We had a patio door installed by Champion that was supposed to have a lifetime warranty that is now shattered. We have reached out to them numerous times for over 2 weeks now and have left several messages asking for service. We have yet to receive a phone call back or any update on when we can expect to get any help. If looking for a window company I would recommend Apex over Champion any day.

Products are superb. Installation team was really good. Sales rep was outstanding. Only complaint was the time it took from contract to installation, but COVID undoubtedly was a major reason for that.

We have had Champion windows for quite a few years now and have loved them from day one. When they came to install, they were very consciences about everything and cleaned up so well you would never thought anything was ever done as major as new windows. We have never had a problem except we just now broke a night lock. They are mailing us 3 so we have backups and even suggested to use one out of the upstairs windows, so our downstairs remains secure. Great warranty and customer service. Highly recommend.

Johnny Noonan was great, he came in told us up front what his presentation was going to be about and stayed true to his word. Spent a little over an hour informing us of his company and their product. Showed us other types of windows and was amazingly honest how they all compared to the Champion windows. This was our fourth presentation and he was the very first one that did NOT bash the other companies. I really dont like it, and am really tired of it, please dont tell me whats wrong with the other company, tell me whats right with your company! And Johnny did just that, he just showed us why we should spend a little more on their window. We are happy with our choice, no second thoughts at all, and cant wait to have them installed!

The company made it easy to schedule an appointment for a quote and they were able to come out quickly. The gentlemen (Joe) who arrived was professional and courteous. We never felt pressured to buy the product nor did we feel pressured to make a decision on the spot like we normally do with sales professionals. We felt like we got enough information to make an informed decision and we were able to do on our own timeline.

Johnny Noonan arrived right on time to give me an estimate on two sliding doors. He was very professional, polite and explained everything I had questions about. The result was,I signed the contract and was very pleased.

When he left the house I told my wife I was excited to be getting windows from a company that sets such high expectations of customer service. Alex was fantastic, has a great personality, was articulate and friendly. I have been a satisfied Champion customer for over 10 years. I recently had a sales representative here for 4 additional windows and an entry door to be installed this fall. He answered all my concerns and the one he couldnt he assured me that the person measuring could. The day of measuring was also efficient and he covered my questions about trim matching the previously installed windows.

We purchased a storm door and steel door from champion windows and they were installed in late November 2020. Within 72 hours the frame around the window in the steel door had begun pulling away from the door. We called and they tried to make us wait a week to have someone just come look at it. Once the person came they said they needed to put in an order for a new frame. It is now February 2021 and we have yet to have the door fixed. Communication has been terrible about this as well. We keep having to reach out to get updates. The permit pulled for the door is only good through April. We are beyond frustrated and at this point not sure if we would use champion again for any future window or door needs.

John Noonan came to our house. He was professional, knew what he was talking about and was low key in terms of sales. No what can we do to make a deal today. type of nonsense. He moved quickly through his demos and calculated the cost, which looked reasonable to us. We were repeat customers, having purchased a large sliding glass door from Champion four years ago. The door has worked flawlessly, which was one of the reasons we invited Champion to visit and give us an estimate. We enjoyed working with John.

My husband and I just had a consultation with Joe from champion windows. He took the time to walk us through what would happen and even made recommendations on future projects based on what we said we wanted. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the appointment and he worked with us to get the must have projects inside our budget. We decided to start a project with them and are excited to see the finished project in the next few months.

I have tried to get someone to come and replace this window for over ONE YEAR! I keep getting the run around! I have call so many times and they have sent a representative 2 times promising to order a new one and I NEVER HEAR BACK!! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY!! Buyer beware! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and notifying the media- THIS IS WRONG!!

