Have had nothing but trouble with these guys. They pay attention to you when you want to order something and they can get money but then you no longer matter to them. I’ve had a host of problems with my custom front door and the salesman will not return calls and has strung this along for months now. The first problem actually took them nearly 9 months to solve and now this. Don’t use this supplier if you value your own time or expect customer service!

First order with their Denver, CO location had 4 doors out of 17 get delivered that were the incorrect hang, bore, or the wrong door all together. Massive delays and lack of communication and confirmation of that communication. Second order took over a month just to get the order placed on 2 doors that were the same as the previous order. Again, massive delays and lack of communication. When I did receive one of the doors I was told the other door was delayed again and when one door was delivered they other door was delivered also. BMC didnt even know they had the door and that it was delivered. Complete incompetence, laziness, and/or indifference from BMC and its staff. It doesnt matter which one because the results are all the same. If you plan on getting your job done on schedule BMC will be the company that delays that from happening.

TERRIBLE !!!!!!!!! I made a purchase from BMC from Nick totaling $966.40. Nick told me I needed to pay with a credit card and he would do free delivery. Then I get my statement from the credit card company and that charge is there plus a charge for $32.84. Spent half of the day trying to get someone to talk to me and then when I Was able to speek with Teresa she said it was a delivery charge.I told her that Nick said it was free delivery and she informed me that Nick was no longer with the company and that is probably why. It is not about the $32.84 charge but the fact they charged my card and did not tell me, The fact it took half a day to find out what the charge was and that they didnt offer to work with me when I informed them I was told free delivery. I will not contest the charges on my card because it is not worth the $32.00 and as I said its not about the money. Final bit of advice from me is do not give them a card number unless you are willing to have unauthorized charges placed on it.
