My iPhone was smashed and contained important conversations, photos, business. Tom was confident and extremely helpful. He was able to transfer over 100 gigs of data and replicate my old iphone onto my new one. I cannot recommend Wireless Image enough. They were better on price than everywhere I called and it only took an hour after the phone updated before it was completely ready to go. THANK YOU!!!

They should not work on iphones I got my screen replaced and they broke my speaker and mic in my phone and had to fix the screen again cuz it was out put it In Right then try to charge me again I will never recommend them to anyone

After getting way too high of a “at other places I called these guys to get a much much better quote on fixing a microphone and a new screen for my iPhone 8 plus. I went to this store to get a screen repair. I purchased a screen protector once the phone was done resulting in a total of $145.00. They Said it has a life time warranty. Two weeks later I dropped my phone from 2 feet, It had THEIR screen protector on it, and a case. I go to check my phone and half the screen doesnt function. Its black and the other half has digital line going through it. I took my phone there that day to have them live up to their life time warranty and they wouldnt stand by their word. They saw one spot of physical damage on the bottom and corner and said because it has Physical Damage they wont honor THEIR Word, they were going to charge me another $115.00. I dont think so. What kind of company treats their customers like that? They fixed it, they put their screen protector on it, one drop and t doesnt function... They must use some cheap product because a phone should be able to handle an impact like that. DO NOT go to this place. They will take your money then not honor THEIR word.

Doesnt cover physical damages but who does? Went to apple and its the same thing if theres physical trace of any damages they wont cover under warranty. I dropped it and thats the end of it!

Made an offer to an add, again an offer to an add, the chic had the nerve to say I don’t have the money to buy the phone, I was making an offer to an add, I was actually going to buy 2 or 3 phones as replacements as I am a business . I can actually afford to pay my guys phone bills and I’m sure I make way more in a year than this store as my sales hit 7 figures last year alone, but the rudeness was highly inconsiderate when they were the ones who placed an add. I would not recommend this store to anyone as they may insult them as well.

Wireless Image is so awesome! I brought in an old phone an they took $15 off my bill and hooked it up with a cheap tempered glass so I don’t crack my screen again. Cheapest place in town believe me I called everywhere. 40 minutes isn’t that bad for a wait either. Thank you Wireless Image!

Came in with a phone that had a wire unplugged inside of it. Most places would charged me for a new antenna and made extra on me. He just plugged it in for me and charged me nothing beyond diagnostics. Honest and knowledgeable people. They actually called the issue out before even opening the phone. Left the place with a working phone and definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

I took my iPhone X into Wireless Image less than one month ago to get a cracked screen replaced. I paid over $200 for the repair. Even had the additional tempered “glass” placed over top. I asked, and was told the new screen/repair was covered under warranty. The tempered layer cracked and fell apart within a week. Not a huge deal, as it was only $15 and I wasn’t crazy about its functionality to begin with. However, I discovered last night that the actual glass screen now has several fractures in it. I have taken very good care of my phone since the repair, so I wasn’t worried, as it was supposedly warrantied. A phone call to management, however, assured me that only “technical issues” were covered under the warranty - not physical damage. What?! Why would I need a warranty for “technical issues”? I didn’t bring the phone in for such. I wasn’t having problems with the way the phone functioned internally. I had a cracked screen. That screen was replaced by Wireless Image, and I was told quite simply and emphatically that the new screen was warrantied. Now I find that said warranty is worthless, based on a calculated play with semantics. Very deceptive.

Id recommend going elsewhere. My iPhone screen was cracked, so I came here for a replacement. As soon as I picked up the repaired phone, I asked why my home button was now swinging around as if it was loose. But I was told there was nothing that could be done about that. The new screen slowly became less and less usable. It wouldnt respond when I touched it. When I asked if I could return the faulty screen for a refund, I was told I could not get a refund. I was told that policy is on their receipt, but it was not on my receipt. I had to get the screen they gave me replaced somewhere else to make the phone usable again. When I got the screen fixed somewhere else, the home button stopped swinging around too.

I bought a phone from here and unfortunately the previous owner never unregistered their number so I was unable to use it. But Tom tried his best and then gave me my money back without hassle. I have been to used cell phone stores before that seem shady and make returns a huge ordeal. So even though I couldnt get a phone here, I appreciated the great service.

I went in to get my iPhone 7 screen fixed. The service was fast and it was the cheapest place in town. The employees were helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for anybody who needs their phone fixed.

Diagnostic showed some water damage, proximity sensor needed to be re-soldered and ear piece speaker pins on motherboard needed to be fixed. Sound expensive? It was not. Cost about as much as a tank of gas and an hour to fix and its as good as new. Thanks!

Cant believe how bad my iPhone 6 is after taking it here, just went to get the screen repaired and now I cant use touch ID, my phone randomly switches angles at any given time, and my phone doesnt show the screen again till the phone has been off for a good 30 seconds. Be careful going here, you may just end up worse off. All these people saying they have good service are ridiculous, you see these employees twice for a total of 5 minutes, theres barely any interaction. IF YOU HAVE AN IPHONE, SEND IT TO APPLE, they will give you an actual working iphone screen.

Got my cracked Galaxy s5 back today. Got it back and it works, but that is the only positive. After they handed me the phone I asked: What happened to the screen protector I had on the phone? They responded we had to take it of and you cant put it on the new phone. I said I dont care and requested it back because I new it could be put back. They refused to give it back and after a while they settled and gave me the cracked screen which is the only worthless item. I was so FRUSTRATED and tired I took the cracked screen and left. WORST customer service Ive ever seen.