We met with David Trevathan today at noon to discuss our windows. While they are not original to the house, they were likely replaced some time in the late 80s, early 90s. The house was built in the 1970s. Theyre basic vinyl, they dont do much for insulation regarding heat, cooling or sound. They also have no flashing and nothing to protect them from rain, so the sealant around them cracked and broke and the last time it rained, (and yes we love rain in CO..) it rained inside as well. We were looking at doing 4 windows but ended up going with all 8 because we knew it was going to only be a matter of time before they all needed replacement.For our appointment, Dave sat with us and ran through the history of the company, and then the warranty. You generally want a good product, but a good warranty sweetens the pot. Champions warranty covers the things that go wrong. For life. Even wear and tear. And theres no depreciation. I mean...yes, please.And then he discussed the actual product with us. The best part was when he put up a heat lamp and BTU Measurement box and pretty much showed us the difference between insulation in these windows and insulation in the windows they produce. Its night and day.All of these things, plus my mother in law using them to do her house and having a great experience, pushed us to go with him. Dave is honest, hes patient, and he understands that this is not a small decision. He even stepped out a couple of times to give us the chance to discuss it. He was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end.I will happily come back and review the install process, but if its as great as our experience with Dave was today, we are going to love it.You want this guy on your team.

Our 40 year old home needs new Windows so we called Champion to give us a quote. After Johnny ran through the quality of the Windows with the insulation everywhere throughout the frames and the BTU counter showing the thermal savings by the glass, we were sold! We were initially going to get multiple quotes, but decided to go with Champion on the spot. Johnny was thorough, patient, good with our dogs and a pleasure throughout the entire process!

I had window on one level of my home installed years ago. Everything was a breeze, timely install, great communication, nice product. So of course when i was ready to do my upper level, i returned. Only i wish i had not. I ordered windows in May it is now August, no one has called me and when i call... 4 times now i am told the scheduling manager will be given a message to call and get me scheduled for my install. I have yet to hear from anyone. I am beyond dissatisfied with the lack of care and the long time i am waiting for something i pay on time for. I will not use them again and i will discourage others from using them. I was told i would definitely have my windows installed by August. I cannot even attempt to have them installed for another 6 months due to life events i knew were happening. The lack of customer care is just disgraceful. I simply say pay the extra and go some where else. Reading other social media posts, i see this is a common problem. Some are waiting 9 months for windows. This company is obviously going down hill.

We originally started our search in March 2020, just as things were turning. We put the decision on hold until we were more financially stable. After 6 in-person meeting with companies we went with Champion. We feel the product is good and will last while we live in the house. The price was not the lowest, but based on quality and reviews, we felt is was the best bang for the buck. The final decision was Joe Croke, our sales rep. He helped us understand the process and what we are getting for our investment. He was friendly and open n about everything. He make sure to set appropriate expectations on delivery based on the current shortage on everything (double what it was back in Mar 20).

Joe Croke was our salesman this evening that gave us our estimate on installation of new windows throughout our house. Joe was extremely professional. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable of the products that Champion Windows offers verses some of the competitors. He wasn’t pushy. He listened to what we wanted and offered us ideas along with a variety of options. He takes pride in the company he works for and gave us background on the company, the process, the timeframe and the lifetime warranty. We loved that Champion manufactures the windows as well as installs them and you are only dealing with one entity throughout the duration of the project. We were supposed to get 2 other quotes from companies but after having Joe explain all of the benefits of Champion Windows we ended up purchasing our windows this evening and cancelled our other quotes. He is honest and believes in the products he’s selling. This is something I value in a salesman. Thanks so much Joe!!! We look forward to working with you and can’t wait to see the end result!!!

