I was told 2 weeks for a topper. I planed double that. I figure that was wishful thinking it would arrive that fast. I had to call every time to ask where my topper was. Inquired what anybody could do on the price for the outrageous wait for my not so cheap item. Nobody ever calls back. Asked what they would be able to do for adding a rack on the topper. Still no call back. 14 weeks go by and all of a sudden my topper arrives and it has a rack on it with no prior authorization. Go here for this experience!

Well... if I had answered the phone when they called, Id have known to wait before I drove up. Part my fault. But they ordered the tonneau I wanted and it should be there in 2 days. Very apologetic, and its not a big deal anyway.Excellent customer service, I feel like Im hanging out with family when Im in there. Kenny and Blake are great, and Freddie is awesome too. I dont buy a lot of accessories, but theyve got what I would be looking for.

I called to receive a quote for parts and schedule installation for something I wanted to be replaced on my vehicle. I was transferred to Ken, who asked that I e-mail all of the information to him for this. I sent my VIN #, and he promised to get back to me on parts/installation costs, which started on 10/05. Since then, I have called a few times and asked for him only to be told hes not in the shop and have e-mailed several times, being responded to only once to be told I will get you a quote shortly (10/06 - the day after I sent the e-mail with all my info) and since then its been crickets.This wasnt just a simple $50 part either; the item I was looking to have replaced was definitely going to be in the $800-1000 range for parts/install—shame on the owner for not hiring a shop manager that can properly manage their staff.I think this speaks volumes about how this place is managed. If a customer calls and wants parts/pricing for something and you cant even get back to them within 10 calendar days, how do you stay in business?I could understand 24-48 hours in some cases if theyre swamped, but the fact remains that they havent made a single effort to follow up with me; its all been me following up with THEM despite me being the one to give them MY business.If I were you, Id steer clear and look for a more reputable shop that appreciates its customers and wants to earn their business and provide at least an average level of customer service.

I was looking around to get some stuff done for my f-350 and I called accessories inc. priced out some tint and a topper for my truck. Best price in town that I could find. scheduled an appt. for a tint job, dropped the truck off and the staff there was very professional and courteous. truck was done about an hour and a half before they told me it would be and it looked fantastic. Inquired on a price for the topper and it also was the best price I could find at least here in CO. I will most definetly be going back when I want more goodies for the truck.

This place is a joke, says one price charges another. And makes sure hes not there on pickup work is never done when Ken says its going to be done. They must just sit on their hands all day. Wouldnt trust this place to touch my jeep if someone paid me too. Laziness should be their new business name. DO NOT take your business here

I got a new topper for my truck at this place the owner gave me a good price but gave me a complete junk!!! The topper was broken there is a large crack on the door. The owner said he will have it replaced in 2-3 weeks after I left the place, he never called me back so I went to him multiple times he promised he will get a replacement for it he never did it its still not fixed. Also the door lock wouldnt lock anyone can go in and steal my tools. One day it rained really bad I opened my trunk and everything was wet my tools were wet, the boxes were wet everything got ruined, rusted and carpet smells like mold. I just wish I can give this people a zero star this is the worst place ever. DONT SHOP HERE!!
