Was there at 11 and open sign was on. Door locked and it said open at 10. No one answering the phone either.

I give 3 stars because I had to come back twice after a number change. The people are very helpful and the manager even tried to give me a new number which was nice.Boost no longer has a unlimited plan it has a 35gig cap and when I called customer service Raytold me to switch providers basically. He went on to explain how boost is no longer with sprint and are with t mobile and this amd that about my phone isnt compatible. The end result was Ray telling that I needed to switch.

Never open when it says they are. Open sign is on and I called 30 min ago and they said they were open and when we get here they arent. Came in 4 times, spent over 30 hours on the phone with customer care and they lost my phone number which was a horrible experience. They told me to pay off my phone that was $700 because they could port my phone but then they tell me my phone wasnt compatible to port. They should have checked to see if it was compatible Before they told me to pay it off and lost me $500 in discounts and insurance coverage because of their mistake. Do not come here or do service with them!!

ONE BIG SCAM!!!1 They tell you that the $30/mo plan is no longer available ... it is on the web site.2.They put phone insurance on your phone without permission which is impossible to remove.... the website wont let you do it ... if you call Boost Mobile they transfer you to the insurance company because they cant remove it... once you get through to them then they tell you to call Boost Mobile because they cant remove it.

Sales person was less then enthusiastic but she did what she could to troubleshoot my phone. Guess if Im not getting her commission Im no longer as important.

The guys cool. The lady there, idk her name but shes old and blonde, shes a rude bit©#. Beware she will lie to you and steal your money.

Too bad of service I went to change my plan for 5 days I charge the money but I do not change the plan and they cut my phone, those from another store activated it, I dialed 5 days later to return to the same plan and they told me to go to the store or I called customer service then why did you want me to go to the store if by phone it could be arranged if it was a girl if I went but not