The factory representative, David Trevathan, arrived promptly at the appointment time and was very knowledgeable about the product. We worked with Alex on a large project of 34 windows and a sliding door replacement. We were entertaining bids and consults from other companies but at the end of the day what drove us to select Champion was the professionalism, value, and stress-free factor. We spoke with Alex to order our door and storm door through Champion. Alex was great, however, the products we ordered are not. We went with Champion due to their name and others saying it is a great quality product. I disagree. The service was all great until we had issues. It has been more than a month since I reached out. They said they were ordering a part that would take 2-3 weeks. That was on May 4th, and today is June 9th. Also, I received an email from my last follow up basically saying dont reach out again because the service would be coming. As you can see from the photos, less than 2 months after install the framing is already coming undone. Our front storm door lock gets locked and we cannot exit our home from the front door. The explanation is that it gets too hot and the sun melted our framework. That was not even during a hot period of time, nor was any of this relayed to us during our ordering process. We would have chosen a different look of the door to avoid this. Instead, this is a company trying not to take responsibility for their poor product and just apologizing for the poor quality and replacing the product. I would not use this company again. Ive had issues with other companies with communication and timeliness, but at least the final product was good. Ill take that stress over the stress of paying a lot of money for poor quality.

Wow! We used Champion Windows several years ago and have not had any problems. This is definitely why we called them again and they beat the price of another company by far. When their representative, Johnny, first came in he immediately said Thank you for giving Champion an opportunity to help you. That felt very genuine to me. Johnny was very friendly and knowledgeable. We recommend them highly.

Joe Croke came by the house and gave us a very thorough and complete run down of replacement windows, sliding door, and front door. He was thoughtful and patient with our 4 year old.We are very excited for the install in a few months and plan on following up on this review about the install!UPDATE MAY 2020:We had our windows installed in February and there were some issues. We just got them fixed 2 weeks ago. Joe was our communication lifeline to Lou one of the install managers. An installer also name Joe came out and we wrote up a list of issues and fixes.I am still waiting to hear back about a broken shutter. Overall still happy with the purchase but do wish I wasnt having to be so proactive on getting my service issues and concerns addressed and rectified.UPDATE JULY 2020:We had an appointment to paint our house scheduled for 7/7/2021. We decided to build new shutters and Champion comped us $100 for the cost. When we took the old shutters off there were TWO INCH GAPS around each window with shutters. YOU CAN SEE INTO OUR HOME!Still waiting to hear back from the Service Department. We are now pushing our painting back again for the 3rd time because of Champion. We are beyond displeased. We thought we were paying more to get service beyond what the other guys could provide. We specifically asked Joe about the legitimacy about their installers and he told us that they were Champion employees. All of them. Now we find out many of them are contracted out and Joe claims he never told my husband and I that they are all employed directly through Champion.Our Excel bill has also been just as high as it ever was in the winter all summer long. Guess we know why now. I am so upset that we put our faith into a company that cant deliver. I dont know how we can trust anything they have said after they continuously cut corners and delay our service issues. We could have saved a ton of money and at least we would understand why these issues are happening. Didnt expect this from Champion.

I am a repeat customer and most recently am having a large picture window replaced. I am utilizing Champion again because I had 9 windows replaced 9 years ago in my 60s built home. I have not had one problem with the replaced windows. I Called, Scheduled an appointment and Sales Rep Johnny was at my home the next day, Johnny was on time and the process took approximately 15 minutes. Highly recommend Champion windows for individuals shopping for replacement windows.

We had Johnny come out last weekend as we were looking for a quote for new Windows and siding. He made the experience comfortable, especially as both of our young children were very interested in the whole process as well. He walked us through our options and was very in tune with what we stated our needs to be. I would recommend champion to anyone looking at new Windows and siding. The product fit what we were looking for as well as our budget.

We used Champion last year to replace our back door, sliding door and front storm door. The customer service was great, installation was quick and the product is high quality. We are so happy with what we got, we are now replacing our front door. Great company - highly recommend!

