I saw two gentlemen working and interacted with both.They helped me start a claim with my insurance, were so kind about my silly questions, and had my phone fixed quickly. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of! I hope I don’t need their assistance again, but if I need to get my phone fixed I’ll be back here for sure!

After being informed at Apple store that my phone was beyond repair I stopped by Ubreakstore. Employee Daniel checked the phone and told me I only needed a battery.Phone works just fine after battery replacement.I would recommend not only the store but more importantly Daniel.

I wish I could give 0 stars, it would match the service that I received.Yesterday at 3pm, I took my iPhone XS Max to have the battery and cracked screen replaced. After I called the day before to ask how long it will take, I was confirmed multiple times that it will be under 2 hours for the repair. Being a business owner many of my clients have my cell number, so it was more than important to have the phone back within two hours.Kyle the store manager was helping me, so two hours later he told me that he did a huge mistake and did upgrade the screen first before the battery, so the system gave him an error and my phone would have to stay until the following day. He said he is off the next day (today), BUT he will come in to make sure that my phone is fixed. Yeah right! He told me that he should have replaced the battery, calibrated the system first then replace the screen, so he did it backwards and it created the error message that he didnt have time to fix, even though they were open for another 1-2 hours. Today at 1pm I went in to pick it up and Kyle of course never came in to work on the phone, so his associate told me to give them 10 more minutes to put my phone together the way it was since they could not fixed the issue. They did not put the phone together the way it was, since they messed up the entire OS. Now my phone doest work at all. Screen has 3 more cracks, than what it had (see images) and my phone cannot be turned on. Tomorrow I have an appointment at the Apple store to purchase a new phone, since they they created an error that even apple couldn’t fix.First image is how the phone originally looked, and image two and three is what I got back after 23 hours. Now my new phone cost will be forwarded to the corporate office.

This store went above and beyond and did what honestly other ubreakifix stores couldnt be bothered less if I got help or not. Fixed my new S21 ultra same day service they are/were the ultimate professionals will definitely return even though I live 35 minutes north of this location!!!!

After scheduling an appointment online with the Cherry Creek location, I arrived to a note on the door that the store was closed for repairs. At that point, I went to this location on Colorado Blvd, which had to order the parts, but they did not contact me at any point after that. I had to call back for a status update two weeks later, at which point I was told that the parts had arrived the week prior but that they could not find them and had to reorder the parts. I then had to call back again the following week, as I had still not heard back, and was told the parts had arrived that day and to bring my phone in that Sunday. However, when I brought my phone in, I was told that the repair may not be able to be done that day. I believe that appointments should be cancelled when the store is closed, that customers should be made aware of status changes, and that the store should not make appointments they cant keep.

Made an appointment online a few days in advance and I even confirmed the appointment the day of and when I showed up for my scheduled time, the store was closed. Cant get any more unprofessional than that.

Saw thus new place when dropping off a UPS package. Tony helped me with my iPhone that hasn’t been charging. He cleaned out what he called “felt” in the little insertion pocket that had accumulated from putting it in my pocket. My phone is charging like new. NO COST! What a great place. Will definitely return. Fabulous service.

Absolutely fantastic! I brought my phone in because my speakers were unusually quiet. Joel, a lead technician helped me right away and fixed my problem!It turns out my speaker had gotten some dirt in it which was muffling the sound. He explained it to me and cleaned it all out. He helped me do a test call to make sure I could hear through it as well.In and out with fixed audio in 10 minutes. Thank you, Joel!

After reading other reviews I was thinking, cmon. These sound like paid reviews. But the people that helped me were super nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Two people had helped me out, unfortunately Joel is the only name I remembered. I couldnt get my phone fixed in time because I was out of town on vacation and had to drive back to Dallas, but Im definitely getting it finished back home.

Had an appointment set with 2 confirmed emails. Showed up on time, technician shows up late then says that he is unable to repair the phone because he has too much stuff to do. I explained my appoint was confirmed and scheduled my day around this appointment. He said too bad go to another store if I want my phone fixed. Awful costumer service. Would not recommend this store for anything.

I live two hours from the nearest store, I called the day before and was told they would save my part for my phone. Travel two hours to get there, only to be told they sold it already. Had to hastily search for another place, definitely was not cool.

I took my 2 year old iPhone to Verizon because the volume was all muffled. Verizon said it had to make an appointment for me at UbreakIfix. He then said they could not repair the phone and ordered me a new phone. On my way home I stopped at UbreakIfix on Colo Blvd. Tony took my phone and came back 3 minutes later and the phone was fixed and I could hear perfectly! Don’t buy a new phone until you let UbreakIfix! They are great.

My Galaxy note 20 suddenly stopped working and Samsung sent me here to get it fixed. I made an appointment on the Samsung website for Sunday and when I showed up - the store was closed indefinitely on Sundays - despite Google showing the location open and Samsungs own website letting me make an appointment...Its OK to be closed on Sunday - its not OK to lie about it and have people show up to a closed store.It takes less than a minute to update hours on Google My Business -which I finally edited...I dont know how Samsung Cares can use them as an authorized service location with such lack of care of being fair with customers.Time to switch to IPhone I guess.

I was promised a repaired phone in less than four hours, which is great, but when I expressed that I was in a hurry, they repaired it right away. The staff is professional and pleasant. Appropriate virus protections are in place. Overall, a very positive experience.

