A long-time family business. The bothers now are George and Gus Dallagiacoma. They do beautiful work on knife sharpening. Very hard to get such edges on your knives at home, and their prices are very reasonable. Theyve taken care of my knives for maybe 25-30 years. They sell all kinds of knives and commercial kitchen equipment. They are professionals, and friendly. Bought this knife there. Edge is polished and ultra sharp.

George took a look at my two Henckels knives that needed a lot of help. He suggested a hollow re-grind and quoted a week turnaround time. Hours later, George called to say they were finished. If you have invested in good knives e.g. Shun, then this is a great alternative to sending back to manufacturer for sharpening. Fast, reasonably priced and they know how to work on nice knives. Good service and expertise.