I purchase windows for my home in April of 2021. At first I was very happy with our sales person Joe and the arrangements we made. We waited until July for them to deliver and install the product. Once the installer arrived they discover that one of the windows was broken. I was told that the replace would arrive in August and questioned why was the product not inspected before it was load on the truck.Here it is almost October and no replacement window!!! No one from the office response to my calls and Joe can not be reached. I strongly recommend that if you do business with Champion that you document their promises on delivery and install dates. There contract ( fine print) states that they are not responsible for damages, timely delivery or delays. They can make you wait forever in order to get products and you will be locked in paying or have paid for items you do not have. I am going to see if the BBB can help me out.Update as of 10/8/2021.........this joke is no longer funny Today a gentleman showed up with a part of the window indicating that is what he was told to bring. We have been waiting since April for a replacement for a damage window ( the whole thing) that was on the original order. Image if a consumer were to send payments when they felt like paying for the quality of work provided or items as they see fit. They would be turned over to collections. Beside this post, I think its time to notified the BBB about this situation after allowing Champion to resolve this.The excuse of COVID or lack of product is no longer acceptable. Champion, its time to step up and discount our time lost, reduce the cost of the product and complete the job in more reasonable/ timely manner. Perhaps its also time to have this contract and its details reviewed legally.

We are very disappointed after choosing Champion to upgrade our doors and windows. The door frame arrived broken and we’ve tried contacting Champion repeatedly for weeks with no meaningful response. It is a trip hazard, especially for our aging parents and my toddler niece.Additionally, we’d hoped to reuse the original windows to put on top of garden boxes. Without telling us or asking, the window crew smashed every single window. The wastefulness is disgraceful, but the disrespect is what really bothered me. We owned those windows and were told we could keep them during the consult. We’ve been picking up broken glass trying to save our puppy’s paws ever since.We would not use Champion again and cannot recommend Champion to people who value their sanity, safety, and money. Try Bluebird - I wish we’d gone with them now.**** Edit **** July 12, 2021 ****In the end, Champion showed up, broke our original windows without consent, left that glass to litter our homes floor and the sidewalk outside, knowingly installed a broken door that also had a trip hazard in the frame, ignored our constant requests to fix the problem for weeks, made it difficult to get the help we need, sent a repairman who worsened the problem, failed to provide a door thats not broken after knowing it needed to be replaced, and generally has provided a miserable experience. Updates/details below:After calling repeatedly (including daily and multiple times/day) for weeks, a person was finally sent to repair our doors frame, which was worsened after a single weekend with a toddler (the newer image). No one has been sent to repair or replace the door itself, which arrived broken. The repairman arrived after that toddler weekend and spent quite awhile with the door, eventually telling us it was better; we foolishly believed him because we are not door repair quality control experts and have since learned we need to aggressively check the door and cannot take a repairman at his word. Lesson learned: ALWAYS get that repairmans card!Now, the door will not stay closed and cannot be locked at all; it blows open during the night when the wind picks up and is a security concern because this unlockable door grants access to our home.We tried calling the national number, assuming we would contact someone who could help us. That was a silly assumption based on the customer service and experience weve had so far; it is their corporate number, which requires work to navigate and led us to the disappointing outcome of leaving yet another voicemail for yet another absent Champion representative. This company is very practiced at doing the absolute least.I will update this review if we hear back from Champion representatives. BTW, we are still picking up broken glass over a month later, which is a constant reminder of the very poor choice we made when going with Champion and makes me feel like a sucker for believing their salesman and representatives. With all thats going on right now, I never expected a home repair to be the thing that made me cry. This was a two-star review because I try to be fair and good work was done, but no home repair (especially one worth so much money!) should make you cry - so minus another star.

We had a great sales experience with Champion Windows and Home Exteriors of Denver and wound up purchasing new windows for our 16 year old home. The service was professional, prompt, they explained everything step by step. We worked with Joe Croke and his was incredible. We felt very comfortable with no pressure, only information. We are looking forward to our install in the same fashion later this summer and will certainly be returning to leave another great review!!! Theres a good reason they are calledChampion!

We had Johnny Noonan give us an estimate for replacing the windows in our home. He was on time, friendly, professional, and extremely informative. He spent time asking us our needs for the window replacement, why we were looking to replace them, and what was important to us in the product that we would select. He took the time to answer our questions fully. At the end of our visit there was no typical sales pressure and he was extremely respectful of our time.

