another register to help me. Unfortunately this isnt the first problem Ive had here, and this kind of thing is why Ill be finding a different supply shop from now on.

Alway a good experience here. Extremely nice and helpful staff.

I come here sometimes 4 or 5 times a week. I cant name one employee who is not very helpful and knowledgeable every time I am in here. They go above and beyond to get the correct part and the best price. Thank you ADI Denver for everything.Jeff. (Emergency Signaling)

Great people short on stock.

Great team. ADI has a systems group that are experts to help you with your bids. They also price match!

If I knew the part number I’d order it on Amazon. High prices and poor stock.

They have very deep stock. Prices are not as good as other distributors.

We found this ADI location extremely unprofessional and unapologetic when they bungled our order. Their will call people need some improvement in customer service as well. Instead well find alternative suppliers for purchasing equipment and cable in the Denver area.

You have stand at the counter for anywhere from 10- 30 minute till someone come out to help .
