Saved me from being phoneless! The two guys working tonight were fantastic. So professional, kind, and helpful. The guy who helped me with trying to replace my flashing screen of death on my Pixel is extremely knowledgeable. I felt very taken care of and like I was working with someone who has a lot of extensive expertise, giving his personal experience and tips on a carrier/phone combination Im going to have soon that Ive never dealt with before. I also walked out of there with a replacement phone at a very reasonable price until the new phone I just ordered comes in about 3-4 weeks down the road. Anytime I have a phone issue in the future, I will definitely be back to this location!

I called them before their opening hours, and the Manager picked up the phone! even before their opening hours. I had only a few hours in Denver, and they made it work for me, and were done with repair faster than they told me originally. The work was immaculate, my old iPad looked like new, and works perfectly. The technician Caleb did a fantastic job. I was VERY impressed with customer service and the level of work. I definitely will use this business again, and highly recommend them.

While on vacation I dropped my phone and it was run over by a car shattering the screen. I took my phone to CPR for repair and their employee Andrew explained everything to me and made the repairs in half the time I was told. Everything is working perfectly and I now can continue with my vacation worry free.

Came here today to get a smashed screen fixed, and I will say they did an admirable job. They get mad props anyway for being able to readily fix Motorola phones (places that do are rather rare), but after the repair I found my phones audio wasnt working. I came back and they managed to get that fixed in minutes! Hopefully I wont need their services again, but if I do Im definitely coming straight here.

I went here to find a screen protector for my phone that is not even a year old yet that no other place carried. Jakob was working at the time and he helped me find the one I needed and made sure I got my discount for it instead of just charging me full price without me asking for it. He also helped me by installing it, and when we found there was an issue with the one I bought he was kind enough to replace it without me having to purchase a second one. All around very happy with my experience. Jakob went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. If I need anything for my phone I will definitely come here first before going anywhere else, this place is great.

Battery dies on my old Pixel 3; holding off on a new phone for the Pixel 6; so i had them replace it. Took a little longer than anticipated. But they did an Excellent job at a very fair price. Excellent to see CPR in business!.

Theyre miracle workers.I walked in with a phone that was stuck in an upgrade loop. The manufacturer had refused to address my suspicion (and instead offered a costly repair that the geniuses couldnt even guarantee would work). Cody at CPR, however, took initiative to investigate. He worked some magic that got the device running and the OS updated -- all within just a few hours. Best of all, I paid a very fair price. The cost was far cheaper than the manufacturers option. I had my battery replaced on my older pixel. Ryan started the process with me . I had gotten my phone wet and then I screwed up the battery. To get to the point the ordered in the part Andrew called me back with details then i needed a screen so I agreed to the estimate they as in Ryan and Andrew got it repaired I then brought in another pixel. I now have two properly working phones and could not be happier. These guys r the best. Highly recommend fixing then getting new save on my footprint. Great job.!

My Pixel 4 battery had swollen and popped the back glass off. CPR Cell Phone Repair Denver (Andrew was great!) did an excellent job at a fair price in less than 30 minutes.

This place is okay. I originally went to them because they were the only one with the screen for my phone. However they use refurbished parts and the screen they put in didnt work all they way. They honored their warranty immediately without question which was nice but i still in the end needed to go there 5 times to get my phone fixed. they also said they could only rush the second repair if i paid 20 dollars. I thought that was kina dumb. but in the end my phone was fixed for about 250 dollars. I think other places are cheaper .Edit: Also, they sent me a link to write this review. But then when I went to pick up the phone they asked me to change it. I felt that was weird too.

Thought that my cell phone was a goner after being dropped in the water while hiking. Had CPR Cell Phone Repair recommended to me and these guys were great! They took my phone apart and cleaned all the corrosion and replaced the battery and it has been working like a dream. I did not lose any pictures or other data and have not had any issues with the device since I got it back. Andrew was my technician and did a 10/10 job working on my phone and staying in touch throughout the process. I will use these guys again the next time I break a phone!

I took my iPhone 8 in because it wouldnt take a charge. Andrew and Ryan charged me a $40 diagnostic fee and discovered it was due to a dirty charging port. Much to my surprise, they refunded me the entire $40 as they dont charge for cleanings and now the phone works great. Its hard to find quality service like this, especially in a big city. Highly recommended. Job well done!

Probably the best store to bring your Apple stuff for repairs. My Macbook Pros battery was nearing its end and needed a replacement. I considered briefly bringing it to the Apple Store but that has two issues, they are not in downtown and they do not tell you how long its going to take. CPR is right in the middle of the city conveniently within walking distance for me. I asked for a quote and promptly got one (some stores lure you into first bringing it in) and the price was right (about the same as Apple charges) and more importantly they ordered the battery before I came in so I would not be without Mac for multiple days. When the battery came in they professionally replaced it, even cleaned my Mac and it works superbly now. Staff was very friendly and professional.If you need a new battery in any of your Mac gear this is the place to go.