The salesman Dave was nice, punctual, professional, and helpful. He was able to give us all the details we needed to make an informed decision. We appreciate his non pressure attitude and would do business with him in the future.

What Changed? - where did their good service go?? Be careful when selecting Champion. We are in the Denver area.We have used Champion for replacement of all our windows and our front door, on three different occasions. In the past they heave been very responsive to needed repairs.We have been waiting for almost one year to get several windows repaired. Most are leaky/foggy panes. Some are just having them make the correct windows, as ordered.They do not respond to calls to schedule service, we have to call back several times. When they did arrive months later they have the wrong windows.After this last several month delay they brought 9 windows, but only 2 guys to install, AND they said they only had 2 hours before they had to go to another job. Needless to say, they got three windows in, we have 5 waiting for them to return (but no response when trying to schedule), one to be remade, etc.The central office and the installers are all very pleasant and do good work when here. Its the Denver office that falls so short. And once again last week the central office promised to put an URGENT request to Denver, but still no response a week later.

Joe Croke came to my house on a Saturday morning, and could not have been more pleasant. I had received 4 quotes for window replacement earlier in the week, and every single visit had some gimmicky tactic that left a bad taste in my mouth. Joe assured me that the visit could be quick if that was my preference, and he followed through with that promise. In less than an hour, Joe had measured, showed me his plan, and signed me up for new windows to be installed at a later date. I enjoyed talking to him because he was not pushy, but he was a very effective salesman (he is honest and only told me what I needed to know...even recommended other options if Champion wasnt for me). Very pleasant experience. Will update upon installation.

Larry Hall was the best. He was very informative and went through everything about the windows. He was very easy to talk to and there was no pressure sales at all.

Johnny came out for a free estimate, was on time, was respectful, easy to talk to, explained everything. Im getting a great deal with quality products and service. Champion had the best prices for the best products. So excited for my new windows and door. I will review again after installation.

I contracted with Champion to have 4 windows and 4 doors replaced. One of the doors replaced was a sliding patio door, which included a sliding screen door. Immediately after the installation was completed (within 10 minutes) I noticed the screen had a tear in the material. I brought this to the attention of the installers and they told me to talk to the installation manager, Mo. I spoke to Mo and he advised me he would have this re-screened with a few days. This was on July 21st, 2021. On the same day, I contacted the company and paid my outstanding balance. I mentioned the tear to the person processing my payment and she too stated she would follow up to ensure this was taken care of. Nothing! I started contacting Mo for an update. Of course he NEVER answers his phone but the VM message promises a return call within 24 hours. NOTHING. Today, I contacted the company and they advised me they have no record of any of my attempts to get this resolved. Again, promising this within a few days. Today is August 16th, 2021. For the price that was paid, I expected a much higher level of service, post sale but it appears to me they are only concerned with making the sale, not servicing the sale!

We were taken care of by Joe Croke who was very professional and listened to our needs. He listed out all of our options and guided us through the process. We highly recommend this service and if you get taken care of by Joe Croke you will be in good hands.

Johnny was knowledgable about the product and other comparable products on the market. He was kind, respectful and took his time to answer our questions that day and the following week. The measurement team was also quick, efficient and friendly.

Larry was very cordial in his visitation and explaining what Champions had to offer. I liked the idea how their frames are made and installed. Having their windows made by the company itself also helped with my decision to go with Champion Windows. Champion put vinyl siding on the house. They did a good job, and covered the entire house in 3 days. They were supposed to call once the vinyl was in the warehouse to schedule, but they just showed up and started working. It startled my renters, but they rolled with it. After that minor hiccup, Champion did a really nice, professional job. I recommend them if you need siding.

Dustin in the sunroom department has been so great to work with! Gets back to me quickly, has provided all the info we needed for our insurance claim, is friendly, so easy to work with and professionally transparent on all the details of the project. 👍🏽👍🏽

It was a very pleasant encounter. Everything was explained in detail and Joe was a straight shooter and explained all the pros and cons to what we wanted and the options for each window. We were able to pick out our options and was given privacy to discuss our decision. So glad we decided to move forward with Champion windows!