They did a great job fixing my iPhone screen! I dropped it yesterday, shattering the screen but still had functionality. I brought it in today and now it’s like brand new! Highly recommend, but I also recommend that you have insurance on your devices because you may be in for a shock when the bill comes otherwise!

My insurance claim never processed here. I tried a few times and it didnt go through, but it went through right away at another store. When I went to check and see if it had processed no one was there on a day they said they were open, with no one to contact to find out when they would be open again. Might be fine for repairs but I had no luck with them.

Tony was very professional and the service was great. I brought in a phone with a non functional display. They replaced the part within a few hours. I found out later that the Touch ID was not working, and brought it in again. Since there’s a 90 day warranty on parts, they replaced it with a new display that ended up working, no cost. Super easy to work with and affordable pricing.

Really frustrating experience where I received conflicting messages and ultimately wasted several hours of my time without any resolution. Called ahead to make an appointment ~ one week prior to going in. I was informed by the person on the phone they were no longer taking reservations and to just walk-in.The morning I was able to go in I called 2 hours ahead of time to make sure they would have time, was unable to reach someone and left a message. When I arrived at the store I was told it was reservation only and would have to try another time.If you are a busy professional and dont have the ability to make multiple trips, I would proceed with caution.

I made an appointment to get my Pixel 4a phone screen fixed at 10 am on a Friday. I dropped the device off around 10:15 am and they told me that it would be ready in about 4 hours. I stopped back in 6 hours later to pick up my phone, and they told me that it still wasnt ready. This is 4:00 on a Friday, and I just got off of work for the weekend, so the last thing I wanted to do was wait at their store for an hour. This is unacceptable service, and I would not recommend this shop to anyone I cared about.

Horrible service, scheduled an appointment and then when I show up no one is around for 15 minutes. After someone finally comes in from the back, they say they have no room to help and try again another day. Why accept an appointment if you cant do anything?

Referred here by Best Buy to fix my iPhone because it was going to be $400 for Geek Squad to attempt to fix it. The guys here fixed it in record time and it was NO COST because it was such a simple fix (loose screw)!Great covid guidelines as well and super friendly.

I came in because I was having trouble with my iPhone ear piece. The first attempt was to clean it, and that fixed it. To my surprise, the fix was free of charge. WHAAT? Awesome customer service. I will be back with any issues I have in the future.

My household has had maybe three trips to this repair shop in less than a year. They have quickly and honestly assessed what needed done, told us what they could or could not do, given a fair price, and then performed the repair exactly as described without any problems. We had to go back once to ask them to stand behind a repair, which they did immediately without question. Really glad we have them in the neighborhood.

One of the most condescending employees Ive ever has the displeasure of speaking to. Talks down to customers, doesnt believe them when they say there is no water damage then opens the phone and was like, oh there isnt any water damage like duh. Cant do anything because they have to order parts and wanted to keep the phone for several hours just to diagnose battery port not charging. Samsung care and your employees are useless and rude

Friendly, but short staffed, and unorganized. Spent 30 minutes with the one customer in line before me. Then lost my active claim in the system, and had to call asurian to locate it, to uncover it was there the entire time.Then find out the part wont be in stock for 2 more days, and I have to return another date.

I have gone twice in the last week, only to wait outside in the chilly Colorado weather. On my first experience, I waited outside for an hour, and was told that the service to fix my screen through insurance was broken. I was understanding of this, but was still disappointed to have waited outside for that long because the manager had come out and asked everyone what we needed “Because it was going to be a while”. Today, I was ignored as two employees saw me standing outside, and walked past me into the store and locked it behind themselves without even addressing me. I waited for 30 minutes to find out that there service was down again. However, this employee was much more apologetic and told me to follow up with the insurance company.

Told me it would take 2 weeks but its only been 5 days and we have the ps4 back and it works great.

Ive been here before The only thing is the communication process I was told I would be emailed but they sent a text to me had to call to check status

Super happy with this place. All the guys were very professional, the service was prompt and best of all they saved my IPhone XR after hot tub water damage for $50.

The phone dropped, the face Crystal shattered, Staples or Best buy would fix it so I went to uBreakiFix and they did it in 3 and 1/2 hours. Quite impressive, phone works great again.

Warranty was supposed to be 90 days. The merchant refused to honor it.

This place is trash, the technicians are not very experienced. Twice they have refused to service or repair my phone. The second time he pretended to order parts and will call me back. They just want the quick fix jobs that makes them a lot of money in a short frame of time. Like iPhone screen repairs which they use aftermarket screens that conflict with your polarized sun glasses. Essentially you cant see the screen with sun glasses on. He claimed if he bricked my phone since its out of warranty it would be my liability.Just dont do business with them, they dont deserve to be in business with this kind of service.Trying to convince me that a $ 700 phone better than a $ 350 repair. I dont need a new phone. I need my old phone refurbished. They couldnt do the job. Try another location

My Samsung Galaxy rear screen cracked and I dropped it off yesterday for repair. It was replaced within 4 hours and had a brand new Samsung certified screen. Thanks for your prompt service.

Super happy with going here. This location replaced my iPad Air 2 screen. They didn’t have black in stock so I went with white, and that allowed me to have it replaced same business day. My internet did quit working. I did some searching online, I found that the network settings need reset after the replacement and I was good to go! It can be a common issue.