Andrew replaced the battery on my phone and Im very happy with the service I received. My phones battery is just like new and lasts much longer now. They even took down my partners phone number and called as soon as the phone was ready to be picked up.

My kid broke the HDMI port on his XBOX ONE. Microsoft charges about the same as CPR but I am not guaranteed to get the same XBOX ONE back that I sent in. It would also take a minimum of two weeks with expectations of four weeks. CPR had it fixed the same day but held it for me for a week because we live 2 hours away. The HDMI port was fixed and the kid is happy. They were super professional about all of the questions I asked. Only negative thing I can say is that the store was sort of hard to find downtown but once you located it, in and out super quick.

Ryan checked me in Friday afternoon. Nice, polite, patient, knowledgeable. Solved my iPhone 7+ issue. New Battery. New ear speaker. Good to go. It was ready a few hours later @ 6pm. Great service. I recommend CPR Denver 100%. Apple tried to sell me a new phone. CPR fixed it for $100. In a few hours.

ASK FOR ANDREW!I dropped my iPhone XR in the pool and the screen cracked and water leaked in. I’m familiar with this CPR location which is located in my neighborhood of downtown Denver. The next day I visited this location and I was politely greeted by a representative who listened to my problem and confidently assured me that he would be able to fix my phone without any inconvenience. The price was fair and he estimated my wait time at approximately 2hrs. When I returned, my phone was ready to go and I must say, it looked brand spanking new again! The buttons, lights, camera and every other functionality were working just as smoothly as before. These guys are very diligent experts and they resolved my problem as if it were a walk in the park. I highly recommend this shop for repair needs and remember, ask for ANDREW! 😊

I ended up using my warranty to take my phone back in to this location, as I was experiencing ghost touch with my screen after my first repair (other CPR). Couldnt be happier with the result! My phone feels the same if not better than before I originally shattered my screen, and I give all the credit to technician Phillip for that. He did a really lovely job with the repair and made sure that everything was working smoothly for me. He was even kind enough to open the door for me when the shop had closed, as I was late for my pickup. Very much recommend this location for your phone screen and other repair needs.

No communication from their drone techs. I had ordered an arm replacement online and just needed the repair labor done. Would have taken my drone elsewhere, but was told it’d be done in a day so I trusted them. Three days later I call them to check-in and receive news that it will be an additional three days. Would have just appreciated a bit of communication, no respect for customer’s time.

Got my Iphone 10 screen replaced at CRP in downtown Denver. Andrew did a great job in just short of an hour. He explained the process, along with what might go wrong, though he was confident nothing would go wrong. He was right and now I have a good as new IPhone. Give these guys a try.

The wanted to charge me $550 to repair my note 20 ultra screen. Ubreakit is charging me a little over half that at a total of 296.00 with guaranteed Samsung factory parts and a guarante to have my phone back with in 2 hours.

Came to CPR because my phone got run over by *at least* 1 car on a busy Denver street (see demolished screen, covered by demolished screen protector). Emailed on a Sunday night and was responded to before 10AM on Monday. Tech Buster replaced my screen quickly. Picked up my phone and returned again shortly afterward when I realized my camera wasnt working. Miguel helped to figure out that a camera was bent and replaced it promptly! Good as new - for less than half the price of a new phone!! Thanks, CPR!

Sam was great from start to finish. Professional, kind, and got the job done so quick. Thought I was going to loose all my pictures and documents on my phone when the screen went black. Bryan was super helpful and even remembered my name when I came back to pick up my phone. My screen was terribly cracked and they fixed it within 2 hours! Once I picked it up and got home the screen was coming off a bit on the bottom right corner and when I tried to press it back down I accidentally damaged the screen. I called and Bryan let me come back immediately and redid it free of charge in just two hours again! I love the fact that they have a life time guarantee and are very prompt and polite.

I had my phone in my back pocket of my running shorts; aware of it being there I sat down to the opposite side of my hip and coaxed the phone to the other side; this is a semi-common action. The frame of the phone still flexed and at the power button, caused the screen to crack. Took it to CPR as it was close and the reviews encouraging. Andrew received the phone, delivered to me the basic * will will wait for the part & will examine the phone further at that time*, and I left it there waiting for a new screen, hoping that was all the damage; Deliver est. a week; phone was repaired with new screen and protector 3 days later. Excellent experience; Ill go back if necessary.