We scheduled and met with a Champion Window representative in a very timely manner, who was very professional and kind. He did a great job at describing their product and how it would fit with our needs. Even though we had gotten a quote for a lower amount with a different company we decided to go with Champion for our window and door replacements because of the quality of the product and the warranties provided.

My husband and I met with Kurt Kuntz last night to talk about our window needs. Kurt was amazing with explaining step by step of how the window process works. Also showing the different type of windows and what quality champion offers. We are very excited to get our new champion windows for a great price and awesome quality. Edit 9/13/2021. Downgraded from 5 stars to 1.The sales pitch was great and then its been terrible since. We were offered something that couldnt be provided, so they modified the order within the first few weeks. Then radio silence even after the door should have been ready to go.No one was returning my calls, texts or emails. Even those that said theyd follow up, including Joe, did not. Then I was told things were back ordered. But that was after 3 weeks of begging for an update. Then 2 weeks ago I was called and told that the door was there and has been there for a while and they were not sure why not one scheduled the install.Install day today (9/13) - guy showed up, did a final measurement and said some part was ordered wrong. They cant install this door. Someone checked a box incorrectly on the order. Luckily he hadnt removed the other door first.So. Maybe its just our order, but its been a terrible experience since AFTER the sale. But what good is a salesperson if they cant deliver?Maybe well get a door soon. But its a lot of money for a maybe.---original review post sale in April 2021Joe was great! Very knowledgeable and listened to what it was I was really looking for. Cant wait to get our new patio door installed!

The experience started with our excellent Sales contact Alice, to the install team (quick and thorough), to the response from the follow up team, when I discovered a weep hole cover missing a few days later.The double hung windows we selected have great functionality and I am comfortable that the ongoing support, if needed, will make these the last windows we need.

Representative Joe came out was on time, professional, respectful and asked if he should take shoes off in my home etc... he was knowledgeable about the company answered the few questions that I had. Demod the company glass heat sensor. Was very pleased with the beginning stages of getting my sliding glass door installed. I went through with down payment and scheduled my next measuring day. I am excited to get the sliding glass door put in. For sales performance, there is no better representative for Champion Windows than their salesman, Alex Parson. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient with questions, and he even gave me his home phone number to contact him with questions. My four new windows have yet to be installed. If Alex is any indication of company quality and professionalism, everything should go very well. The price was competitive and the quality of the windows should be top notch.

Ordered a window. Put half down. Window was not yet measured or built. Hadto cancel because of an unexpected large bill. Only refunded a small portion. Will not use again

We had a wonderful experience with Champion starting at the Denver home show in September where we first encountered their representatives and got an appointment scheduled about a week out. The initial sales call went very well. Robert was delightful and provided a ton of information while being very transparent and honest. The price was slightly above what we expected it to be and given all of the work we were having done, it was acceptable.In the backyard, the rusted out, disgusting overhang over the patio was demolished entirely, leaving us a blank canvas to further beautify our large backyard. The siding, soffits, fascia, and gutters were all replaced and the house looks brand new. Its beautiful, inviting, and most importantly: finally feels like its OUR house.There have already been noticeable improvements with regards to internal temperatures thanks to the insulation included with the siding and an added bonus of greatly reduced outside noise.Thank you so much to everyone at Champion who made our renovation a resounding success!(note: the after photos were taken before the gutters were replaced. The gutters are now also white to match the trim)

Jordan was very informative and helpful in explaining the types of window available with Champion windows and the differences between other companies and what they will or will not cover in their contracts. Based on the information provided, we decided to go ahead and work with Champion Windows in replacing our old windows.

We have not had the windows installed yet but appreciated Joe Croke’s informative visit, estimate and willingness to answer all our questions. We will have new Champion windows when it’s all done.

We had an excellent visit with Joe helping us decide what windows to have installed for our last update on our house. He was knowledgeable and really helped in the few areas where we needed to make choices. He respected that as return customers, he didnt need to spend a lot of time on the finer points of the windows, but he still made sure to cover all of the details so were comfortable with the product.

We had Champion windows installed about 8 years ago and were very happy with the Windows and the service. We were looking for a company to enclose the ceiling on a porch and contacted Champion. Their sales rep, Alex Parson, was very helpful in showing us our options. After careful consideration we decided to go with Champion.

Three months later, I still have a window broken by the installers the day they were put in. That’s just packing tape holding it together, through the coldest part of the year.Numerous calls and emails unanswered other than to say “parts on order” - it doesn’t take three months to replace a pane of glass.Edit to address response below: I _did_ repeatedly attempt contact of both the local office and the national number, contact forms on the web, E-Mails ... Only responses were parts on order, no response, or a disconnection.(Seemingly) through leaving this review I finally received a phone call that the part had actually been received, although the office did not know when it was received or why I was not contacted. Its finally scheduled for replacement. Guess this is the way to get a response.

I had Windows installed back in 2017 and they have held up great! The entire process from estimate to install was professional, punctual and easy. I highly recommend this company. Absolutely loved working with Joe too!

Was looking for a quote for new doors and was expecting someone who would resort to a hard sell. Joe Croke was the opposite. The meeting was very conversational and not once did I feel pressure from him. He is professional, on time, respectful, and knows the products he is selling.He helped me the most by listening to what I was saying, steering me towards the products he thought would fit the best and explaining the why behind his thought process.Job well done!

Regarding the sales consultation, we met with Joe Croke and had a great experience. He listened to us and advised on ways we could get what we need on budget. We had new windows installed in our first home 3 years ago. The quality and price couldnt be beat. The customer service was fantastic which is why we called them again for our second house. Joe B. was wonderful, quick, and knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted and provided the best solution for us. We will always trust Champion windows!

We bought our home 4 years ago and knew right away we needed new windows. We called around and got several quotes before deciding on Champion. Joe Croke came out and was incredibly kind, direct and knowledgeable. He didn’t pull any punches. He gave great suggestions and didn’t try to sell us $20k windows for our starter home, like another company did.Fast forward to 2021. We decided we wanted to replace more windows so we called Joe and he came out two days after speaking to him on the phone. He gave us the quote and we’ll be getting new windows soon!

We booked an appointment with Champion Windows Saturday, July 17th at 9:00AM for a free estimate to have some windows replaced on my mom’s home that were incorrectly installed which has now led to them leaking with heavy rain. Mr. Joe Croke showed up promptly. He went over the details of Champion’s window product, installation, and clearly explained the process that Champion will go through, including the time-line. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Although we had other companies come in and give estimates, Joe was the one who sealed the deal. He was not in a hurry nor did we once feel pressured to use champion. He also went out of the way to answer our questions, give great advice, and assure us that although this is our home, it’s champion’s windows and we would be receiving an amazing warranty which would allow us to call anytime should a problem arise. Overall, our entire experience with Joe Croke was very warm and friendly. He is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My mom and I will surely be mentioning his name in the future!

We were ready to put in additional windows and there was no question who we would use. We had a wonderful experience with Champion on our first purchase. They have an amazing product, they keep you informed along the way and customer service was top notch. We worked with Joe Croke twice now and I highly recommend him. Mr. Joe Croke showed up promptly. He went over the details of Champions door and explained clearly the sequence of steps, Champions will go through, including the time-line. So, we signed the contract. In addition, Joe went out of the way to answer our questions regarding the cleaning and locking of our previously installed windows. He was not in hurry but was very keen to help us. Our whole experience with Joe Croke was cordial. He is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will strongly recommend him.

We met with Johnny to get some quotes for some windows we need replaced. The meeting was so easy and flawless. He was very professional, personable and patient (we have a toddler who was trying to put on a show). We wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for anything window related. Had windows installed November 2020. Have been trying to get warranty repair done since April 2021 and I am yet to hear anything from the company. Called in a service repair request in April, filled out an online service request in May, spoke to the Sales Rep in June and have left three separate voicemails for the service representative the Sales Rep referred me to. Very frustrating to deal with this company. Past the sale they could obviously care less. So much for a Lifetime Warranty. They should say it will take a lifetime to get warranty service.

I thought it was time to price new windows, but I was not ready to buy. When Joe came to discuss the process and types of windows, he was professional but very friendly. He made the process easy and I was confident enough to go through with the purchase. He had types of windows to show us and he went into great detail about the differences in window quality. It was a pleasure to work with him. I was not pressured at all. He was extremely helpful. I am looking forward to the rest of the window installation as I have great confidence in Champion.

Johnny, sales representative gave us an estimate on two patio doors. He was punctual, professional, and has great communication skills. He is a great listener. He took his time explaining everything to our satisfaction. He definitely knows the product. Due to his knowledge of the product we ordered two patio doors.

So far no better than other companies when it comes to the after service, they have not even finished the original job and were having problems with them. They screwed the pooch on 3 shape windows said it would 8 weeks to have them re-made and that was almost 14 weeks ago and they will not give a strait answer as to when theyre going to make this a finished job.

We are writing this review with regard to Joe Croke of Champion Windows Division in Denver. As a home that we built in 2001 has aged, so have the windows. Specifically, we are currently in need of replacements for a large front picture window and the kitchen sliding glass doorway. Joe visited our home, explaining and demonstrating to us in great detail the current products being designed and sold for these situations, which involve a large amount of glass replacement in two very influential parts of our home with regard to heating & cooling costs. Mr. Croke drew upon his years of experience in not only window sales & installation, but also a previous career in construction while educating us on several options, including competitors products. He presented the informational factually and honestly with regard to the wide ranging costs of all the options. We felt comfortable with our purchase decision, and very happy to have worked with Joe Croke on the matter, We eagerly await installation of the products later this year.

Joe Croke came and gave us a great deal on 3 windows that were in desperate need of replacement. He was professional, on time and very detail oriented.I would recommend him to anyone looking to replace their windows here in Denver.

They annoyed me to the point that I canceled my estimate appointment and will be going with a different company. They have contacted me 3 times today reminding me of my appointment for tomorrow. Starting at 5am this morning!!! And they contacted me 3 other times this week! Each time I selected the option to confirm. OVER IT. And when I called to cancel, the lady was rude.

I worked with Joe C. And Robert H. They were amazing to work with. Very professional. I’ve been updating my grandparents home and know it needs a lot of work. They were able to give me a price for everything that was needed and I was able to decide which windows and door would be the most optimal choice to replace on the immediate and wait on a few of the other windows to replace at a later date. Joe and Bert had great personalities, were honest, up front, and transparent during the quote. We were also able to joke around and was at ease with them in my home. I was able to see and touch the products before committing to putting them into my home; as well as given a demonstration with a heat lamp on the amazing 365 comfort. I was also able to touch and see competitors pricing and quality as well. Oh and let’s not forget the unbeatable lifetime limited warranty which covers so many great things. Very excited about my choice and was also able to have financing available.

I am a father of 3 in a single income household. We were relying on champion to fix our windows, but instead they robbed us.Waited 9 weeks for windows to be installed. They pushed it back 1 more week. When they came to install, all the windows were measured incorrectly. Go anywhere else for windows. They charged me $1400 to cancel the contract that they couldnt up hold.

We just had a great experience with Champion Windows and Joe Croke. They were the only company we could get to come install a large new window. Other companies won’t come because it was only one window. Once we were able to place the order for the window, we were told it would be 6-8 weeks but about 3 weeks later, I got a call that it was ready. They installed it today and it only took 2 hours. Thank you Joe for having our back.
